Chapter 37: 37: New Task: Danger Zone?
Ayra had gotten back to her room after taking a sweet bath that morning. She wanted to get some rest. Her stomach was beginning to get warm and heavy even though she didn’t see any increments. Hopefully she wouldn’t see such.
But she could tell the baby could be closer than she thought since the system said that bearing cubs for her would be a faster process compared to normal humans.

Ayra smiled at what the system said. She couldn’t help but look forward to it especially when it promised as good as this! All she had to do was work hard and complete the tasks and the system would make her into a gorgeous model! Those models she had seen on TV.
Ayra couldn’t help but think about how she would look then. She probably would make some people’s heads turn and make some past enemies mad!

Ayra blinked at the task at hand. She didn’t know what to say but she knew she needed to improve that fertility if she wanted to fucking have a painless pregnancy period! She didn’t need the pain as the signs her stomach was showing were there already.
She sighed. "But how the fuck am I going to increase his affection that fast if he’s currently at only 5 or something...?"

[Current tribe situation at hand: The Tribe is currently facing a decline in food which has slowly began affecting them. Lord Ash is currently heading to a contaminated zone to source some food]
"..." Ayra blinked. "So you’re actually telling me to go to the damn contaminated zone with them?!"

She sighed as she closed her eyes and thought. "Okay. I’ll go then."

Ayra got ready and made her way out. She soon arrived at where the men were gathered after asking some questions.
"Excuse me but where is Lord Ash right now?" She had asked some group of beastmen sharpening their weapons.
"..." These men were dumbfounded. They sat there staring at her as though they’d seen a ghost or something. They had finally confirmed the rumors that this female was actually... Pretty.
"Ah..." One blinked.
"Ah?"
"Ah.." the other turned and pointed to a direction.
Ayra smiled. "Thanks a lot," she flashed a smile at them as she turned and left them there.
These men blinked as they held onto their beating hearts while they stared at each other.
"Is that really the female...?" One asked.
"Yes.. but why is she... Glowing..?"
"And her smile... Have we been possessed?!"
They immediately panicked.

Ayra soon arrived at the scene. A group of beastmen gathered at the path leading out. Tigers, leopards, wolves. Huge, strong, muscular beastmen standing there and waiting to leave.
"Hello," Ayra flashed a smile as they all turned to stare at her.
Lord Ash was also there with Commander Lynn and his younger brother, Rai.
Rai smiled as he walked up to her. "Ayra, you’re here. I haven’t seen you in a while, I’ve actually missed you," he smiled as he stood before her.
But Lord Ash approached and slightly pushed the teen away by the head, now standing before Ayra. "What are you doing here?"
Ayra smiled as she stared at the other beastmen who were curiously staring at her. It was clear that these men didn’t like her at all.
"Well, I came to join you all," she said.
"Are you crazy?" Commander Lynn approached. "Don’t you know it’s a dangerous task ahead? Why would a female come along? Do you want to die?"
She smiled. "Don’t worry, weren’t you the one who said I don’t die? Huh? Besides, I got bored staying at home. So I just want to join and look around."
"But it’s not some fun sightseeing..." Commander Lynn was still against it.
"Ayra isn’t weak. She took down a beast before. So she can come along. You never know, she might be of great help this time too!" Rai suggested.
But Commander Lynn cast him a cold glare. "Talk again and I’ll send you back."
"..."
Lord Ash was quiet for a while as he smiled. He stared down at Ayra as he slowly leaned closer. She stiffened and moved backwards as he slowly brought his ears to rest on Ayra’s stomach.
Lord Ash slowly felt her stomach for a while before he looked up at her. "You’re with my cub, yet you’re being so careless and running around dangerous zones? What exactly do you want?"
She smiled. "Nothing much. I just want to be of help."
He stared at her for a while and then said, "Okay. As long as I’m here to protect you, I guess the female can come along."
He agreed. Commander Lynn said nothing more. He simply stood while the other beastmen stared at themselves, surprised.
