Jeremy Night’s bones were healing. The healing liquid was of high grade. It was working well.

Evening

He opened his eyes. He then recollected his thoughts. He had been given a powerful healing liquid. He immediately circulated the natural energy in his body.

He didn’t feel any pain from his internals. He got out of bed and began to do some exercise. He found that his bones were completely healed.

Not only that, but his mental fatigue was gone as well. He was in a good mood right now. He had underestimated the middle-aged man.

He then decided to leave. Just then, someone opened the door and walked in. The person was none other than the doctor here.

"You are awake. Let me check you." After saying that, he didn’t wait. He immediately began to assess the condition.

He found out that the bones were completely healed. The blood vessels and internal organs were healed and had gained some strength as well.

"You are good to go," the doctor said.

Hearing that, Jeremy Night thanked the doctor. He was about to leave the room.

The doctor said, "Elder John wanted to see you after your recovery."

"Okay," Jeremy replied.

He then left the medical centre. He didn’t go to Elder John’s office right away. He was going to the administration building, taking a slow walk.

While walking, he began to process everything. Whenever he went to the wilderness, he was always on the edge. It was because he was taking risks to match up with others.

It wouldn’t be long before he reached Tier-4. Then he would have more strength to protect himself. By the time he collected his thoughts, he arrived in front of the building.

He then opened the door and walked in. His gaze fell on the mission desk. Elders were behind the desk. There were a few members who were taking on missions.

His eyes looked for Elder Smith, but he was not at the mission desk. He went to the sitting area and sat on a chair comfortably.

He took out his device and called Elder Smith. Right then, he received gazes from the elders there. This time, their gazes were filled with doubt and confusion.

Jeremy Night was shocked. He used to get unkind gazes here, and he had suspected it was the work of the mastermind.

What happened now? His mind filled with doubts. Next, the call connected with Elder Smith. He told him that he was here waiting for him.

Elder Smith was taking a break. Knowing that he had completed the Abandoned Valley mission, he decided to come right away.

Jeremy ended the call and placed the device back in his storage ring. He raised his head. His gaze swept across the members.

He saw seniors who were 3rd-year students. They were Tier-7 Beast Tamers. It was rare to see them at the base, as they usually did long missions.

Soon, Elder Smith returned. He then went to him and submitted the mission materials. Elder Smith verified the Grade-6 Herbal Flower. He was in disbelief.

It confirmed that Jeremy Night had succeeded in doing this mission. This mission was difficult even for the second-year students who had Tier-6 strength.

He knew the news would soon spread. Then they would change their minds and reevaluate the young man. He then registered the mission success.

He didn’t ask anything else.

Jeremy Night left the building under the curious gazes of many. Even the Tier-7 Beast Tamers heard the conversation. Their faces were full of surprise as well.

"Is this a joke?"

"How did a Tier-3 Beast Tamer go to the Abandoned Valley?"

The seniors asked each other.

"It’s not important. He returned alive from that place," a female student commented.

Gasp!

A look of realization dawned on them.

They turned towards Elder Smith. The other Elders there looked towards him as well.

"Yes, he succeeded," Elder Smith simply said before leaving.

Gasp!

"He must have a powerful S-Grade Talent," a senior student said.

Others thought the same as well. Then they left the place. The elders were far away from them, so they didn’t hear their conversation.

A few minutes later,

Jeremy Night entered Elder John’s office. He saw him behind the desk. He looked at the Elder and greeted him.

"Sit," John said.

Jeremy sat on the chair and looked towards him.

"I heard from Smith just now. You were able to collect the Grade-6 Flower. A Tier-3 Beast Tamer went to the Abandoned Valley for a mission and returned alive after completing the mission," John said with a smile.

Even saying this felt unreal. Now he was more glad that he had taken the risk by bringing Jeremy Night here.

"I returned alive, but with a few broken bones and other injuries," Jeremy replied with a smile.

"It makes it believable. If you had returned unscathed, people could lose their sh!t and might conduct an investigation," John said with a chuckle.

"Yes, it could happen," Jeremy agreed.

"Now that you have recovered, I have a reward for you," John said.

Hearing that, Jeremy was taken aback. He was not prepared for that.

"I have purchased an armour suit for you. But it’s in the Beast Taming Store. I can’t go there because of the work here."

"I want you to go to City A to collect the item," John said.

Jeremy remained silent. He had an armour suit, but he rarely used it because the weight hindered his movements.

John saw through his thoughts.

He said, "The armour suit is the latest product from the top three zones. You can’t find them in stores outside the top three zones."

"But I bought it through some channels. Unlike other armour suits, it doesn’t weigh that much. You can wear it like clothes," he added.

Jeremy Night finally showed some interest. It was not like he didn’t like armour; armour had its uses. Maybe he would have avoided injuries if he had worn armour.

Since the new armour was coming as a reward, he decided to take it.

"I will go," Jeremy replied.

"Good. Take my card and give it to the manager there. He knows what to do." After saying that, John gave him his card.
