"A buffet sounds perfect! Let’s do that. We know our own tastes, and we can choose whatever we want without worrying about others," Hiroshi said, smiling.
Aya and Hanako agreed, smiling and nodding.
"Okay, we’ve decided. You two chat; we won’t interrupt," Aya said, gently nudging Hanako.
"Okay, see you later," Hanako said as they left.
After they were gone, Hiroshi turned to Harumiko, smiling. "They’re really fun."
Harumiko nodded. "Yeah, they are. Hey, Hiroshi, have you ever been to a buffet before?"
Hiroshi thought for a moment. "Now that I think about it, I’ve never been to an all-you-can-eat restaurant."
"Really? Perfect! This will be your first time! You’ll love it. Last time I went with my aunt, I ate tons, and everything was so delicious!" Harumiko said, smiling.
Hiroshi nodded. "Okay, if you say so. I’ll try a buffet and see how good it is."
"But I bet it’ll be amazing. After all, it’s a recommendation from our resident foodie, haha."
Harumiko blushed and nodded. "To be honest, I really like you, Hiroshi. Everything about you, your personality, everything... I really like it all."
Hiroshi was taken aback.

Hiroshi smiled, nodding. "So you like me? I’ve never seen you like this before! This is the first time a girl has told me she likes me. It’s amazing!"
Harumiko smiled and lowered her head. No matter what he says or does, my heart races. Is this what it feels like to like someone? It really is amazing, just like he said! she thought.
