Chapter 138: Princess Wants The Pervert

Damian, Akane, and Raika first went straight to the Mission Hall to report their completed mission.

The moment the registration disciple heard that Garan Blackscar was dead, his eyes widened.

When Damian also took out the [Blood Devouring Demonic Art] and explained that Garan had secretly been a demonic cultivator, the entire matter immediately became even more serious.

In the end, the sect gave them extra contribution points for reporting the demonic cultivation manual.

Once everything was settled, Damian divided the rewards evenly.

Akane looked at her contribution token and smiled. "Not bad. This mission was actually worth it."

Raika nodded calmly. "The extra reward helped."

Damian grinned. "Of course. Following me naturally brings fortune."

Raika looked at him. "You almost got your head cut off by a corpse."

Damian’s mouth twitched. "Can you stop mentioning that?"

"No."

Akane laughed softly.

The three of them left the Mission Hall together, but just as Damian was thinking about where they should go next, Akane suddenly spoke.

"By the way, Damian, you probably won’t see us for quite a while."

Damian stopped walking.

He frowned and looked between the two women. "What do you mean?"

Raika answered calmly, "We are returning to our families."

Damian blinked. "Both of you?"

Akane nodded. "There are some problems back home, so we need to return for a while."

Damian’s brows furrowed slightly. "How long?"

"About a year," Akane said casually.

Damian’s expression immediately changed. "A year?"

Raika looked at him. "That is not very long."

Damian stared at her. "Easy for you to say. A year without seeing two beautiful women is very long."

Raika’s eyes narrowed. "Shameless."

Akane giggled.

Damian looked at them again, and suddenly, a strange thought appeared in his mind as he remembered their names.

His eyes slowly became suspicious. "Wait."

Akane tilted her head. "What?"

Damian looked at both of them seriously. "Is your country called Japan?"

The two women stared at him in confusion.

Raika frowned. "Japan?"

Akane shook her head. "No. We come from the Sakura Empire."

Damian froze for a moment before slowly nodding. "Oh. I see."

"So not Japan. Just suspiciously close."

Akane smiled. "Why? Have you heard of some place called Japan before?"

Damian coughed. "Something like that."

Raika stared at him suspiciously, but Damian quickly changed the topic. "So I really won’t see you two for an entire year, huh?"

Akane nodded. "Don’t worry. It’s only a year."

Raika added calmly, "You can visit us later if you travel to the Sakura Empire."

Damian’s eyes brightened slightly. "Really?"

Akane smiled. "Of course."

Damian nodded seriously. "Good. I’ll remember that."

Just then, another thought appeared in his mind.

His gifting chances had refreshed.

The two treasure chests beside him were about to leave for an entire year.

This was obviously the best possible time.

Damian suddenly smiled. "Since you two are leaving, let me give you both a farewell gift."

Raika immediately frowned. "No need."

Akane also shook her head. "You already give too much."

Damian waved his hand. "Too late. I already decided."

Raika sighed.

Akane smiled helplessly. "You really don’t listen, do you?"

"Not when beautiful women refuse gifts."

Damian first looked at Raika.

He reached into his storage ring and took out a dark golden jade slip covered with faint lightning patterns. "This is for you."

Raika took it carefully. "What is it?"

Damian smiled. "A Top-Rank Noble Grade [Thunder Prison Binding Talisman Formula]."

Raika’s eyes widened.

Akane also looked shocked.

Damian quickly added, "It isn’t an ordinary copied formula either. It also contains several insights from an expert about how the lightning patterns connect and where the most difficult parts usually fail."

The so-called expert behind those additional insights was naturally Damian himself.

Ever since he started thinking seriously about how to turn system rewards into gifts he could genuinely claim as his own, Damian had been experimenting.

Thanks to the talsiman master talent he had obtained, he spent a long time studying the talisman formula the system had given him.

Once he understood the important parts, he added his own explanations, corrections, and personal insights.

In other words, technically, this gift really did contain something created through his own effort.

"So this should still count as a valid gift, right?"

Raika stared at the jade slip in silence.

For once, even her calm expression cracked slightly. "A Top-Rank Noble Grade talisman formula..."

Damian grinned. "Useful, right?"

Raika looked at him for a long moment before quietly saying, "Very."

Damian’s smile widened.

Next, he turned toward Akane and took out a small crystal vial. Inside floated a single drop of blazing crimson-gold blood.

The moment Akane saw it, her expression changed completely. "This..."

Damian handed it to her. "A drop of Top-Rank Noble Grade Phoenix Blood."

Akane’s eyes widened. "Damian, this is too valuable."

Damian ignored her protest and quickly explained, "This can strengthen your Flame Qi, right? You’re a flame cultivator, so it should suit you perfectly. Just take it."

Both women were now completely stunned by how crazy Damian truly was.

Top-Rank Noble Grade treasures were usually resources meant for powerful Golden Core cultivators.

Yet Damian was casually giving them away while the two of them were still in the Foundation Establishment Realm.

Damian grinned. "Come on. You already know me. I’m really generous when giving things to women I like."

Akane looked down at the Phoenix Blood.

Raika held the jade slip more tightly.

Damian waved his hand and turned away. "Anyway, take care of yourselves. I’ll see you in a year."

He walked off before either of them could say much more.

Akane watched his back for a long moment before suddenly shouting, "Damian!"

Unfortunately, Damian was already too far away to hear her clearly.

Akane still smiled and continued anyway. "If you reach the Golden Core Realm within a year, I’ll become your wife!"

Raika’s head snapped toward her in shock. "What the hell did you just say?"

Akane only grinned. "With gifts like these, I think Damian is actually a good husband candidate. Sure, he’s a shameless pervert, but at least he’s better than those hypocritical bastards my family keeps choosing for me."

Raika sighed deeply. "As you like, Princess Akane."

Akane immediately frowned. "Don’t call me that. We haven’t even left yet."

She suddenly leaned closer with a mischievous smile. "You should think about it too."

Raika’s eyes narrowed. "Think about what?"

Akane raised an eyebrow. "You know exactly what I mean. Becoming his wife too."

Raika’s face froze.

Akane laughed softly. "Don’t look at me like that. Damian is a pervert, so he’ll probably end up with several wives anyway. If that happens, I’d rather have someone I already know on my side."

Raika looked away. "Do not talk nonsense."

Akane’s grin only became wider. "We’ll see."
