Judy Zimmerman started the car and asked, "So, where are we going now?"

"Let’s go to the hospital first." Bella Acker turned her head to look out the window.

"Are you feeling unwell?" The car slowly drove off.

Judy looked at her expression through the rearview mirror and didn’t ask further, focusing on driving instead.

The car stopped at the hospital entrance, and the two headed inside.

Judy accompanied her to find a doctor, fill out forms, pay, and then went for a blood test and ultrasound.

When the doctor asked questions, Judy knew what Bella was checking for, but she didn’t ask much, only helped run errands.

After everything was done, the two sat in the waiting area outside the doctor’s office, waiting for the results.

"Piggy, if the results show I’m pregnant, could I trouble you to keep it a secret for me?" Bella turned to Judy, suddenly speaking up.

"Of course." Judy was momentarily stunned but nodded, cautiously asking, "Not even Ms. Young?"

"Not for now." Bella lowered her eyes, "If I really am pregnant, I haven’t decided whether to keep the baby."

"Bella, is it..." Judy asked, "Mr. Sinclair’s?"

Bella didn’t reply, but her silence said it all.

Judy didn’t know what to say, so she offered awkwardly, "Everything will be alright."

"Mm." Bella smiled and nodded.

"Who’s Judy Zimmerman? Your test report is out." A nurse stood at the doctor’s office door with an ultrasound and blood test report, calling for them.

Since Bella was a public figure, to protect her privacy, the tests were done in Judy’s name.

"Coming." Judy responded and went with Bella to the doctor’s office.

The doctor glanced at Bella while holding the report, formally saying, "You are indeed pregnant. Counting from your last menstrual period, it’s been over two months. Look here, you can already see the fetus."

The doctor pointed at a small black dot on the ultrasound sheet.

Bella looked at the small black dot, her heart trembled slightly, and she cautiously asked, "Is the baby healthy?"

"It looks very healthy at the moment. If you decide to have the child, you’ll need to start regular prenatal checkups. At that time, we will check the baby’s heartbeat and for any deformities." The doctor asked, "Do you want this child?"

The doctor looked at her again, saying, "Then you should go home and think it through. Come back to me when you’ve made up your mind."

"Alright. Thank you, doctor." Bella paused and asked, "Can I take the report with me?"

"This copy is for you to take." The doctor handed her the document.

"Thank you." Bella took the report and left the hospital with Judy.

In the car, Bella glanced at the test report in her hand, placing her palm on her flat belly. Unbeknownst to her, another child had already begun to grow inside her, and it was healthy.

"Bella, where should I take you now?"

"Piggy, pull over. I’ll get off here. You should go pick up Ethan from school."

"Are you sure you don’t need me to go with you?" Knowing she was pregnant, Judy was a little worried about her handling things alone.
