Chapter 517: *Everything is possible with him*
Alan told him, as he could see that Miguel seemed very interested in their Dual Cultivation bond, "Since then, we also shared a telepathic bond, and I have been able to use the golden particles whenever Erik used his Stage 2. But when he is not, even though I can see the golden particles, there are too few of them, and each time I store them in my Soul Force reserve, they always disappear if I don’t use them. I already knew from experimenting with the particles of the elements I don’t have an affinity with that they disappeared because I didn’t have an affinity with the Angelic Divine element, so at least this problem is solved now."
Miguel then approached him and healed the wound that his lightning bolt had left on Alan’s left arm, and he said to him, "I understand why you wanted to use this opportunity. Indeed, the fact that you were here in this special dimension, which is filled with spiritual and Divine energy, and the fact that Erik was using his Stage 2, opened the best opportunity for you... But what I don’t understand is why you didn’t tell me about it. Do you realize that without the bond that you share with Erik, you would be dead by now, disintegrated by these golden particles?"
Alan then thanked him for his arm and then told him, "I’m really sorry, Master. I’m not used to having a Master yet, and I tend to experiment with whatever comes to my mind by myself... But I promise you that I will tell you next time."
Miguel wasn’t so sure, but he suddenly got distracted, and he looked back to where the others were before saying to Alan, "You better remember this promise, Alan. Next time I won’t be so kind to you... Come with me!"
He then put his hand on Alan’s shoulder, and he teleported them next to Kevin, who was entirely focused on Ian.
While Miguel was dealing with whatever happened to Alan, Atlas had asked Kevin to stay with him to help him watch over Ian and Jordan because he could deal with any problem with the black particles, but he was completely helpless when it came to the golden ones. And so Kevin had stayed with him, wondering what kind of experiment Alan could have done this time.
It was Atlas who gave him the answer when he suddenly asked him, "How could Alan create an affinity with the Angelic Divine element... I don’t understand. It should have been impossible, right?"
Then, they felt another explosion of power, and Kevin told him, "Obviously, Alan not only didn’t follow Miguel’s orders, but it seems like he has succeeded in pissing him off."
Kevin then smiled at Atlas and told him, "As for Alan, everything is possible with him, for better or for worse."
He then explained to him more seriously, "Alan is sharing a Dual Cultivation bond with Erik, who is a new Stage 2 Warrior Spirit. Before them, the only couple who had shared the Dual Cultivation bond were Miguel and Elias, but they had lost it when Miguel was killed by the first God of War. When he had been resurrected by the Creator Himself, the bond never reappeared."
Atlas looked at him completely dumbfounded... Miguel was killed... and resurrected? And he was even resurrected by the Creator... It was a lot of information at once, but he focused on what was important right now and asked Kevin, "So it is thanks to that bond that Alan has been able to create an affinity with the Angelic Divine element?"
Kevin just nodded and told him, "This bond is really powerful. It links their energy reserves together, and so each of them can use the energy of the other. During the last fight against the Titans in your native world, I was fighting with Erik there, and Alan was still in our world trying to save Liam, who was injured by golden particles. When Alan couldn’t store any more of the golden particles, he sent them directly to their bond, and Erik was then able to use the golden particles that Alan was sending through their bond. That’s how powerful their bond is... A Warrior Spirit is far superior to any other fighter, and so Alan, thanks to their bond, has been able to accomplish what is normally impossible for all the other Mages; their bond has given him access to the Divine energy..."
Atlas was speechless; the power of this bond was terrifying. Kevin then told him, hoping that Miguel would soon arrive, "Ian is about to create his affinity with the Angelic Divine element; get ready..."
Just when he finished his sentence, Miguel appeared with Alan and immediately told Kevin, "With Alan, protect Jordan if something goes wrong with Ian, while Atlas and I deal with whatever situation arises."
Kevin nodded, and with Alan, they moved closer to Jordan to be able to intervene as fast as possible if something wrong happened.
Then, Kevin told them, "100 more... 50 more... 10 more..."
"Here we go," Kevin thought to himself, and then black clouds suddenly appeared above their heads, and lightning started to strike where Ian was still sitting.
But it was not normal lightning bolts; these were not silver; they were golden or black in color, as if both the Divine elements were trying to kill Ian. Miguel then didn’t hesitate and used his Priest powers, protecting Ian with a golden shield made of golden particles that was surrounded by a pure and bright white aura, which was the same power that Lena had used to save Atlas.
Elias, feeling that Miguel was using his Priest powers, immediately appeared next to him, ready to face any danger, but he was confused when he saw why Miguel had to use his Priest powers.
As everything seemed under control and to not disturb his husband, who looked focused on Ian, he then turned to Kevin and asked him, "Can you explain to me what is going on here, and how did those lightning bolts appear?"
