Chapter 1155: Chapter 1155: Previous Collaboration
Hannah remembered something, "If Arnold comes looking for me later, just tell him I’m with Auntie."
Roy Yarn nodded in response and turned to leave.
A few minutes later, Grace Yarn was already affectionately linking arms with Hannah, praising her for being both cute and beautiful, like a little fairy. She even wanted to take her upstairs to show her those "treasures."
All were Hannah’s albums and related merchandise that had taken her quite some time to acquire, along with some paintings she had created inspired by Hannah.
Everything was carefully put away in a guest room that Grace Yarn had set aside specifically for this purpose.
The elevator stopped on the third floor.
Grace led Hannah out.
There were three rooms on the third floor, and Grace had taken the largest one for her painting studio. The room next door was vacant, later turned into a space for her "treasure trove."
She took out the key to unlock the door and found it odd that it was not locked, "I remember locking the door yesterday, how come it’s open now?"
As she spoke, the door was pushed open.
"Louis, what are you doing here?"
Seeing the person inside, Grace was also surprised.
Although the room was usually locked, the key would just be left on the table outside the door and not especially taken care of.
It was just that Louis usually spent most of his time in his own room and rarely came up to the third floor.
His sudden appearance there took Grace by surprise.
Although the room was large, its layout was simple, allowing one to take it all in at a glance.
The most eye-catching feature was a painting of a "Rosalind" on the left wall.
In the background of the painting, there were vast expanses of rose flowers. Among the rose bushes, the girl is seen only from her delicate back, her long hair flowing, draped in glowing white.
This was painted by Grace after she watched Hannah star in the movie "Rosiland."
Grace only painted as a hobby from when she was little and never planned to make money from it, so most of the time, she kept her work for her own enjoyment, with only a small portion displayed in exhibitions.
Now, Louis was standing in front of this "Rosalind."
Hearing the noise, he turned around, and the moment he saw Hannah, a sweet smile immediately bloomed on his face, but he spoke to Grace, "I just wanted to come up and have a look, I hope I’m not disturbing you both?"
Of course, Grace shook her head and said, "No, Louis, this is also your home, you can go wherever you like."
When facing Louis, it was obvious that Grace had lost the energy and naturalness from before.
Hannah could hear the cautious efforts to please in her voice.
It was kind of like her own mother, and a little like the former Hannah Winter.
Because she cared too much and also felt guilty, she was always careful in her dealings, wanting to make the other person feel her goodwill.
However, such methods were obviously futile against someone like Louis, the heartless Little White Lotus.
Grace remembered Hannah following behind her and, thinking the two were not acquainted, introduced him, "This is Louis, my nephew."
Louis walked over, dressed in a tailor-made suit, exuding not only his usual innocence and purity but now also a man’s steadiness, "We’ve met."
Grace paused, and seeing Hannah nod as well, she finally realized, "That’s right, I remember you both worked on a movie together before, Hannah starred as the leading lady, and Louis, you played the lead male, right?"
In just this short time, Grace’s address for Hannah had already changed to the more intimate "Hannah." The movie she mentioned was "The Kite," a film she had watched with the heart of a true fan.
