"I’d better go find Professor Slughorn," Harry said. "But can you help me a bit? He’s been kicking my leg, it hurts so much. Does the Love Potion also enhance strength?"

"Normally, it doesn’t," Kael said with a laugh. "But who else would he hit if not you, blocking Ron from pursuing the girl he loves?"

Conna couldn’t help but burst into laughter.

To be honest, looking at Ron now, Harry did look like some villain tearing people apart.

Harry’s face fell instantly. If he could help it, he wouldn’t want this either, but what was he supposed to do? He couldn’t just let Ron run off to find that Romilda, could he?

"Forget about the Magic Potion for now; let’s help him first," Conna suggested.

"Since you put it that way, alright then," Kael said as he drew out his wand again.

"Stupefy!"

A red light flashed, and Ron immediately collapsed into Harry’s arms.

"That makes things much simpler."

Kael used the Side-Along Apparition to take the unconscious Ron and Harry to Slughorn’s office.

The door was ajar, and Harry barely knocked before it creaked open.

"Sorry, Professor Slughorn, Ron he... oh, my gosh!"

Harry exclaimed as he pushed the door open.

Kael quickly lifted his head, and then he saw Slughorn, like an enraged bull, charge past Harry and sprint recklessly out into the corridor.

All the while muttering repeatedly, "Don’t block me... Rosmerta... my dear... I have to see her now!"

Um...

Harry sat on the ground, dazed, rubbing his aching back from the fall.

Does Slughorn fancy Ms. Rosmerta from the Three Broomsticks?

For some reason, he felt this scene seemed familiar, like he’d seen it somewhere before.

Meanwhile, Kael had already flung Ron aside swiftly, pointing his wand at Slughorn.

"Stupefy!"

In the next second, Slughorn lay motionless on the floor.

Kael used a Stunning Spell on a professor!?

Harry was first shocked, then suddenly realized.

No, it’s the Love Potion... he remembered, Slughorn’s behavior just now was identical to Ron’s after eating the Chocolate Cauldron.

Harry quickly looked into the office.

Inside, there were no Chocolate Cauldrons, just a steaming plate of steak, presumably his breakfast, along with a bag of candied jackfruit and half a cup of Honey Wine.

"What is going on here!"

Harry was puzzled.

"Would Ms. Rosmerta from the Three Broomsticks use a Love Potion on Slughorn? Seems unnecessary, right?"

Honestly, Kael thought it was unnecessary too. After all, Ms. Rosmerta was quite popular in Hogsmeade, whereas Slughorn... well, he visited the Three Broomsticks at least twice a week and made an extra trip when hosting parties.

But what he shouted just now wasn’t a lie; they all heard it.

"Anyway, let’s get them to the Hospital Wing first; when Slughorn wakes up, he’ll know what happened," Kael said, rubbing his forehead. "Harry, you know the Side-Along Apparition... never mind, just go inform Professor McGonagall."

"Slughorn is a professor, after all. Someone using a Love Potion on him isn’t a trivial matter."

"But Ron..." Harry glanced back at Ron, who Kael had just flung aside.

"We won’t leave him here," Kael said. "Conna, you take Ron, it’ll be easier for you."

Conna nodded and waved her wand at Ron.

"Levitation Charm."

Ron immediately floated gently in mid-air, being carried along by Conna.

Harry finally breathed a sigh of relief, stood up from the ground, and immediately ran towards Professor McGonagall’s office.

Kael then used the same method to take Slughorn away.

Their peculiar ensemble instantly caught everyone’s attention, mainly because Slughorn was so conspicuous.

A professor fainted in the castle, and everyone was curious about what happened, with the atmosphere slightly tense.

But Kael and Conna couldn’t explain much; they couldn’t just say he drank a Love Potion, could they? What about Slughorn’s reputation?

So they could only brave the curious stares of the students as they walked through the castle toward the Hospital Wing.

"Kael, maybe I should go find Professor McGonagall," Conna said worriedly. "If Madam Pomfrey asks, Harry knows more about what happened."

"Don’t worry, Madam Pomfrey won’t ask," Kael shook his head. "Besides, Harry might not even know the Side-Along Apparition; we can’t have him lugging Ron over, can we?"
