Chapter 447: Final Preparations; Start Of The Main Experiment.

Sebastian was surprised by this sudden notification from his system, but he was not too surprised once he thought deeper about it.
Since day 1 even before he arrived at the Rainbow Waterfall after Eliana confessed her feelings to him, he had been in a situation that he could only describe as a heightened state of mind.
In this heightened state of mind, he became easily excited, any external stimuli could make him happy faster than it could have done before.
The confession affected his psychological state of mind more than he expected. After a long time of being referred to as the crazy dissector, though he knew that it was mostly for jest, he was still affected by this nickname.
Being called the crazy dissector, though Sebastian was proud of it, for some reason he always felt that he wasn’t loved as much as he expected from people.
Back in his previous world, he always craved this extra love, he always wanted it, and he even felt that he needed it but he never got it.
This and a lot of other things contributed a lot to his warped personality back on earth and why he loved spending time more with his shark pets than humans.
Now, here in Oceania, this unoccupied void of love in his heart was finally occupied once Eliana confessed to him. Eliana had everything in a woman that he ever wanted, her confessing her love to him became the holy tonic to his traumas.
After she confessed and he accepted, he felt the change but it wasn’t as tangible as it was now. This was probably why he didn’t break through then.
But after arriving at the Rainbow Waterfall, after spending 5 memorable days with her where they got to explore together, enjoy themselves, and where he got to be intimate with her for the first time, the change finally became tangible.
Compared to 5 days ago, Sebastian was now a more cheerful man.
Throughout his life in Oceania, in his main body, Sebastian had suffered a lot of surface injuries which either healed with time or through his healing skills, but he never found a skill that could heal psychological injuries.
Now, he finally found the cure for his psychological trauma.
Eliana’s love was the cure for his psychological trauma.
Once he leaped above the bottleneck in his heart that kept screaming at him that he could not be loved, he changed qualitatively in a way that he could not express in words, and now this spilled all over to his metaphysical powers.
After experiencing his first breakthrough some time ago, he finally experienced his 2nd mind breakthrough, achieving intermediate level mind control.
Without even needing to actively look at it first, Sebastian knew that his telekinesis powers had already grown stronger once again.
He smiled; he could not wait to begin using his telekinesis powers to their fullest potential. He was determined to make his theories of his telekinesis a reality.
Sebastian’s sudden change and his smile were not able to elude Eliana’s attention. "What happened?"
Sebastian’s smile became wider. "I had another breakthrough".
"Oh..., congratulations!"
"Thanks!"
The both of them held hands and finally started swimming against the tide. The water movement of the Rainbow Waterfall was powerful against them, but as the powerful predators that they were, they were not affected by it.
Once they arrived outside the Rainbow Waterfall, Sebastian finally released his main Megalodon body from his head and turned to face Eliana.
Eliana coughed on feeling his gaze, then he activated her skill again.
Once the ethereal power passed through the mighty body of the Megalodon, Sebastian felt a mental prick in his head as his mind turned blank for a moment.
When he opened his eyes again, he was back in 2 bodies.
With his main Megalodon body back online, Sebastian felt a bit different but overall, he was back.
"Let’s return".
Sebastian spoke before leading the way but he was surprised on seeing that Eliana didn’t follow him. He stopped and turned around only to see a look of awkwardness and slight exasperation on Eliana’s face.
Sebastian was stunned, what the heck was happening?
"Elder Raiko!!!" Eliana suddenly called out the next moment, all red already.
To Sebastian’s shock, Eliana’s familiar warship became visible out of the blue as one of the 4 Red tier clownfish elders swam out.
The Elder had an unprecedentedly serious expression on his face as he spoke. "Eliana, we were tasked by the Lord to protect you, and like always, we’ve been diligent to our jobs".
"I promise that we didn’t see a thing". The elder said seriously.
"..." Eliana’s face turned even more red like a red potato now.
Sebastian finally understood what happened, then he felt awkward too.
The awkwardness lasted until Eliana stormed into the warship while demanding for Sebastian to restore her to her normal state.
Sebastian did as she asked, then clownfish Eliana came back to life. Sebastian also returned his Atlantian body inside his head, leaving his Megalodon body.
After spending 5 days in each other’s company in Atlantian form, resetting back to normal felt a little weird to Sebastian but he soon got used to it.
The warship finally returned to the 1st Den of Anatomy.
On getting back, Sebastian saw that all his subordinates already finished their vacation, and everything was already set, awaiting his return.
Like before, Josephine welcomed her boss personally. This time though, Eliana accompanied Sebastian and once Josephine saw these 2 together this time, her intuition easily told her that something was wrong.
She only needed to think a bit to know exactly what happened, her mood deflated, and she felt disappointed. Though she tried to hide it, Sebastian discovered it.
Sebastian didn’t know what to feel so he simply acted like he didn’t see it.
On getting back to the 1st Den of Anatomy, Sebastian didn’t kickstart activities immediately as he gave all the anatomists an additional day of rest in preparation for the start of the ultimate experiment.
For the next 24 hours, Sebastian remained in isolation as his mental capacity returned to its peak state before he finally came out.
Once he came out, he took hold of all the research results that the anatomy teams got for the 1 month when he was gone as he rapidly went through them. After understanding them, Sebastian gave his pass mark.
Sebastian, Eliana, and all the anatomists really did a good job while he was gone. He appreciated their efforts even more after understanding the results.
After understanding the results, Sebastian convened with the lead anatomists of the anatomy teams who led the research when he was gone.
By interacting with them, he came to a better understanding of the situation as he finally called all the anatomists that would be taking part in the ultimate dissection experiment of the Space Beast together.
Once everyone was together, Sebastian briefed them.
He confirmed that they still all understood what they were working with and the stakes involved, then he complimented their efforts and motivated them some more before finally leading all of them to the main anatomy laboratory.
On getting there, the massive carcass of the Leviathon was already there.
