(According to the info I had obtained, many people believe that this place once used to be an oasis nation, since the whole desert has countless oasis, ruins and plants even growing outside of the oasis, just covering up the ruins.) – thought Phantasia as he saw the ground around him coming to life... Before moments later from the sand itself emerged countless beastman mummies wearing a golden beasts’ helmets.

(It is also suspected that the whole kingdom was brought to ruins because of some kind of curse, which gave birth to these cursed undeads.)

(Still, the true story of this place is still beyond unknown.)

(Meaning, that nobody knows the truth.... And that means this place could be possible target.)

(And there is good chance that these fuckers have something that could reveal the existence of the Elder Gods.)

"Huh... Home sweet home?" – said Maparapara as she stood in the middle of the massive swamp area... Which looked beyond abnormal, as the muddy water was straight up purple, while the tree branches were straight up producing a yellowish liquid from the leaves.

(Ah.... It has been really fucking long since I last time I was here.) – thought Maparapara as she started walking through the weird terrain... Without being restrained one bit, even when interacting with the weirdly purplish water or the yellow honey like substantive.

(This place is pretty much known as the useless zone.)

(Nothing special here in form of quests or drops.)

(It is just place covered in head to toes in "slime".)

Maparapara arrived at her destination which was hidden amongst the trees... However, what she saw wasn’t what she expected, as the woman watched with a horrified expression.

"What.... What the hell happened here?"

"Will you be okay?" – asked Thanatos as she left her aircraft.

"We will be fine ma’am." – replied the true homunculus wearing a helmet which completely covered her head.

"We have enough supplies and weapons to survive for long time. So don’t worry about us and take your time."

"Well. If you say so. Take care." – said Thanatos.

"You too." – said the homunculuses pilot as she closed the hatch of the aircraft, before moments later the whole machine went into the camouflage mode, hiding the entire machine.

(Well, Phantasia wouldn’t really want to lose this thing nor any of his daughters... So, he would definitely make sure they were prepared and strong enough to handle stuff.) – thought Thanatos as she instantly used basic stealth skills, before then starting to run through away from the landing spot.... And then stopping.

"Reverse mountain." – said Thanatos as she looked into the sky and saw countless mountains, flying above the mountain range below, which Thanatos was standing on top of.

(Still, the problem is with arriving at the top.)

(From the distance while we were flying, I could see that massive mist covering the top of that flying land.)

(According to the intel, that place is something that many people just straight up died while entering.)

(Some players tried entering that place with the usage of some flying monsters like wyverns... But the moment they entered that mist, something attacked them.... And ripped them apart.)

(Nobody could tell what happened... They couldn’t even check what had attacked them.)

(However, the monster that are suspected to be there in that mist are suspected to be at least levels 400, based on some of the victims who were easily destroyed.)

(Phantasia did provided me with support, giving me two fling monster dungeon cores, which are noticeable stronger than Maparapara, while also giving me access to the emergency reinforcement call from the base.)

(There is a chance that I may end up going there.)

(But, it is for the best if I check the ground first.) – thought Thanatos as she made enough distance away from the aircraft hiding spot, allowing the woman to open up her inventory and take out a key, which she then used on the air, causing a massive door to open up... Which in turn caused a massive bike like roll out from the distorted space.

(There are few places that I have to check.) – thought Thanatos as she hoped on her bike, before then activating her vehicle and instantly taking off at the incredible speed.

"Ah... This is nice." – said Thanatos as with her own and the vehicle stealth skill was able to complete hide herself while ridding at the top speed, leaving no traces or creating any noises.

(A fast-moving vehicle that can be used in stealth missions.... Fuck me! I really feel like I’m in some sort of super spies type movies!)

(It was fucking worth it getting this thing as the birthday gift from that bastard!) – thought Thanatos as she looked extremely excited like a child while messing around with her bike, pulling some small stuns while ridding in order to test out the performance of the bike.

"Wait! Stop! City! Don’t forget!" – said Thanatos to herself as she regained her focuses and headed straight towards a city settlement... Which it didn’t really took her a long time to arrive at, as she could spot the city from afar.

"Ber City." – said Thanatos as she gotten off her bike and used the key like device to store her bike inside, before then quickly heading towards the city, while at the same time changing her equipment, making herself appear like a regular player.

(In this territory, there are two massive cities.)

(Normally there is nothing going on here, like monster or bandits situations, so people like merchants or crafters come here to settle down in order to do business.) – thought Thanatos as she gotten near the city walls, and quickly climbed over the walls with her vampiric claws, before, dodging the guards, before then getting inside of the city and finally dispelling her stealth skill.

(However, I don’t care about that.)

(I need history and records.) – thought Thanatos as she entered the main streets and instantly started asking questions random guards and merchants NPCs, trying to find anything that can provide her with information.

"Library? There is one here." – said the elderly human merchant as he pointed at the something in the distance.

"There are two libraries, the common on and the noble one."

"If you want better and more information about history, then library at the noble district will have to do. But you will have to pay if you don’t have any connections or passes if you want to enter that part of the city."

"Thank you." – said Thanatos as she gave few gold coins to the merchant, before then leaving the man alone.
