Having landed two consecutive hits on Entei, Molly cried out in shock.
"I’m fine, Molly. This little bit of damage is nothing to Daddy." Entei forced a smile as it struggled to stand, then turned back to Greninja.
"You said I couldn’t even handle 30% of your power — but I don’t think that 30% is anything special. It doesn’t even hurt."
Greninja laughed — a laugh of disbelief at Entei’s arrogance.

"Koga~" — You’re pretty cocky. Fine, then let me show you 60% of my power. If you can last half a minute, I’ll consider you the winner.
"Arrogant! That should be my line!" Entei was enraged by Greninja’s dismissal. This time, without waiting for Molly’s command, it gathered purple Sacred Fire on its own.
Greninja’s contemptuous expression deepened. It formed a single hand seal, and golden life energy surged from the ground into its body — it was using Xerneas’s divine move, Geomancy.
As the energy gathered, Entei spat its Sacred Fire. Greninja watched calmly, its shadow flickering across the Water Shurikens scattered on the field, finally stopping at the far corner. Just as the Sacred Fire was about to hit, Greninja vanished — and the Sacred Fire struck nothing.
Entei searched frantically, finally spotting Greninja in the corner, still channeling Geomancy. It launched Extreme Speed, charging at Greninja with lightning speed. Greninja watched with contempt. As Entei was about to strike, Geomancy completed. Bathed in golden light like a flowing stream of gold, Greninja vanished from Entei’s path.
Entei’s eyes widened. Before it could react, a devastating kick struck its side — sending it flying. A golden streak darted around it, each pass carving wounds into its body. When it finally hit the ground, covered in gashes, it had already lost the ability to battle. Faint sparks of light began to rise from its body.
"Daddy!" Molly screamed in terror, running to Entei. "What’s wrong?! Your body is turning transparent!"
"Molly... Daddy seems to have let you down. I lost to it." Entei looked at Greninja apologetically. "You won. I admit you’re stronger than I thought."
"Koga~" — You’re strong too. I’m just stronger.
"Daddy, don’t leave me! You said you’d always be with me!" Molly wailed. Her grown-up form flickered and faded, reverting to a six-year-old girl with twin pigtails.
"I’m sorry, Molly." Entei spoke once more.
This battle was broadcast live. Greninja’s overwhelming victory drew cheers from the Kanto region — cheers for Rio, cheers for Greninja. But the cheers didn’t last long. On screen, new crystals began sprouting across Green Town. One crystal pierced the drone, cutting the broadcast.
Outside the castle, Rio watched from afar with Mewtwo as Entei faded and Molly sobbed. He sighed. This whole incident was ultimately because the child missed her parents too much. Her mother had passed, and her father had disappeared while studying the Unown. The Unown that took him had created Entei from her dreams to serve as her father.
Now that Entei had been defeated, the dream was collapsing.
"Let’s go, Mewtwo. Take me inside." Rio said. Mewtwo placed a hand on his shoulder, and they vanished.
They reappeared inside the castle. "Here, here — the Unown are in this room." Old Ghost’s voice echoed in his mind. Following its lead, Rio soon reached the innermost chamber and saw a swarm of Unown. They seemed to be in a frenzy, vibrating wildly around a purple orb, shifting formations and emitting piercing cries — far more violent than what Gengar had shown him yesterday.
"Is it because Entei’s defeat is destabilizing their power?" Rio guessed. "Mewtwo, hit them with an Aura Sphere — break their formation and quiet them down."
Mewtwo raised its right hand, gathering Aura energy, and launched an Aura Sphere at the Unown. But just before impact, a psychic barrier formed, blocking the attack — and retaliating with a purple psychic blast. Mewtwo frowned, floating in front of Rio and catching the blast with one hand.
"Oh, glaring at me like that will chase me away, will it?" Rio raised an eyebrow — he could see anger in the Unown’s symbols, all directed at him.
"Mewtwo, show them who the real Psychic-type master is." Mewtwo raised its right hand and gathered its exclusive divine move — Psystrike. This time, the result was different. The Psystrike shattered the barrier and knocked dozens of Unown out of the air, breaking their formation entirely. A bright light burst from the center, forcing Rio to shut his eyes.

When he opened them, the Unown were falling, accompanied by wooden stone tablets that glowed briefly before dissolving into light, just like Entei. Then, the fallen Unown were suddenly drawn toward the purple orb, which split open into a dimensional portal.
"Don’t let them escape!" Rio shouted. Mewtwo Teleported to the portal’s entrance, using Psychic to block the Unown. But as it did, a powerful suction pulled it inside.
"Damn it!" Rio’s eyes widened. "Gengar, follow! Don’t let Mewtwo get trapped in that dimensional rift!"
Gengar carried Rio toward the portal. The moment they neared, they felt the same powerful pull — and were dragged in along with the Unown. Within seconds, Rio, Mewtwo, Gengar, and the Unown all vanished.
When the last Unown was pulled in, the purple portal healed and erupted in white light. Wherever the light touched, the crystals dissolved — from the castle, to the grounds, to all of Green Town — reverting to its original flower-covered beauty in an instant.
"Huh? What happened?" Zoroark, still watching Molly sob, looked around in surprise. Greninja was equally confused. The crystals had simply disappeared.
"Koga~" — Rio must have done it.
"Probably. He said he was going to capture the Unown." Zoroark agreed.
Inside the castle, Lorelei, sitting on the bed, watched the television and felt her mind gradually clear. Beside her, Lance, dressed like a servant with a tray in hand, also regained his senses.
"Where am I?" Lorelei looked around in confusion — and was startled to see Lance dressed as a servant.
"Lance, what are you wearing?!"
Lance, just recovered, looked down at himself and jumped. "What the heck?! Why am I dressed like this?! I’m Lance!"
He threw off the uniform. "Wait — I remember now. I lost to Entei, and it made me the servant for you, Entei, and that girl Molly." He looked at Lorelei.
Lorelei’s eyes widened. "Oh! I remember now — Entei kidnapped me and called me ’Mommy,’ making me play the mother. But where is it now? How did we recover?"
"Rio must have defeated it." Lance’s eyes lit up. "I remember — before Entei controlled me, that girl Molly arrogantly challenged Rio. She was asking for a beating. I was right — she lost."
"Let’s go find Rio."
Meanwhile, Rio opened his eyes. He jolted awake. Before him was pitch blackness, lit only by faint dark red light.
"You’re awake, Rio." Mewtwo’s voice echoed in his mind. He looked around — Mewtwo and Gengar floated on either side of him.
"Where are we?" Rio asked.
"You don’t know? And yet you had Gengar drag you in here." Mewtwo rolled its eyes.
"Of course! I couldn’t just let you fall in alone — what if you couldn’t get out?" Rio said matter-of-factly.

[Mewtwo’s friendship has increased]
[Friendship: 30 (-40 → 30) ]
Mewtwo stared at him for a long moment. "Don’t underestimate me. I wouldn’t get stuck... but... you did care." Rio smiled.
He knew exactly where this was — an alternate dimension. The Unown’s home was the same dimension where Dialga and Palkia dwelled. When those two legendary titans clashed, Unown would scatter everywhere in panic.
Rumble.
A deafening thunderclap echoed from afar. Rio, Mewtwo, and Gengar turned toward it. With nothing else around, Rio decided to head in that direction. Mewtwo carried him forward — but as they approached, a lightning bolt flashed overhead, revealing the massive form of a deep-blue, sauropod-like Pokémon. Then darkness again.
"Dialga!" Rio’s eyes widened.
Another lightning bolt flashed from the other side, revealing a similarly massive, pink-skinned Pokémon with theropod features. Darkness again.
"Palkia!" Rio’s eyes widened again.
Multiple bolts flashed simultaneously, illuminating the entire area — revealing Dialga and Palkia glaring at each other. It was clear a battle was imminent. Just as Rio thought that, a purple lightning bolt struck between the two — like a starting signal. Dialga and Palkia charged at each other.
The impact sent out waves of energy — pink from Palkia, blue from Dialga — forcing Mewtwo and Gengar to shield themselves. The collision lasted five seconds, then they separated. Palkia opened its hands, gathering a pink Aura Sphere and blasting Dialga in the head — not causing much damage, but enraging it. Dialga reared and gathered a Hyper Beam — but Palkia blocked it with Protect. Dialga grew angrier, roaring as it gathered a dark red energy sphere that exploded into scorching meteors raining down on Palkia.
