Chapter 583: Spaceship
"Is that..." He stuttered and Yu Nianzhen nodded.
"It’s a spaceship."
At that, the two looked at each other and ran towards the behemoth.
One day later, they finally arrived in front of the spaceship.
"It’s really a spaceship." Jiang Yue excitedly said.
"Azhen, we were right. The ancestors of the martial artists came from another world."
"Seems like it." Yu Nianzhen nodded.
However, he wasn’t as excited as his lover.
After all, if they were right about one thing, they were probably right about the next thing.
’It seems we can’t escape this responsibility.’ He thought and subconsciously rubbed Jiang Yue’s hair.
"Let’s find a way in." He said.
After that, the two walked around the spaceship and finally found a door.
Unfortunately, the door was closed and the two couldn’t enter.
"There is a formation on the door. Give me a moment to study it." Jiang Yue said with a solemn expression.
"Good."
While Jiang Yue was studying the formation, Yu Nianzhen was simultaneously protecting him and studying the spaceship.
However, the spaceship was unlike any he had ever seen.
Not only was the ship bigger but its design and materials were different from what he was used to.
’It could be a design from ancient times or from a foreign world.’ Yu Nianzhen thought.
At the same time, he tried to recall all the spaceships he had seen in the Reincarnation World.
Unfortunately, no matter how much he thought about it, he couldn’t recall a similar spaceship.
’Forget it.’ He thought and watched Jiang Yue study the formation.
Seven hours later, Jiang Yue finally turned away from the spaceship door.
"How?" Yu Nianzhen asked.
"We need immortal stones." Jiang Yue said and stood up from his place in front of the door.
"How many?"
"One million to open the door. We may need more when we get inside."
When he heard this, Yu Nianzhen nodded and directly removed the immortal stones from his storage ring.
"Pile them close to the door." Jiang Yue instructed and the swordsman didn’t hesitate.
After piling the immortal stones, the two took a step back and waited for the formation to open.
Fortunately, Jiang Yue didn’t disappoint.
As soon as the one million immortal stones were placed in front of the door, the formation immediately activated.
In the blink of an eye, the immortal stones were sucked into the formation and glowing blue lines appeared on the surface of the spaceship.
"What are these lines?" Yu Nianzhen asked.
"Formation lines made of formation text." Jiang Yue answered with a complicated expression.
When he advanced to the immortal realm, his formation legacy unsealed some hidden knowledge.
This knowledge included formation texts and formation lines.
Unfortunately, Jiang Yue had yet to master the knowledge.
At the moment, he could recognise formation texts but he couldn’t decipher their meaning or purpose.
"This spaceship is worth studying." He suddenly said.
"Maybe you will have an opportunity." Yu Nianzhen smiled and pointed at the open door.
"Let’s go inside."
"Okay."
A moment later, the two held hands and stepped through the open door.
"Whoa!" Jiang Yue exclaimed in shock.
The room they entered was an empty space that looked like a hotel lobby.
It had light brown walls, a wooden floor, and a cream ceiling.
At a glance, the room could comfortably accommodate ten thousand adults.
"Azhen, let’s look around." Jiang Yue urged while pointing at a door on the other side of the room.
After that, the two explored the spaceship.
The spaceship had six storeys.
From observation, the bottom-most floor was a storage area with three large warehouses.
Unfortunately, the warehouses were empty and nothing could be gained.
A storey up was a living area with one thousand cabins.
However, there were three bunk beds in each cabin hence the area could accommodate a total of six thousand people.
On the third floor was the entrance lobby, a kitchen, a restaurant, and a deck.
Unfortunately, like the bottom floor, the facilities were mostly empty.
After the third floor, the fourth floor was another living area.
Similarly, it had one thousand cabins but each cabin had three single beds.
Another floor up was the fifth floor.
Unlike other floors, this floor was a combination of a living area and a work area.
The living area had three hundred cabins and each cabin had two bunk beds.
In contrast, the work area was a control room with dozens of workstations.
At a glance, this control room was the core of the spaceship.
It not only had the navigation equipment but also the control equipment for the weapons embedded in and mounted on the spaceship.
Finally, the sixth floor was another living area with two hundred cabins.
However, this living area was unlike other floors.
First, each room was a luxuriously decorated suite.
It had a bedroom, a sitting room, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a training room.
Based on this, it was easy to guess that the sixth floor was used to house the leaders of the ancient group.
"There is accommodation for more than ten thousand people in this spaceship." Jiang Yue stated as the two walked around the sixth floor.
"Mmmm." Yu Nianzhen nodded and quickly continued.
"It will require hundreds of millions if not billions of immortal stones to operate it."
"Immortal stones are not the only problem." Jiang Yue said.
Although the spaceship was in good condition, he felt it wasn’t suitable for mortals.
After all, mortals needed to eat and reincarnate the five grains.
Without working toilets, the journey to the Cangxing continent would be hellish for everyone.
"There are too many uncertainties in this matter." Yu Nianzhen frowned and then continued.
"We have surplus resources that mortals can use. However, they are not many and can only cover a few dozen people. If we take the martial artists with us, most will exhaust their lifespan before we reach the Cangxing world. It doesn’t..."
"Azhen, look." Jiang Yue excitedly interrupted.
At the same time, he pulled his lover towards the centremost room on the sixth floor.
"There is a formation on this door." He said.
