Chapter 1893: Chapter 1893 Let The Hunt Begin
Ye Liuyun is an alchemist who can evaluate the functions of Elixirs.

But he didn’t control the distance well, the arrow he shot landed near the martial practitioners and startled them.
Several martial practitioners immediately took cover behind Zhao Mingcheng, hoping to use her as a shield.
Ye Liuyun drew nearer with each stride, then raised his hand to shoot the last four arrows from his crossbow.
Consequently, two of the four arrows fired from the crossbow struck Zhao Mingcheng, startling both her and the martial practitioners.
"Whose side is this guy on?" All of them wondered the same.
Fortunately, there were still two crossbow arrows that skimmed past Zhao Mingcheng’s body and successfully took down two martial practitioners.
"You shot me?" Zhao Mingcheng asked, bewildered.
"But you have the armour on, I couldn’t have killed you!" Ye Liuyun apologised awkwardly as he ran up to her.
Two arrows fired by Ye Liuyun struck her. One landed on her chest and the other on her right breast. Luckily, due to the distance, neither pierced through her armor.
"You nearly shot me in the face if you aimed higher!" Zhao Mingcheng retorted.
"Let’s deal with them first!" Ye Liuyun hurriedly diverted Zhao Mingcheng’s attention and charged towards the martial practitioners.
Zhao Mingcheng had no choice but to continue to aid him.
With one palm thrust, Ye Liuyun blocked the other two martial practitioners who dashed toward him. Then he pulled out his sword and swung at one of the martial practitioners while Zhao Mingcheng took on the other one.
Although his opponent had a lengthy sword, Ye Liuyun swiftly slew it with a single blow. The opponent’s sword will was no match for Ye Liuyun, who sliced through it with ease and even broke it to pieces.
Meanwhile, Zhao Mingcheng eliminated one martial practitioner with her spear and got an Elixirs as her award.
Ye Liuyun put one of his acquired Elixirs in his mouth and stored the rest.
Zhao Mingcheng was about to store her Elixirs when Ye Liuyun pointed his sword at her, "If you’re not going to eat it, give it to me."
"Why are you forcing me to eat the Elixirs?" Zhao Mingcheng asked angrily.
"You’ll understand why once you’ve taken a few more. Fight me or eat it now!" Ye Liuyun said.
"You’re ruthless!"
Zhao Mingcheng tightened her grip on her spear before eventually relaxing her hold and popping the Elixir into her mouth.
Ye Liuyun, with his Golden Phantom Eyes, watched her swallow the Elixirs before putting down his weapon.
"How are we going to settle this?" Zhao Mingcheng said as she pointed at the two arrows on her.
"Um... actually, I’ve never used this crap before, I didn’t think I would hit you!" Ye Liuyun said awkwardly, casually throwing his crossbow to the ground and stepping on it to break it.
"Humph! I think you did it on purpose. After all, it’s not like it’s a big deal for you if I die!" Zhao Mingcheng angrily pulled out the arrow stuck in her armour and threw it on the ground, stepping on it to break it.
"How could that be! I truly considered that you had your armour on and wouldn’t die!" Ye Liuyun sincerely explained.
"And what if you had accidentally hit my head?" Zhao Mingcheng excalimed.
"I was aiming at your abdomen area. I didn’t expect it to land so high up!" Ye Liuyun replied plaintively. "It’s this d*mn thing’s fault, not mine!"
"It’s apparently your fault! How could you simply blame the weapon? And you didn’t let me use it..." Zhao Mingcheng was speechless due to Ye Liuyun’s actions.
"Come on. I tossed it away, didn’t I? Nobody would grab it and harm someone else with it again!"
As he spoke, Ye Liuyun took off the Interspatial Rings of the defeated martial practitioners, collected their Elixirs, and dug out their virtuoso.
Zhao Mingcheng glanced at him and said nothing.
But when she saw him dig the martial practitioner’s virtuoso, she couldn’t help but ask, "What are you keeping this for? Practicing Demonic Method?"
"I’m collecting these for the feral beasts to practice! These are resources, we can’t waste them!" Ye Liuyun explained.

"Fine! You have a point!" Ye Liuyun had no choice but to carry the bag himself.
After all, Ye Liuyun thought that she would slow their progress down while carrying the bag.
Most of the time, he was targeted by other martial practitioners since he was burdened with a large bag and a woman who tagged along.
