"Here is the fee money." – said Thanatos as she handed few golden coins to the librarian.

"Here is your pass. The library closes at 22:00, so please be warned as you will be told to leave the property once the closing time comes." – said the librarian as Thanatos then walked away from the counter.

(Well, I have a lot of time.... But still, this is a scam.) – thought Thanatos as she instantly began her search for information.

(I mean... I get that this is supposed to be a better library, but still.... The usage fee is way too high for average person.)

(For me to who has a lot of money to spare, this isn’t a real problem.... But still...) – thought Thanatos as she started picking and gathering few history books, before then reading them.

(Is it because how empty this place is that they are having such heavy fee?)

(... Or maybe it is because how "rich" this city is?)

(From what I saw, this entire city looks extremely well maintained while also being somewhat technology advance... Must be because of all production class users in the city.) – thought Thanatos while reading one by one the history books.

(The living conditions in this city are extremely good, and because of that, pretty much all the prices in here are somewhat high.)

Thanatos read through countless number books for hours, gathering information about her target.

"Ma’am. It is closing time. I would like you to return all the books." – said the librarian who approached Thanatos.

"...Can I borrow these? Or maybe even buy them?" – asked Thanatos.

"If you like you can place order for us to print copies of books, but it won’t be instant." – replied the librarian.

"As for borrowing, unfortunately our library doesn’t allow it."

"...I see." – said Thanatos as she gotten up, before few moments later leaving the library after cleaning up after herself.

After leaving the library, Thanatos quickly left the noble district.... Before then heading and getting herself a room in of the inns.

"Fuck me. They barely had anything." – said Thanatos.

(Pretty much all the inns are taken over by merchant NPCs or the players living here.... Even the extremely pricy inns were completely booked.) – thought Thanatos as she opened up her inventory and began taking out sheets of papers that were filled with notes and maps.

"Still, I should be grateful that I at least gotten somewhat decent room at least somewhere."

(However, this on the other hand? It is a mess.)

(This country history isn’t extremely long, while at the same time there was really nothing big going on.)

(The monster activity here is extremely weak, and even if there is one, the monsters that usually appear are extremely low level mobs.)

(The only real problem are bandits, which they appeared extremely often here, both in large numbers as well as with somewhat high levels.)

(However, the kingdoms military force is more than enough to exterminate the big groups, while from time to time they request a help from adventurers.)

(I should be especially wary of a competition.... The chances of there being already other people who are hunting for divinities is extremely high.... And there is good chance that some rankers maybe taking part of that hunt as well.)

"WILL YOU DIE THIS TIME?!" – shouted Phantasia in his monster form as he grabbed multi golden beast headed monstrosity made out of countless volumes of bandages, before then ripping apart with his claws.

(Although it wasn’t exactly strong, the curses that deals damage based on the user max HP, meaning that everybody have a timer over their heads the moment they would start fighting.)

(Not only that, but that guy also has extremely high HP pool, even bigger than average raid boss.)

(AND he also had life steal attacks that freaking healed him.)

(....Still... With my fire power it was enough to take down this raid boss all on my own.) – thought Phantasia as he reverted back to his humanoid form.
