Chapter 2960: Chapter 2960

Ye Liuyun had already arrived at the Qin family, allowing Qin Mengxi to bid farewell to her loved ones.

The Qin family naturally welcomed him warmly and inquired about Qin Mengxi’s experiences during her time away. However, when they heard about her battle against the ancient demon, they were utterly shocked. They even inspected her consciousness to ensure she hadn’t been controlled by Ye Liuyun.

Though they found no signs of manipulation, they still struggled to believe her story—until Tang Xinyao and the others arrived. Only then did they truly accept that Ye Liuyun possessed such formidable abilities.

Upon returning to the Qin family, Qin Mengxi sparred with the clan’s disciples in the training grounds. This time, however, even those at the Dominator Eighth Level were no match for her.

While she still struggled against Dominator Ninth Level opponents, she at least avoided severe injuries and didn’t suffer crushing defeats.

"Your true essence isn’t condensed enough yet, and your grasp of spatial and natural energies still needs work," Ye Liuyun critiqued her performance.

Qin Wuyang, who had previously been defeated by Ye Liuyun, hadn’t yet broken through to the Unity Realm. He no longer dared to challenge him, slipping away the moment he saw them approach.

Ye Liuyun paid him no mind. Given his current status and strength, he had no reason to trouble himself with a mere clan disciple.

When Fifth Elder Tang Fengkuan arrived at the Qin family, it caused an uproar, with the entire clan turning out to greet him.

Ye Liuyun personally led Tang Xinyao and Tang Qianyu to welcome him, showing deep respect. Tang Fengkuan, in turn, regarded Ye Liuyun with curiosity, sensing a faint familiarity in his aura.

A man of impatience, Tang Fengkuan immediately pressed for news about Tang Xiaofeng.

This time, Ye Liuyun held nothing back. He recounted the truth and even released Tang Xiao, Tang Xiaofeng, and Tang Wan from his spatial artifact. To further prove his words, he transformed into Tang Xiaofeng’s likeness, finally convincing the elder beyond doubt.

He also removed the slave marks from Tang Xiao, Tang Xiaofeng, and Tang Wan, returning them to the Tang family.

Tang Fengkuan stood stunned for a long while before recovering. Tang Xinyao and the others were equally astonished, never having imagined such a shape-shifting technique existed.

Still, they expressed their gratitude to Ye Liuyun. Without him, they might still be under the An family’s control.

Tang Fengkuan also felt that although Ye Liuyun had infiltrated the Tang family by impersonating Tang Xiaofeng, he hadn’t actually caused them any harm. In fact, he had even helped them steal the Golden Source Liquid from the An family, which balanced out his offenses. Besides, the Tang family currently had no means to deal with Ye Liuyun anyway—they could only accept their bad luck.

"So, it was really you who wiped out the Demon Clan’s star system?" Tang Fengkuan finally got to the main point.

Judging by appearances alone, he couldn’t tell whether Ye Liuyun truly possessed that kind of power.

"Absolutely true," Ye Liuyun confirmed once again.

Hearing this, Tang Fengkuan cut straight to the chase. "Before you leave, could you do one more favor for our Tang family and completely eradicate the other three great families? Since you’re collecting planets anyway, why not just take the ones those three clans reside on? We’re tired of this endless struggle with them!"

"If you can do this, our Tang family is willing to offer you three sources of Primordial Force—all infused with the power of Buddhist Light."

Ye Liuyun hadn’t expected Tang Fengkuan to be so ruthless toward the other families. But he understood—better a sharp pain than a lingering one. Ending things swiftly would save countless lives compared to a prolonged conflict. Besides, since Tang Fengkuan was the one proposing it, Ye Liuyun now had ample justification to act.

After some consideration, he agreed.

Tang Fengkuan continued, "Some of our senior elders are aware of the alien threat. If you truly have the strength to eliminate those three families, our Tang family will also dispatch a team of disciples to join you in fighting the aliens."

"Though they won’t make much of a difference, it’ll serve as good experience for them. It’s time they ventured out and broadened their horizons. Of course, we’d need your help in arranging things."

Ye Liuyun responded bluntly, "I can arrange it. But I command vast armies—I won’t go out of my way to protect their safety. And in a large-scale battle against aliens, I can’t guarantee everyone’s survival."

Tang Fengkuan had no objections. "Naturally. I wouldn’t want them coddled too much. Just give them a chance to see the battlefield."

"Very well. I’ll mobilize my forces immediately to attack those three families," Ye Liuyun agreed without hesitation.

He promptly ordered his doppelgänger to take the nine massive orbs, while Pei Yong loaded 200,000 human soldiers into the spatial realm. For this operation, he opted not to deploy demonic troops, fearing it might provoke local resentment. Then, he sent his doppelgänger and a few demonic beasts on their way.

"Just... them? They’re enough to wipe out those families?" Tang Fengkuan, Tang Xinyao, and the others couldn’t hide their skepticism.

"You can head back and wait for the results! I’ll have a battleship escort you home first."

Ye Liuyun didn’t elaborate further. After setting the departure time with them, he summoned another Spirit Cat-class battleship to ferry them all back to the Tang family.

However, even before they arrived, Tang Fengkuan had already received shocking news—the Wan family had been annihilated, their entire planet wiped from existence.

The moment his clone arrived, it unleashed those nine massive orbs and ordered Pei Yong to deploy the army of 200,000. Then, with a relentless bombardment from the orbs, the Wan family’s ancestral stronghold was reduced to rubble. 𝒇𝙧𝙚𝓮𝙬𝙚𝓫𝒏𝓸𝓿𝓮𝒍.𝓬𝙤𝓶

Those disciples who tried to flee were swiftly captured by the clone’s army of Third-Level Unity Realm puppets. The other martial cultivators on the planet, intimidated by the sheer might of the 200,000-strong force, dared not intervene. Soon after, the second clone located the planet’s core energy and absorbed the entire world into his spatial realm—along with all its inhabitants.

"So fast!" Tang Fengkuan was stunned upon receiving the news. However, since they hadn’t arranged for observers, they had no idea how Ye Liuyun had accomplished such a feat.

Acting quickly, he ordered the spies the Tang family had previously planted to monitor the remaining two families.

Before they even reached the Tang estate, another confirmed report arrived—the Zhou family’s stronghold had been obliterated by those same massive orbs. Forty to fifty skeletal puppets had rounded up the Zhou disciples, while the 200,000-strong army deterred any local martial cultivators from interfering. Then, the entire planet was swallowed into the void.

Shortly after their return to the Tang family, yet another report confirmed the An family’s annihilation and the disappearance of their planet.

This time, the entire Tang family was left in shock. They finally believed that those demonic star systems had indeed been taken by Ye Liuyun and his forces.

Though Tang Fengkuan lamented the loss of a promising disciple, the eradication of these three great families made his efforts worthwhile. Had it not been for his connection with Ye Liuyun, perhaps none of this would have happened.

Ye Liuyun had done them an enormous favor—one that would have taken the Tang family over a decade to accomplish on their own.

True to their word, the Tang family immediately rallied their disciples. Their elders lectured them on the dangers of the alien invaders, urging them to take up arms and gain experience in the fight against this otherworldly threat.
