Chapter 79: NEW PLAN
Felicia froze in fear not knowing how to answer their questions. She managed to give them a smile to assure them that there was no problem.
"You are right Juliet", she managed to speak. "Mom, we are trying but you see, Adrain is still very busy with the company’s issues and we have not had anytime to really get into it."
"For a whole two years? You guys have not had anytime to get together?" Mary questioned with a tone of doubt. She didn’t find it believable that for the whole time they had been married, they had not gotten into it.
Felicia’s heart skipped a beat in fear. She could see that the old woman was not believing her words. She held the glass of the water tightly as she spoke,
"Yes mom. I know that it has been a long time but we are really trying. But mostly ever since Erika came back, Adrian has never touched me. I think he is starting to regret ever divorcing her", she explained which was not really a total lie. Ever since they saw Erika at the mall, Adrain has been distancing himself from her. And the one time she was able to seduce him, he mistook her to be his ex wife.
She didn’t know if she should be happy or not because since Adrain made love to her, she decided to go to the hospital but there was no sign of pregnancy yet. She had been drinking the herbs that Mr Lee had given to her but there has been no progress yet. She recalled contacting him one time to question him but he replied, saying it takes time but time wasn’t on her side at all.
The other one could only mean that Adrain has lost interest in her and he has started fancying Erika.
"Then do something to make him want to touch you. I really need a grandson okay? I didn’t want to rush you when you both just got married because it would be too early but as you can see, am not young anymore. Most of my friends have grandchildren and I am craving for one", Mary said half pressuring her and half encouraging her.
"And If Erika is the problem, do something about it. Make him hate her and think about you only and I would advice you to get pregnant as soon as possible with Adrian’s child now that your marriage is at stake."
Felicia furrowed her eyebrows in confusion. "What do you mean, mom?"
"It’s simple. If you believe that Erika can snatch Adrain away from you again then you should just get pregnant for him to tie him down. That way, he would never leave you", Mary gave her explanation. Adrian was not her biological son so she didn’t care much about him but she wanted a grandson as soon as possible.
Felicia on the other hand thought about what Mary said. She couldn’t get pregnant because she was infertile but the one that she has to make Adrian hate Erika... she was onboard with that plan.
"Do you understand what am saying?" Mary asked Felicia.
"I definitely understand", Felicia replied with an evil smirk. Mary thought that Felicia was thinking about how she would make Adrian touch her so that she can have a grandson but what she didn’t know was that Felicia was infertile.
Butler David was hidden in a corner, eavesdropping on their conversation. He would need to inform Erika that these people were coming after her.

"What is wrong?" Ethan asked Erika who was pacing around the living room in a worry state.
"Am just waiting for uncle David’s phone call. I received his text saying that he has found the things that you asked him to bring", Erika replied as she bit on her finger nails. "He said he would call today when he gets the chance so that we can decide when we should meet".
Ethan walked up to her and hugged her from behind. "If he said that he is going to call you then he is going to call you. Maybe he just haven’t had the chance yet", Ethan tried to coax her.
"But what if he has been caught by Mary now or maybe she is starting to be more suspicious of him? What if....hmmm" she didn’t get the chance to complete the next sentence because Ethan quickly sealed her lips with his. He used his tongue to pry open her lips to let him in and when he did, he sucked on her tongue which drove her crazy.
Erika’s body was slightly shaking because of his mouth that was punishing her for worrying too much. Ethan held her by the waist to secure her stance because it seemed like she was going to fall anything soon.
After he was done sucking her tongue, he moved to her lowers lips and he sucked on it as of his life depended on it. This was supposed to be a shut up kiss but he got carried away by the natural taste of her mouth. He only stopped when Erika patted on his chest.
"Do you feel better now?" He asked in a husky voice. Erika could not bring herself to look into his black eyes that seems to want to suck her soul. Her face turned beet red with embarrassment as she looked away and nodded.
"That is good because I don’t want you worrying okay? How about this, I will send some people to go and watch over Mr David at the Hart mansion and make sure he is safe there before he meets you", Ethan suggested. Erika became more calm when she heard Ethan.
"Thank you", she managed to mutter.
"Anything for you darling", he gave her a smile before he went to go make the call. It didn’t take much time before he came back. "Everything is set. Some of my men have gone to the Hart mansion to keep him save. If anything happens, they will call to inform me".
Erika nodded with a smile of gratitude.
Ethan held her close and whispered in her ear, "there is someone that you need to take care darling".
"Who is that?" Erika asked with a confused expression.
"Look down", he ordered and a little audible growl sounded from his chest. Erika looked down as instructed and was surprised to see that Ethan’s member was already standing high and mighty. He bit her earlobe to earn a moan from her. He didn’t waste anymore second and quickly lifted her to their room.
