Lilith’s first optimization plan—though in Isaac’s opinion, calling it an "optimization" was just being polite—focused on strengthening the Dragon Concept. In reality, however, this single change had a domino effect.

The entire formula for the Magic Potion changed as a result, and brewing it would now pose a considerable challenge even for a High-level Mage who didn’t specialize in potions.

Compared to Isaac’s original recipe, only the basic structure remained the same.

Still, Isaac was confident he could brew it. After all, the reason he hadn’t developed this recipe himself wasn’t a lack of technical skill—it was a lack of funds.

If Lilith’s first plan improved the effects of the Dragon Transformation Secret Medicine, her other two proposals took it in entirely different directions.

From an alchemical standpoint, it was an undeniable and utter failure. But from the perspective of Magic and building a powerful faction, its cost-effectiveness was through the roof.

This was because the revised Dragon Transformation Secret Medicine would be much easier to create. The goal of this version was simple: to rapidly mass-produce Soldiers.

There was no need to consider any negative effects on the user. As long as the results were powerful, controllable, and efficient, all side effects were deemed acceptable.

This was the standard thinking of a Black Sorcerer... no, it was the thinking of the Nobility.

After all, slaves were just consumables that happened to look like humans.

Although Isaac neither needed nor would ever stoop to using such a method, he still listened to the plan intently. The effect wasn’t what he wanted, but he was very interested in the techniques used to achieve it.

A Legendary Mage might look like they’re just carelessly throwing everything into one pot when brewing a Magic Potion, but in reality, their process is just as refined as that of an Arcanist.

Isaac’s Dragon Transformation Potion was designed to make any creature evolve toward a Pure-blooded Giant Dragon. While a lofty goal, its applicability was somewhat narrow. After all, Pure-blooded Giant Dragons were so powerful that most creatures could spend a lifetime and never even catch a glimpse of their shadow.

Even with the first optimized version of the Dragon Transformation Secret Medicine, which could directly awaken a Pure-blooded Giant Dragon Bloodline and grant Half-Dragon Transformation, evolving into a true Pure-blooded Giant Dragon would still require an immense investment of energy and resources.

And success wasn’t even guaranteed!

That’s why many creatures never even aimed for becoming a Pure-blooded Giant Dragon. They would be more than satisfied just evolving into a powerful Dragon Blood Creature.

Unfortunately for such beings, the Dragon Transformation Secret Medicine had virtually no effect on them.

In fact, the green liquid within a Magic Cauldron embodied this Concept. It could transform into any Magic Potion that had ever been brewed in it. However, only an Extremely High-Level Legendary Mage could achieve this, and only with an aged brew. This was still a far cry from the legendary Universal Medicine.

But even if they couldn’t create a Universal Medicine, it didn’t stop Alchemists from striving in that direction. For example, the ideal effect of the Ten Thousand Dragons Potion Lilith was proposing was to specifically target and develop the depths of the user’s own bloodline.

It could even shatter their original limits!

There was a famous saying in Sub-Dragon circles: "There’s no rule that says a Sub-Dragon can’t defeat a True Dragon!"

However, everyone present knew this was merely a rough draft. The completed Ten Thousand Dragons Potion would inevitably be far more powerful.

Lilith nodded calmly, not showing any joy at Bahamut’s praise. She already knew this, even without him saying it.

The others, however, were not so calm. They looked at Lilith with considerable envy. As colleagues who interacted from time to time, they knew that Lilith had already completed one Self-Legend for the High-level Mage stage. In other words, as soon as Lilith perfected the Ten Thousand Dragons Potion, she could begin her advancement to become a Tier Four Miracle Mage!
