Chapter 372
Inside the Mindspace, Elyon was confused as he watched Ray willingly leave the seat while the werewolf took charge.
Watching as Ray stood behind the chair with folded arms, the Celestial lifted a brow.
"I know that Bruce promised you one summon, hence he didn’t complain when you called him, but I need to know something."
Ray turned his attention towards the Celestial with a raised brow.
"What?"
"Why?"
"Huh? Why what?"
Elyon frowned.
"We have stayed with you for months now. Long enough for me to know that you won’t give up control so quickly in the middle of a fight.
You would have thrown everything you had at the threat, and only when everything became hopeless would you ask for help. So why?"
Watching as Bruce inhaled and exhaled with a grin on his face while simultaneously rubbing the arms of the chair, Ray beamed.
".... I needed to take a step back and observe. I have realized that everything I have at the moment is useless against her durability. And I can’t exactly observe while fighting, now can I?
So I decided to do so first, then plan an effective way to take her down."
Turning his head slightly towards the werewolf seated before him, Ray commented:
"You do know that a full transformation requires a lot of energy, right?"
Bruce nodded with a grin.
"Sure. Knock yourself out. I can restore again."
With that assurance, Bruce was ready to activate.
"Hang on." Ray shouted before immediately opening up his System.
".... System, max out my other remaining stats now."
[Okay.]

[Stat Points: 40 <<< 10]
’Good. Just ten points left.’
Feeling the surge of energy flood his body, Bruce smirked as his perception sharpened dramatically, granting him an almost complete three-hundred-and-sixty-degree sensory field.
Earlier, he could barely sense the Queen’s slightest twitch or movements, but now, even if it was only the tiniest movement, he felt confident he could detect it.
"Go wild."

All of this happened in no more than four seconds inside the Mindspace.
The very next second, Bruce’s eyelids snapped wide open.
His eyes darkened into a deeper shade as long fangs began protruding from his mouth.
Kai felt the sudden shift in energy beside him, causing him to take an involuntary step back.
The hairs all over his body stood on end.
Even Felix sensed the change, and his brows knitted together as the aura felt strangely familiar.
Before anybody could say or ask anything, a loud cracking sound echoed throughout the entire cavern.
Bruce was growing taller.
His pants stretched to their absolute limit before ripping around the edges.
Patches of brown fur streaked with silver rapidly spread all over his body.
His hands shifted into deadly claws.
After only a few seconds, under the stunned gazes of the others, what stood before them was no longer human.
Standing at three metres tall, thick brown fur streaked with silver coated its body like a tightly fitted mantle.
Black eyes burned with seething rage as they remained locked on the Spider Queen.
With every huff of air, the creature let out a deep growl like an ancient monster awakening from a long slumber.
Each growl was as menacing as the roar of an ancient lion.
The creature stood upright on two legs like a human, but its proportions were monstrous.
Its thighs alone were nearly twice the thickness of a normal human’s forearm.
Two thick arms ended in sharp-looking claws that looked capable of splitting the earth apart.
Jagged rows of long, razor-sharp teeth, accompanied by prominent fangs, lined the creature’s mouth, further adding to its terrifying appearance.
Its physique was athletically lean, with defined abdominal muscles rippling beneath the thick fur, giving it the perfect balance between speed and explosive strength.
The mere sight of the transformed werewolf was enough to make the atmosphere in the chamber feel even heavier.
A snout and a pair of ears that made it look like an overgrown wolf lined its features.
Trisha could be seen staggering back to the group only to see a werewolf standing with them.
Claws gleaming with a furious glow as they all stared back at the Spider Queen.
"Swoport mwe!" Bruce struggled to say through his powerful jaws.
Not waiting to see whether they heard his words or not, the werewolf lunged forward.
The ground cracked beneath the spot where he had been standing just a moment ago.
"What did he say?" Kai asked with a raised brow.
"Support him. Let’s go!" Felix shouted as he gave chase.
Trisha didn’t even wait to be told.
She simply rolled her shoulders a few times before giving chase with all the speed she could muster.
The Ice Queen’s running speed was incredibly fast.
She practically flew through the air like an arrow released from a bow.
One of her arms was stretched behind her, holding the sword with its tip pointed towards the ground.
The other sliced through the air as she sprinted forward.
Determined not to be left behind by the others.
"AWHOOOO!"
Bruce’s powerful howl ripped through the chamber as he clenched his claws into powerful fists while descending upon the damned beast.
All of Nebula’s eyes rolled towards the descending werewolf.
Three of her colossal legs shot through the air like arrows, aiming straight for him.
Bruce didn’t fret at all.
Kicking off the air with a deafening bang, he began weaving through the incoming legs.
’Watch and learn, kid. Strength and speed aren’t everything. You need skill and precision too.’
«When did you take such a liking to him that you’re teaching him?» Elyon questioned.
Shooting downward almost like a meteor, Bruce’s already massive arms bulged incredibly, and so did his calves.
Within a second, after allowing one leg to whistle past his face by mere inches, he crashed onto the Queen’s back with a destructive punch that sent a massive shockwave blasting out in all directions.
It was as though his strength had suddenly doubled as the punch smashed into Nebula’s back.
The Spider Queen didn’t even realize when she let out a powerful screech of pain.
A thin hairline crack appeared across the otherwise flawless violet chitin coating her back.
For the first time since the battle had begun...
They had actually hurt her.
