Chapter 200: Chapter 200: Wei Wu, Are You Interested in Being a Bodyguard?

For the past two days, whenever Wu Yun returned to Shida Modern Garden, he had been deliberately looking for any sign of Wei Wu.

The residential complex wasn’t exactly huge, but it wasn’t small either.

At noon on the third day, just as Wu Yun finished parking in the basement garage, he spotted Wei Wu emerging from a patrol of the unit’s elevator lobby.

Wei Wu was silent for a moment before asking, "Mr. Wu, why do you think I can fight?"

"Looking at your moves, I’m guessing you’ve killed before, haven’t you?"

Wei Wu’s gaze hardened, and he stared intently into Wu Yun’s eyes.

"I haven’t trained in Capture Enemy Fist, but I do practice combat sports. And my intuition tells me I definitely couldn’t beat you."

Wei Wu nodded and sat down at the table, but he didn’t pick up his chopsticks.

A pale-faced little boy holding a book walked over. Seeing Wei Wu at the table, he exclaimed happily, "Dad! You’re home from work!"

Wei Wu managed a smile. "Wei Nian, come sit down. We’ll eat once Mom joins us."

When Li Sha finished her tasks and sat down, she saw the father and son waiting for her. A smile touched her lips. "Didn’t I tell you two to eat first?"

"Wei Wu, has being a soldier made you stupid? How can you not seize such a great opportunity? Are you going to wait for your army buddy to get you a job at some security firm? You’d still be a bodyguard! Would the pay be as high as what this Boss Wu is offering?"
