He managed to shake his head. "No..."

Karl scoffed, folding his arms. "How can you be fooled by that? It’s obviously some trick to make us lower our guards so she can do worse."

Eris shrugged. "Maybe the female actually isn’t that bad. Maybe we misjudged her because she suddenly changed."

"Dumb," Karl muttered. "I won’t be fooled by her. Ever."

Zayn let out a soft cold smile as he laid his head back against the wall and closed his eyes. "If you weren’t so dumb, then you wouldn’t be in here either. Which makes you worse."

Karl glared at him, pissed. "Hey! Don’t pick a fight with me. I’ll break your tail."

Zayn, still in the same position, scoffed. "You couldn’t even beat some lions."

"You!" Karl tried snapping but felt a rush of pain by his lip. The pain from the bruise was persistent.

"You’re lucky I’m bruised..." Karl folded his arms as he turned to Luka. "Hey, apply some of that stupid powder from your face onto my fingers."

Luka stared at him. "Why?"

"Let me give you a clue; I’m not eating it. Why ask that?!" Karl snapped.

Eris scoffed. "Weren’t you the one acting all cold? Now you suddenly need it? You should have asked the female."

"Shut up," Karl snapped. "I would never ask her anything." He rolled his eyes. "Forget about it then, I don’t need her stupid stuff. I’ll be fine soon." He leaned his head back against the wall and closed his eyes.

Zayn simply scoffed while listening, both arms folded.

Luka stared at Eris. "Do you really think she’s a goddess though? With all she did that night.. and the sudden change.. maybe our female is actually a goddess?"

Eris blinked, folding his arms. "If so, then I guess it’d be a good thing."

Luka slowly nodded. "Maybe."

Karl scoffed with his eyes closed. "Fools. Goddess my foot. She’s just fooling everyone. I guess I’m the only one who can see through her."

Eris stared at him. "Wow. Really smart. I wonder why you’re also locked up in here as well."

Karl opened his eyes and glared at him. "I’ll smash your pretty face if you speak again."

Eris mimicked him and then said, also resting his head. "At least I have a pretty face."
