Chapter 516: *Did this kid just told him to wait...*
When Miguel joined Alan, he couldn’t believe it at first. How was it possible?
A golden aura was enveloping him, and his eyes had turned golden. He then said to him, feeling a little frustrated that none of these kids seemed to listen to him. He wasn’t really used to not being obeyed, "Didn’t I tell you to meditate to increase your mastery over the elements you have an affinity with?"
Alan, who was reassuring Erik through the telepathic link they now shared together, said to Miguel, "Please, Master, give me a minute and I will answer you."
Erik was always the first one for him, and so he told him that everything was fine now and that it was just because he had created an affinity with the Angelic Divine element that he had felt this surge of power. He told him that his life wasn’t threatened and that now it would be easier for him to have access to the golden particles.
Erik, who was training with Caleb and Kelan in a gravity room, had his Stage 2 activated, and he almost lost his mind when his mark of the Union began to burn him and start to glow like the sun.
They all had immediately stopped their training, and Erik tried to contact Alan right away to know what was going on.
He was ready to use his mark of the Union to open a portal and join him, but then Alan said in an apologetic tone that he didn’t listen to Miguel’s orders and that as he felt he was using his Stage 2, he took the opportunity to absorb as many golden particles as he could.
Erik sighed helplessly and told everything to Caleb and Kelan, who looked at each other before saying to Erik, "Well, I hope Alan will come up with a good excuse for Miguel; otherwise, your mark of the Union will stay golden for a while longer."
Erik then asked them worriedly, still ready to open the portal to join his man, "Miguel won’t hurt him, right?"
Caleb then smirked and told him, "Miguel has always been a leader, and he isn’t used to not being obeyed. While Elias is our General and he is the one that everyone knows, Miguel is the one who leads us in the shadows, and he is the one protecting us the most. Every Warrior Spirit who didn’t listen to him did it just once, not twice, because once you get beaten up by Miguel, trust me, you don’t want to piss him off ever again."
He then added when he saw Erik looking at his mark of the Union again, "Don’t worry; he is also fair, so Alan will probably just be punished... Let’s continue our training; he is not in danger, right?"
Erik sighed again and murmured, "Why does he always have to do experiments?"
He then told them, "He is fine; he told me that our mark of Union became golden not because he was in danger but because he succeeded in creating an affinity with the Angelic Divine element. The power that was surging in his veins has stabilized now and Miguel is there with him, so yeah, we can resume our training..."
Caleb and Kelan opened their eyes wide because they didn’t expect something like this...

Back in the dimension for the Mages’ training, Miguel looked at Alan, speechless. Did this kid just tell him to wait?
He tried not to lose his calm, but lightning bolts began to strike everywhere around them, and they were getting dangerously close to Alan.
Alan then felt the threat and used the Divine energy he was now connected to create a shield around him just before one of Miguel’s lightning bolts struck him.
He saw his golden shield starting to shatter, and then he looked at Miguel, who had crossed his arms over his chest.
Damn, he just realized that he had pissed off the most powerful mage in the Universe and that he had absolutely to find a way to appease him; otherwise, he was totally screwed...
He then dispersed his golden shield and said to Miguel, moving to the right to avoid another lightning bolt, "Master, calm down... Calm down, please, I will explain everything to you..."
Miguel didn’t say anything, but he sent one last lightning bolt in his direction just for fun. Alan swore as this time he was too slow to avoid it, and his left arm got burned by it.
But when he saw that the lightning bolts had finally stopped striking everywhere, he said to Miguel, his hands lifted in the air because he knew he was in the wrong here, "Master, actually I didn’t disobey you, at least not completely..."
Miguel smirked, and another lightning bolt struck just in front of his feet, so Alan said hurriedly, "Okay, okay, here’s the thing. When I started to meditate, I felt that my bond with Erik was stronger than usual, and then I began to see the golden particles that were more numerous than usual."
