Chapter 501: Going Full-Time.
The news that the leader’s Leviathon body left was known to only a few important leaders of the Sebastian Warriors Army.
The impact was not much either. Even if the soldiers knew that the Leviathon already left, they would not feel it much since in a sense, their leader was still with them in the form of the main Megalodon body.
The more Sebastian’s responsibility and power grew, the more he appreciated the utility and convenience that his doppelganger and invisibility unique skill brought, the unique skill was just too versatile.
With his Leviathon body leaving, Sebastian successfully divided himself into 3 and was now working at the efficiency of 3 talented personalities.
Whereas his Atlantian body was leveling up in the Green Mist Sea and was taking care of his Anatomy organization, his main Megalodon body was leveling up here and was taking care of his army, while his Leviathon body explored.
His speed of growth at this moment was unsurpassed by any other beast of his level, not even the late Doppelganger and Invisibility Beast developed this fast since he only got his unique skill when he became a Black tier predator.
After Sebastian’s adventure in Manapedia in the Green Mist Sea, his origin law comprehension increased a lot which spilled into his unique skills.
Apart from the utility and power of his unique skills increasing which were displayed in battle, another important ability of his was upgraded.
With the increase of his origin law comprehension, he now had another slot to create a new living doppelganger. After the massive success of his first 2 living doppelgangers, Sebastian had a lot of expectations for his 3rd one.
This was the reason why he had not started the creation yet, he wanted to find the ultimate beast with the ultimate bloodline that would attract his attention.
His anatomy organization was working hard on this endeavor.
After the departure of his Leviathon body, apart from constantly killing beasts to level up, Sebastian set a few priorities for himself and tabled them according to their level of importance.
{Priority List:}
- Looking for growth opportunities for friends.
- Expansion of the army.
- Looking for a candidate for the next living doppelganger.
- Looking for clues about the Temple of Enlightenment.
- Infiltrating the Demon Inter-racial bounty organization.
This was the priority list that Sebastian made to tabulate the priorities that were currently occupying his mind. More could occupy the list in the future, but for now, these were the priorities.
Looking for growth opportunities for his friends occupied the top of the list, this was because Sebastian dreaded seeing anyone of them dying again.
For Strong and Big Group, he would attend to them himself since they were close to him. He would do his very best to search for opportunities, inheritances, and other ways for them to grow strong faster.
As for Tosh and Verni, he already instructed his workers in his anatomy organization through his Atlantian living doppelganger to search for growth opportunities for them in the Green Mist Sea.
Apart from searching for growth opportunities for them, another task that he gave his anatomy organization was to research ways to increase the evolution chances of his friends and how to help them externally.
After having a mechanical implant successfully implanted in his head, he sought similar ways to give his friends an advantage over their foes.
He was ready to do anything for his friends.
The 2nd priority on his list was the expansion of his army. This was extremely important, the Sebastian Warriors Army needed to become a powerhouse of the Dungeon of Souls, and this transition needed to be fast.
With a strong army, Sebastian would grow an extra tooth for biting foes.
Looking for a candidate for his next living doppelganger was a priority too. With another living doppelganger, his growth speed would increase again and he could delegate more things to this 3rd living doppelganger.
Sebastian could not wait for the day that he had so many living doppelgangers that he could do every single thing that he thought of, just imagining this future gave him the motivation that he needed to keep on working hard.
One of the main reasons that brought him to the Dungeon of Souls was the Temple of Enlightenment, so it was only natural that finding it was a priority also.
Sebastian wanted to grow strong fast, and this temple was a great way to fulfill his goal, he wanted to locate and prepare for its opening as fast as possible.
As for the last priority which was infiltrating the Demon Inter-racial bounty organization, this was a risky plan that Sebastian came up with recently.
The more he grew used to taking up the identities of other predators and enjoying the benefits that followed, the more he grew addicted to it.
Now, Sebastian grew more ambitious, he wanted to absolve this mighty bounty organization.
He planned to become a Black tier predator as soon as possible which was a goal already seen as impossible to most predators, if he had the guts to aim for that, nothing prevented him from aiming for this.
The risk was much, the challenges that he needed to overcome were big but he believed that he had what it took to get this plan done.
The more he interacted with pinnacle predators, the less he feared them and the more his imaginative brain cooked up ideas against them.
After going through his priorities once more, Sebastian left his chambers in the underground military base and navigated his way to the common soldier quarters where most of the white and orange tier soldiers of the army stayed.
On getting there, he received the surprised but disciplined greetings of his soldiers before singling Big Group out of the bunch.
Since the first day that he rescued the Grouper Fish, having lived alongside him for some time, Sebastian knew that Big Group was still affected by the trauma caused by the Orca Revolution but he couldn’t find time to speak to him yet.
Now, Sebastian cut this time from his busy schedule to speak with his friend. Big Group was surprised by Sebastian meeting him all of a sudden.
The Sebastian that he knew, and the one before him had so many differences that he saw Sebastian from the perspective of a subordinate rather than a friend now unlike the previous relationship that they had.
Sebastian wanted to correct this and heal his friend.
"How are you making up in the army?"
"I’m trying, everything feels new but I’m good at adapting to new circumstances now". Big Group replied animatedly.
Sebastian smiled slightly as he kept on asking him a few random questions till they got to an isolated part of the military base, this was when Sebastian finally asked the big question.
"Please, can you tell me everything that happened after I left?"
"...Ok". Big Group went silent for a few seconds before he answered but he had no change in his expression.
The story finally started, the story that was filled with comedy, more tragedy, a lot of ups and downs, and a catalog of rollercoaster moments.
In the end, Sebastian was left feeling emotional too. The realization that companions like Spankster, Ray, Fay, and all the other familiar faces were gone forever finally hit home hard.
Sebastian finally understood how much Big Group was going through.
He thought hard about how to console the Grouper Fish but he was lost, in the end, he simply decided to also tell a story about his life.
He omitted everything about his previous life, his system, and reincarnation, simply starting from when he was born and this became another story filled with a rollercoaster of emotions, sad moments, happy moments, and epic moments.
Big Group finally understood how much Sebastian went through to get to where he currently was, this Grouper Fish was sincerely amazed.
Despite when faced with impossible situations, the optimism that Sebastian always had was what touched him the most and this was what gave him the motivation that he needed to pick himself up from the ground where he was.
If Sebastian could experience so much and still get to where he was today, then he could do the same notwithstanding his bloodline disadvantage.
After breaking the limits of his bloodline once and becoming an orange tier predator, it became easier to break it again.
Big Group still needed to set his mentality right with time, but Sebastian’s story was what gave him the motivation to start in the first place.
"Thanks, I really appreciate it". For the first time in his life, Big Group said this word without feeling that it was weird.
"Thanks too for your company". Sebastian smiled.

"Our experiment today is on the internal musculature of Great White Sharks in relation to the internal musculature of Space Beasts".
"Josephine, make the slide presentation".
"Yes, boss".
Once Sebastian’s Atlantian body handed over the stage inside the main anatomy lab to his assistant, Josephine came onboard confidently as she started explaining all the important parts to know about this experiment.
The experiment was mostly theoretical, but some physical experiments would be also made to verify any critical conjecture that they came with.
All these were more measures being explored by Sebastian to increase the chances of augmenting his Great White Shark friends here in the Green Mist Sea.
Once she finished explaining, Sebastian and Eliana took over again as the lead anatomists as the experiment finally started.
Sebastian was finally making full use of all his bodies, his Atlantian body was working here in the Green Mist Sea, his main Megalodon body was working in the Dungeon of Souls, while his Leviathon body was joining the war.
Time was no longer on his side; he was now a full-time worker.
