Gu Xu glanced at Huo Sining and hesitated for a moment before saying:

Gu Xu was taken aback, then smiled wryly.
He knew very well that he couldn’t refute the reason Huo Sining presented. He understood that having his wife with him was like holding a trump card. The couple packed their luggage and left the house without bothering to tell Yue Shuwen and the others, who hadn’t yet gotten up.
Gu Xu had already instructed his secretary to help book the flight tickets. He then took Huo Sining to a remote location.
Huo Sining didn’t know where Gu Xu was taking her but didn’t ask either. They arrived at a shop that looked completely unremarkable. Once inside, he directly handed a card to the shop owner.

The shop owner didn’t seem to question what Gu Xu intended to do with the items. After collecting everything, they left the shop and directly closed the hidden door.
Once the door was shut, the shop reverted to its inconspicuous state. The shop sells miscellaneous goods, looking completely ordinary from the outside. The shop owner, a cripple and wearing shabby clothes, made the shop appear unassuming to anyone unaware of its secrets, never guessing an arsenal was hidden within!
