Chapter 290: The End of The Supernaturals (III)
"Hehehe."
The reply made White laugh.
"Brilliant as ever."
This was why even now, with all of his power, he still held the robed man in high regard and referred to him still as Ultimate Err.
"But tell me... he’s the last of those who are Supernatural Spies, isn’t he?" he asked.
It was pointless going around destroying Supernaturals if the only place that ought to be safe and free of them was filled up with Supernatural Spies.
"They were some in the beginning. But the Supernaturals had Noran destroy the rest of the spies to leave traces that I could follow to know Noran himself is a spy."
"Their plan was to make him a rival power, someone who could win over the affection of others and divide the base into two camps, one under them and the other under me."
"With his death, Humanity Ascension is now free of Supernatural influence."
He claimed, and White nodded in satisfaction.
"Now..."
He said, addressing the rest in the room.
"Let’s address Nolan’s concern. If I could unfortunately remember the words of a traitor, it went something like:
_________
’The forces we have here in Humanity Ascension are for one purpose only: to protect the freedom Humanity still has.’
’Even that 20% of Supernaturals can still wipe out over 40% of the only Human forces we have left!’"
__________
White voiced precisely what Noran had said, before continuing,
"Firstly, I want to make something very clear. I am not here for 20% of the Supernaturals. I am here to wipe out 100% of Supernaturals in existence."
"The 20% is a starting line that won’t have me worrying about massacring humans along with Supernaturals."
"Not that I can’t stand it..."
He added, making many, including Ultimate Err himself, pause.
"Just that it leaves a bad taste in my mouth."
White completed and there were quiet exhales.
"Secondly, and unknown to that fool...I never planned on using Human forces."
He asked and many froze.
"You think I have you all here just to beg your pathetically weak selves to follow me into war?"
White said with a mocking grin as he slowly hovered up into the sky.
"Weak? Tsk. You sure are arrogant, aren’t you? We’re Galaxy Ranked Members..."
A Galaxy Ranked member said, only to be silenced as White stared down at him emotionlessly.
"I already told you what you all are..."
He said, and a blue halo flashed through the sky, and White disappeared out of the hall.
Right after he was gone, the thoughts resounded into the minds of all Galaxy Ranked members in the room:
’You all are... Nothing.’

"We can choose to devour the world itself if you so wish, my lord."
The words echoed through the pitch-black void where a total of five jets arranged themselves in a circle above a dark planet with faint traces of blue.
The one who had spoken was an Umbrawyr three times White’s size, standing twenty meters tall. Abyssal maws covered his entire body, and within each one, a black hole slowly revolved.
"Or we can choose to blanket the entire world in darkness, making it so that when the darkness is withdrawn, the slightest illumination of light from the sun would be enough to twist them all into eternal madness."
The suggestion came from another Umbrawyr who apparently had no form at all.
White had first seen it as a simple ball of darkness, but right now it was a cloud of darkness hovering above them all.
"I’ve noticed they have a peculiar weakness: they breathe..."
A calmer voice echoed from beside White.
The Umbrawyr who stood there looked more human than most, though torrents of pitch-black hair flowed down his body like a waterfall, nearly swallowing his figure whole.
In his hands rested a lone staff.
"We can replace the air in the world with darkness. They’ll breathe it naturally, and it will force them into a state of evolution."
"Since they’re not compatible with darkness, they will all succumb to the evolution and meet their deaths. Even those who survive will be nothing but shadows of their past existence."
"All of those suggestions are too mundane and waste my lord’s time."
A being called out, coming to stand by White.
It was a masculine figure in the shape of a human but with crown-like tumors over his body.
He had a pitch-black crown on his head, another on his right shoulder, another on his left, and even another forced out from his spine, each radiating terrifying runes of darkness.
"We should refine them. Strip away all variance and reduce all minds to a single convergent equation."
"A civilization that thinks only one thought, perfectly, eternally, and without deviation."
He paused, then continued:
"Then we simply adjust the equation until that thought no longer supports existence. A finger snap after that moment, and all life will simply cease to exist."
His words made the void around them shiver slightly, with some of the Umbrawyrs doing the same.
The one who had spoken was one of the Umbrawyric royals, second only to the King and Queen, and naturally possessed power beyond conceptual imagination.
"Brilliant. All are brilliant suggestions, but..."
White said with a satisfied grin, but then his eyes steeled.
"There are two groups of races on this planet. Humans and Supernaturals."
"I wish to wipe out only the Supernaturals and leave all Humans intact."
"Each one of your suggestions will have both races destroyed, something I cannot allow."
Instantly, the void quivered as knees slammed down, and heads bowed.
"Forgive us, my lord."
They called, and White raised his hand, lifting them to their feet before pointing.
"Look there..."
He said, and a blue halo rose from White’s fingers, forming a circle over Earth’s surface.
"Most in that place are reported to be Supernaturals. If you’re in doubt as to what a being is, then leave it alive, but mostly they should be Supernaturals."
"Wipe them all out in the ways you see fit."
The second White finished the command; a massive black hole swallowed him as all 999 Umbrawyrs that had been gathered around him immediately disappeared.
A wave of darkness darker than darkness itself descending with power upon the Earth.
The blackhole cleared a moment later, revealing White who slowly had the robe on his body disappear, revealing a body sculpted by perfection as all six pitch-black hands widened to the side, and he turned his head up into the depthless dark void.
"Activate Astral Monarch."
_______
White could still remember vividly the first time he had activated the Astral Monarch skill.
It had been against the Punishers back in Xtremecyber, and he had only done it once because when he had activated it, something else, a being unknown, had taken over his body.
The feeling of its power was never clear due to the state of euphoria his brain was placed in on its activation.
But this time...
RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIP!
The void above White seemed to ignite as space all around him shattered into a billion fragments.
What came out from the shattered remnants was a total of not seven like before, but nine massive stars, each one shining with an infinite wave of astral light that coated White’s being.
In the first transformation, his body had been so weak that it had to be shed away and placed into another star while astral light preserved it.
But this time, his body wasn’t replaced.
All of that infinite energy coursed through White, visibly transforming his six pitch-dark arms into radiant astral light.
His form remained the same, but hundreds of times brighter, and with a single thought White forced all of that light away, keeping it within himself to a level that wouldn’t harm an ordinary human being.
"Would you dare to try take over my body this time?"
He voiced calmly into the void before him, and there was silence for a while before the voice resonated in his mind.
"You can control its power better than I can now."
It said, and White scoffed before ignoring it and looking down.
Now that he had sent the Umbrawyrs into Earth, there was almost nothing that could stop them, and the Supernaturals should be able to see that quickly enough.
He knew well: if they were ever faced with a helpless situation, which they were now, then the Supernaturals would react desperately to deal one final blow.
And what was the better way to deal a final blow than to slaughter the rest of Humanity and drag it down with them?
That was why White needed one thing: speed.
And in this form...
Quietly, he lowered himself to the ground, all six arms hanging in position, and right then the panel flashed:
[Effect: Godspeed Movement – Movement and reaction speed reach levels difficult to perceive – Has now been activated.]
"Let’s begin."
RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIP!
