After speaking, Bahamut waved his right hand gently, and two bottles of Magic Potions flew into the center of the group. A special spell within the room allowed everyone to understand that one potion was made by Isaac, and the other by Bahamut.

Curiosity showed on everyone’s faces as they turned to Isaac. Aside from the three Grand Wizards, the other High-level Mages had already grasped the principles behind the Dragon Transformation Secret Medicine when they received it and its formula. Most had even spotted some flaws and could see ways to optimize it using their own knowledge.

But that approach was wrong.

Only Arcanists could perform direct optimizations like that. All of their Magic, experiments, and Creations adhered to a unified set of standards. Under this unified system, any Arcanist could optimize and improve existing technology.

Legendary Mages, however, were different. They had no unified standards. Their experiments often involved many hidden factors called "Concepts." Therefore, to optimize something, one had to first fully understand the entire process of its creation from scratch.

This was why different Legendary Mages could master the same Witchcraft in completely different ways.

So, if they wanted to correctly optimize the Dragon Blood Secret Medicine according to their own ideas, they needed to know the entire process Isaac went through to research it.

This was also why most forms of Witchcraft came with a thick book of experiment notes. Otherwise, forget optimization—what you learned probably wouldn’t even be the original version!

In this regard, Arcanists had it much more convenient than Legendary Mages.

But this was normal. After all, weren’t Arcanists said to be a product of the new era?

As for the latter...

While not necessarily illegal, it was obvious Isaac would never speak of it. These were the special methods of a Mad Witch. If that stuff ever leaked and an Outer God found out, he would be finished!

Therefore, everyone tacitly agreed not to press for details. In any case, the information they now had was more than enough for them to validate their own ideas.

First, they confirmed one thing: the development process of the Dragon Blood Secret Medicine did indeed focus more on the extraction of "Concept," which was very much in the style of a Mad Witch.

A Mad Witch dealt with all sorts of Evil God Ceremonies on a daily basis, and their understanding of "Concept" far surpassed that of an Ordinary Wizard. This was also why the Dragon Blood Secret Medicine was so difficult to actually concoct.

In his understanding and application of "Concept," Isaac had undoubtedly reached the level of a High-level Mage. He just wasn’t aware of it himself, and he had documented the entire concoction process according to that standard.

But Ordinary Official Wizards and Grand Wizards simply didn’t have that ability, which was why no one had succeeded even when following his formula to the letter.

Isaac didn’t dwell on the specific reason, as his attention was already completely immersed in the optimization theories Lilith was proposing.

Lilith was a High-level Mage who specialized in brewing Magic Potions, and she was the only one present who could perfectly replicate the exact same Dragon Blood Secret Medicine that Isaac had created!

Not even Bahamut, the Tier Four Miracle Mage, could do that!

The reason she could do this was that a Master of Magic Potions among Legendary Mages was also a master at manipulating "Concept." Naturally, the optimization plan she proposed was also the most helpful to Isaac.

She proposed three directions for optimization. The first was to continue strengthening the "Dragon Concept" within the Dragon Blood Secret Medicine to enhance its effects. While not aiming for a direct transformation into a Tier Three Pure-blooded Giant Dragon, it should at least enable Half-Dragon Transformation!

Half-Dragon Transformation was an ability one could only possess after their Dragon Blood purity and concentration reached a certain level. Upon use, partial features of a Giant Dragon would appear, and both Magic Power and physical attributes would be massively enhanced. At the same time, one would gain a preliminary ability to dominate Dragon Blood Demons!

Isaac’s current Dragon Transformation Secret Medicine could only guarantee the purity of the Dragon Blood; the concentration was still severely lacking. It would still take a considerable amount of arduous training to awaken the Half-Dragon Transformation ability.
