Chapter 448: First Official Space Beast Dissection!
Compared to previous times when all 3 main priority experiments were being tackled by the anatomists, the main anatomy lab now seemed scanty.
Only a few dozen best anatomists of the 1st Den of Anatomy were qualified to work in this most important part of Sebastian’s ambitious experiment, the others were only privileged to observe this work from afar and learn.
At this moment, dozens of working tables were already merged to form a giant working table where the Space Beast would be worked on.
Around the giant square-shaped working table was Sebastian and all the other anatomists while hovering a few meters above the giant working table was the dissection target itself, the Leviathon suspended by over a dozen metal chains.

The experiment hadn’t even started, but they all had undaunted belief in his abilities and were positive that the result would be positive.
They thought that they fed on Sebastian’s positivity, but it was this confident vibe from them that kept Sebastian thinking positive about their chances.
Without any further dilly-dallying, Sebastian took center stage. Of course, this was not Megalodon Sebastian, this was Atlantian Sebastian as he already kept his main body in his head in case it was needed for emergencies.
"Good morning, anatomists of the 1st Den of Anatomy".
"For the first time in our history, we are about to work on our first major dissection experiment. We are about to work on a Space Beast, a Leviathon!"
"I know that you all know the stakes involved in this, but I think the pressure will push us to perform at our best rather than break us".
Sebastian raised his right hand. "We are good enough for this!"
"Today, beasts and variant humans are all gathered under my leadership to fulfill the one goal of completing our first major anatomy feat in flying colors".
"With you all wholeheartedly assisting me, I believe that we can do anything and everything!".
After finishing the pleasantries, Sebastian finally went to the main business. "Now, this is the plan for this dissection experiment run".
"I allocated 3 days maximum to this experiment".
"Due to the hard work of everyone here and our assistants who are not privileged to work with us here, we already did a good job in completing a lot of the hard prospects of this experiment in theory".
"All we need to do now is to make theory reality".
"Our first job is the complete dissection of the Leviathon to have a perfect knowledge of its internal musculature, body regulation, and anatomy".
"The time allocated for this is 1 day, 2 days maximum".
"After dissecting the Leviathon and achieving our first goal, our 2nd job is to assemble it back. We assemble it back while putting some of our plans that were only a theory into reality and seeing its effects".
"After assembling it successfully, our job is done".
"Now, get to work guys!"
By the time Sebastian’s short speech came to an end, the anatomists were already bustling with excitement as they theorized their future achievements with this major experiment on a Space Beast.
They were determined to make the most out of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, it was not every day that anatomists got to work on a Space Beast.
With Sebastian declaring it, they finally went to work.

The sound of the metal chains being manipulated reverberated as the Leviathon was finally brought down to dissection level on top of the massive merged working table, presenting its massive body to the anatomists.
Theoretically, the Leviathon that Sebastian killed some time ago was too massive for one lead anatomist to be in charge of the dissection.
The time involved would be too much, and this was the reason why Sebastian further divided the dissection work between Eliana and Josephine.
For this main dissection experiment, the 3 of them were the lead anatomists.
Once Eliana and Josephine started working on the massive beast, Sebastian took in a deep imaginary breath to calm his mind before going to work.
With the help of his assistants, he took his dissection knife and cut.

He started cutting from the mid-section of the mighty Leviathon.

This time, Sebastian pulled out all stops as he activated all his sensory skills. This allowed him to have a firm grasp over what he was doing, and where in the body of the massive Leviathon he was cutting.
Once Sebastian made his first cut into the Leviathon, seeing the open flesh exposed to him, his eyes gleamed as he was quickly consumed by the mood.

His hands moved fast like he was cutting pancakes as he cut rapidly inside the mighty beast. Sebastian rapidly worked his way inside the belly of the beast.
Unlike back on earth where he needed to be careful with every cut, confirming first before cutting, in here, his skills were never wrong, so he confirmed a lot quicker which resulted in his faster cutting.
Through reading, explanation from Eliana, the encounter with Mana Lords and a lot of other things, Sebastian’s knowledge about anatomy in Oceania terms was now expansive.
He knew a lot about Space Beasts already, even Leviathons but it was on cutting inside this beast that Sebastian became exposed to wonders.
The Leviathon’s anatomy was like the perfect example of an apex predator. These beasts were really blessed by the primordial origin magic and their anatomy showed it, they were too perfect to be true.
Through dissecting the Leviathon, Sebastian became exposed to a lot of wonders that he did not know before, he also caught a glimpse of his future ultimate body already as he dissected the beast.
Some organs’ positions in the Space Beast were already shifted slightly to a different position compared to other beasts, but this little shift meant a lot as it added to the numerous reasons why this Space Beast was a Space Beast.
While Sebastian dissected enthusiastically, he absorbed all this knowledge like a greedy hungry sponge. He was not ready to leave any knowledge behind.
He didn’t leave any part of the body untouched, going from the belly to the head, and then to the tail, exploring every single part of the beast.
This way, he got the best personal feel of the anatomy of the Leviathon.
About a day and a few hours later, the mighty Leviathon’s body was explored completely. Eliana and Josephine met in a private session where they explained their discoveries, brainstorming to come to a consensus from their observations.
All these were to create a better mental image of the Leviathon’s anatomy in Sebastian’s head since he needed it to create his ultimate war vessel.
By the time this brainstorming session came to an end, it was already officially 2 days since the dissection of the Leviathon started.
Taking that as their cue, Sebastian declared the start of the 2nd part of this major experiment, the assembling.
