Chapter 56: Chapter 55: Two Conditions to Be Together
"I’m talking about my own clan, Brother Tang Yi. You understand, don’t you? You must have known that I’m not really a member of the Tang Clan," Tang Lian said, a hint of melancholy in her voice.
"Your own clan?"

"No, they would agree," Yunyun said after a moment of thought. "If one of two conditions is met, then the Clan will definitely agree to let you be together."
"What two conditions?" she asked, a sliver of hope rising in her heart once more.
"One: if Tang Yi’s strength reaches a certain height, high enough to be valued by the Luoi Family," Yunyun stated.
"I know that one, of course. Brother Tang Yi is already working hard on it. What’s the other condition?"
Tang Lian shook her head and pressed on.
’That condition offered some hope, but the outcome depended entirely on Tang Yi. She couldn’t do anything herself, which felt too passive.’
