Chapter 237: Entering the Exotic Enclosure Region
Tang Yin turned his gaze to the other 4 organizations who were standing outside the Exotic Enclosure Region’s entrance alongside the Celestial Demon Sect.
From what he had learned from Elder Sun, the cultivators on the sword were the disciples of the Divine Sword Palace. The beautiful middle-aged woman on the tip of the 1,000 feet large sword was the Vice Palace Master of the Divine Sword Palace. Her status and power were just below the Palace Master. The sword she was standing on was a Tier 4 Artifact!
The old man beside her was an Early-stage Principle Comprehension Realm Elder of the Divine Sword Palace. Nothing too special, except for his lofty status.
Tang Yin looked towards one of the 20 Spirit Ascension Realm cultivators behind the Vice Palace Master. His name was Liu Wen, and he was a handsome male youth, his eyebrows were sharp like a sword and a natural charisma surrounded him. He stood right behind the Vice Palace Master, indicating that his status was above the rest of the 19 disciples.
According to Elder Sun, Liu Wen was one of the few cultivators he should avoid from the Divine Sword Palace.
He was only a Mid-stage Spirit Ascension Realm cultivator, but what made him special was his talent. He possessed a special Cultivation Physique known as the Profound Nine Sword Physique.
Not only did the Cultivation Physique increase his talent with swords and his comprehensive ability with sword techniques, but the power of his sword attacks was also multiplied by 9 times. Although he had to fulfil certain harsh conditions for the multiplier to reach 9, it was still crazy.
Liu Wen could apparently put up a fight against a Late-stage Spirit Ascension Realm cultivator if he utilized his full power.
Other than the Vice Palace Master and Liu Wen, the only other dangerous individuals were the 3 Late-stage Spirit Ascension Realm cultivators among the 20 Divine Sword Palace disciples.
Tang Yin then turned his attention to the crimson eagle Spirit Beast. Unexpectedly, it was a Low-tier Rank 6 Demonic Beast! As for whether it could Metamorphose, Tang Yin did not know.
Some Demonic Beasts did not have the ability to go through Metamorphosis. However, they still had to withstand tribulation to advance to Rank 6.
Nevertheless, this was the first time he had seen a Rank 6 Demonic Beast in person!
There were 20 Spirit Ascension Realm cultivators on its back. There was nothing really special about them except for a few individuals with a high cultivation base.
The middle-aged man at the front was the Head Elder of the Martial Beast Sect. He possessed Peak-stage Principle Comprehension Realm strength. He was the one chosen this time to escort the disciples of the Martial Beast Sect to the Exotic Enclosure Region.
Not all of the disciples in the Martial Beast Sect were Spirit Beast Tamers, but at least half of them were. It was almost guaranteed that some of the disciples on the crimson eagle were Spirit Beast Tamers.
Tang Yin looked forward to facing Spirit Beast Tamers, he wanted to witness Xiao Fei’s Lifeform Suppression ability and observe its power and capabilities.
Tang Yin then looked towards the huge ship. There were 24 people on its deck. The strange part was that there were 12 women and 12 men, they were all in pairs. The men were all somewhat handsome, and the women were wearing veils to cover their appearances.
Each pair had the same cultivation as their other half. For example, one of the men had Mid-stage Spirit Ascension Realm cultivation, and the woman next to him also had the same cultivation.
At the front of the ship were 4 cultivators. 2 men, 2 women. They were also in pairs.
One pair had Late-stage Principle Comprehension Realm cultivation whilst the other had Early-stage Principle Comprehension Realm cultivation. There were 2 Late-stage and 2 Early-stage Principle Comprehension Realm cultivators on the ship in total.
Elder Sun had introduced them as the Dual Cultivation Sect. The name was self-explanatory. The sect mainly focused on Dao Pairs and Dual Cultivation. This was due to their special heritage of Dual Cultivation techniques and manuals from the ancient past.
The last powerful organization was the cultivators sitting inside a 100 feet large scroll which was imprinted with the image of mountains, seas and beasts. There were 22 cultivators sitting on the scroll.
From the knowledge bestowed to him by Elder Sun, these 22 cultivators were from an organization called the Alchemy Association.
The Alchemy Association was the largest Alchemist organization in the True Martial World. It had many branches spread across the 999 Regions. One of these branches was located near the Exotic Enclosure Region.
The allure of extinct and precious herbs made it irresistible for the Alchemy Association Branch to not try to enter the Exotic Enclosure Region. Therefore, after a long stream of battles with the 4 other powerful organizations, they were included in the agreement for each of the powerful organizations to obtain 20 quotas to enter the Exotic Enclosure Region.
Not all of the Alchemy Association focused on Alchemy, only the majority, the other minor part of the Alchemy Association focused on various other things like battle strength and other professions as a side jostle.
20 of the cultivators on the scroll were obviously Spirit Ascension Realm cultivators. They were by no means special in terms of strength, they were just average in terms of Spirit Ascension Realm battle prowess. At most, they possessed a wider range of knowledge regarding herbs and Alchemy. The Alchemy Association must have tasked these 20 individuals to enter the Exotic Enclosure Region and collect as many precious and extinct herbs as possible.
As for the other 2 cultivators, they were Mid-stage and Late-stage Principle Comprehension Realm old men. They were tasked with protecting the disciples during their journey to the Exotic Enclosure Region and the journey back. Naturally not all of the disciples would survive, they would only need to bring back the ones that returned alive, and they would possess at least some sort of treasure from the Exotic Enclosure Region.
These were all of the powerful organizations which jointly held ownership of the Exotic Enclosure Region. Divine Sword Palace, Celestial Demon Sect, Dual Cultivation Sect, Martial Beast Sect and an Alchemy Association Branch.
This was Tang Yin’s first time seeing 100 Spirit Ascension Realm cultivators gathered together. Not to mention he had only seen one other Principle Step cultivator in his life, Chen Dao Xin.
If Chen Dao Xin were to be present, his strength would rank at the bottom among the Principle Step cultivators. He would just barely qualify to match one of the Early-stage Principle Comprehension Realm cultivators in battle.
Witnessing so many Principle Comprehension Realm cultivators of the Early, Mid, Late and even Peak stages allowed Tang Yin to broaden his horizons. Even if he didn’t enter the Exotic Enclosure Region, just being present among so many powerful cultivators would have made everything worth it.
However, a fire burned in Tang Yin’s heart. This was the fire of ambition.
Being among so many powerful beings, Tang Yin felt like an ant. He felt like he had returned to Maple Leaf City where everyone was stronger than him. But in the end, he had emerged stronger than them after going through many obstacles and life-and-death situations.
If he could rise to power then, he could also do the same now. The ambition to become stronger roared in Tang Yin’s body and soul.
He did not want to reach the level of cultivation of someone such as Grand Elder Shi. No. He wanted to surpass him! One day, someone like Grand Elder Shi would shake before him with respect, reverence and fear.

From what Elder Sun had said, Grand Elder Shi was an extremely powerful peak Principle Comprehension Realm cultivator. Even cultivators of the same stage would want to avoid a battle with him.
Suddenly, all of the powerful Principle Step cultivators turned their attention to the dark shade of grey fog, which was the supposed entrance to the Exotic Enclosure Region.
"It’s time." Grand Elder Shi spoke, and the leading cultivators from the other 4 powerful organizations nodded.
The Vice Palace Master of the Divine Sword Palace, the Head Elder of the Martial Beast Sect, the Dao Pair from the Dual Cultivation Sect, the Branch Leader of the Alchemy Association’s Branch and Grand Elder Shi of the Celestial Demon Sect all moved at the same time.
They instantly arrived before the dark shade of grey fog. They all made the same seal with their right hands and pointed towards the entrance of the Exotic Enclosure Region.
A crimson shade of energy burst forth from Grand Elder Shi, followed by the colourful eruptions of energy from the other 5 powerful cultivators.
The explosions of different coloured energy from the 6 powerful cultivators all rushed to the dark shade of grey fog. It mercilessly attacked that section of the fog, creating a hole. It was pitch black, nothing on the other side could be discerned.
The dark shade of grey fog was blasted apart, it tried to desperately return to its original shape and position, but under the obstruction of the 6 different coloured energies, it was kept at bay.
"Hurry and enter!" Grand Elder Shi roared, witnessing the stern expressions of the 6 powerful cultivators keeping the dark shade of grey fog at bay, the closest Spirit Ascension Realm cultivators rushed towards the entrance.
They were from the Divine Sword Palace. As soon as the disciples of the Divine Sword Palace entered the Exotic Enclosure Region, the disciples of the Dual Cultivation Sect moved.
They rushed forward into the pitch-black entrance of the Exotic Enclosure Region.
The Martial Beast Sect’s disciples were next, they followed the flow and rapidly entered the entrance.
The Alchemy Association’s branch was next. Just like the rest, they entered the entrance to the Exotic Enclosure Region and into the unknown.
Finally, only the Celestial Demon Sect was left.
"Remember, you cannot fly in the Exotic Enclosure Region." Elder Sun reminded. Everyone nodded and rushed forth to enter the Exotic Enclosure Region.
Tang Yin was not at the front, but not at the back either. He was in the middle of the disciples of the Celestial Demon Sect who were entering the Exotic Enclosure Region.
Tang Yin and the rest bypassed Grand Elder Shi and the other 5 powerful cultivators and entered the pitch-black entrance.
Once all 20 Spirit Ascension Realm cultivators entered the Exotic Enclosure Region, the sound of an explosion rang out.
The 6 colours of energy blocking the dark shade of grey fog were obliterated, and Grand Elder Shi and the other 5 powerful cultivators were forced back.
The dark shade of grey fog returned to its original position, blocking anyone from entering.
Grand Elder Shi and the others looked at each before returning to their respective sides.
