Chapter 420: Chapter 420 - Counterattack(Part 5)
"So, we meet again, Demon Lord Satan and Larrk Stryker. Ah, and the Dragon King Aereeze as well," Remarked Dracula, as we burst in through a window, entering the castle’s throne room.
"Well, yeah, this won’t end until you and the other Elder Vampires are dead, after all. This won’t go like last time," I responded, as I unleashed my Contracts and transformed, along with my Soul Weapon Ascension.
"Oh, yes, I agree. But not in the same way you’re implying, human...just because you have one more ally on your side, don’t think the odds are in your favor. In case you have forgotten, you’ve yet to bear witness to my full power," Stated Dracula, as he stood up off the throne and took out a Magic Item, starting to activate the moonlight barrier.
"No, I didn’t forget. It’s true, I haven’t seen your full power...and I never will," I replied with a smile, as I activated the counter item, his eyes widening slightly as the barrier shattered.
Good, it worked...it would’ve been real embarrassing if it failed after I said that.
"So it would seem. How unfortunate, my fellow Elder Vampires are in for quite the unpleasant surprise, it’s unlikely that they’ll make it out of this battle alive. Oh, well...no sense in dwelling on it, I suppose," He shrugged, as he tossed the Magic Item away with a sigh, before narrowing his gaze at us and chanting, "One Thousand Blades."
An alarmingly massive number of blades formed in front of him before shooting towards us with immense speed, Aereeze quickly stepped forward and created a powerful, intense wall of wind, the blades getting deflected away before Satan took aim and fired out a rapid, drilling beam of Obliteration towards Dracula.
"Slash," Chanted Dracula as he swiftly evaded the beam, before a large, horizontal slashing wave came barreling towards us with immense speed.
We quickly flew up to evade it, before I turned my arms to acidic slime and rapidly extended them out towards him.
"Wall."
A barrier formed in front of him as my slime arms closed in, blocking them out as I failed to break through, before Satan unleashed a piercing Obliteration beam towards Dracula, which burst through his barrier wall and grazed the side of his left arm as he quickly shuffled across to the right.
He then crossed his arms in front of himself as Aereeze unleashed a concentrated burst of wind towards him, which slammed onto his arms and sent him hurtling back towards the throne.
"Elastic Wall."
A bouncy barrier wall formed behind him before he could crash onto the throne, canceling out his momentum as the three of us unleashed simultaneous attacks, Aereeze’s wind enhancing my blue flames, which swirled around a powerful Obliteration blast from Satan.
"Redirection Portal."
Dracula swallowed up our combined attacks and sent it shooting back towards us, before I quickly extended out Magic Eater and consumed the attack before it could reach us.
"Speed Boost, and Shockwave," Chanted Dracula, barreling towards us with a sharp burst of speed before unleashing an intense shockwave, blowing us away before I sent my whip shooting out towards him with as much speed as I could generate, charging them with Azazel’s Exploding Fists ability.
He swiftly chanted and unleashed another shockwave, blowing my whips away, before chanting again and vanishing from sight.
I quickly spun around, just in time to see him a few meters behind me, before he unleashed a rapid, swirling ball of blue flames towards me.
I extended out Magic Eater right in the nick of time and swallowed up the fireball, before he teleported several meters to my left and chanted, firing out a rapid, speeding spear towards me.
I opened up a portal into my Pocket Dimension, swallowing the spear up, right as Satan unleashed a slashing wave of Obliteration towards him, as Aereeze zipped up above Dracula and fired down a crushing burst of wind.
Dracula swiftly chanted and teleported away, deep cracks spreading out across the floor as Aereeze’s blast slammed onto the tiles with immense force, the room shaking slightly upon impact.
He’s deliberately avoiding teleporting too close to me, he’s wary of getting caught in my slime like last time...he’s seriously way too powerful, thank fuck for Lumena’s counter against the moonlight barrier, we’d be getting absolutely demolished if he was three times stronger than he is now.
Suddenly, he teleported behind Aereeze, whose eyes widened in alarm as she spun around and crossed her arms defensively, before Dracula drove his fist forward, unleashing a burst of blood from his elbow to launch his arm forward, a sharp crunch ringing out as his fist slammed onto her arms and sent her flying back with a gasp of pain.
I quickly shot towards Aereeze as Satan fired off a barrage of Obliteration blasts at Dracula, who spread out his wings and zipped away to evade them.
I managed to catch up the Aereeze and catch her before she could crash onto something, and began healing her, before I stiffened as Dracula suddenly teleported a few meters in front of us and chanted before I could react, unleashing another powerful shockwave and blowing us away.
Aereeze quickly unleashed a burst of wind behind us to cancel out the momentum, before I finished healing her as fast as I could, the two of us then rushing away in either direction as a swirling pillar of blue flames came barreling towards us, narrowly evading it before Dracula teleported towards Aereeze again, who reacted instinctively and fired off an explosion of wind around her to knock him away.
"Don’t think I’ll let you use the same trick twice on me," She remarked with a grimace.
"Yes, it seems it won’t be that easy. Still, it would appear that I have the advantage...and I’ve still got an endless arsenal of tricks up my sleeve that you’re yet to see..."
