Chapter 294: The Two Guilds Against One Small Town and a Talent?
Banners flew above the approaching force, two distinct emblems marking the alliance that had come to destroy them.
Crimson Fang Guild.
Shadow Halberd Guild.
The pressure emanating from the combined forces made the air itself feel heavy, their killing intent washing over Genesis like a physical weight.
Caelus quickly scanned the approaching army and his expression shifted when he noticed the leadership structure.
Shadow Halberd Guild had already appointed a new leader after Vale’s defeat, a tall man with cold eyes and a massive halberd strapped to his back.
His name floated above his head in the system display.
[Garrett Stone - Level 50]
But the true threat stood at the very front of the formation.
[Reign Bloodfang - Level 50]
The red-haired man walked with absolute confidence, his crimson eyes scanning Genesis with the casual superiority of a predator examining prey.
Two Level 50 experts leading an army of hundreds against a town that had barely stabilized.

The odds were overwhelming.
Genesis players quickly gathered near the entrance as word spread about the approaching army, their faces showing mixtures of fear and shock.
"There are so many of them," one player exclaimed while staring at the endless rows of guild members.
"This is a full guild assault." Another said with a trembling voice.
"Are we all going to die here?"
The question hung in the air like poison, spreading doubt through the gathered Players.
Morale visibly dropped as more players realized the scale of what they faced.
Some began backing away from the gate, their survival instincts screaming at them to flee before the slaughter began.
The tension built with every passing second, the approaching army growing larger in their vision as the distance closed.
Then Caelus laughed.
The sound echoed across the battlefield with genuine amusement, cutting through the oppressive atmosphere like a blade through silk.
Everyone fell silent.
Genesis players stared at their Town Lord with confusion while the approaching army slowed slightly, thrown off by the unexpected reaction.
Caelus slowly walked forward while wearing a confident smile, his footsteps unhurried despite being heavily outnumbered.
"Two guilds," he said loud enough for everyone to hear. "Hundreds of players, two Level 50 experts, all that to stop a Town that has barely any powerhouses or backings?"
He shook his head with mock disappointment.
"You guys sure love becoming the laughingstock of the world, don’t you?"
His confident voice radiated outward like heat from a flame, affecting the battlefield atmosphere in ways that pure strength could not achieve.
Genesis players straightened their backs unconsciously, their fear slowly transforming into something resembling hope.
If their Town Lord could smile and laugh in the face of such odds, perhaps they had a chance after all.
Caelus activated Telekinesis as he continued walking forward, the invisible force field expanding around him.
Then his Fighting Spirit erupted.
The Ancient Dragon God manifested behind him with a thunderous roar, golden scales gleaming as lightning crackled across its massive form.
The surrounding air shattered from the pressure alone.
The ground trembled violently beneath his feet, cracks spreading outward in every direction as his aura pressed down on the battlefield.
Rocks and debris began floating within his telekinetic field, orbiting around him like satellites caught in a planet’s gravity.
The atmosphere became incredibly oppressive, the weight of his presence making breathing difficult for everyone within range.
Even experienced guild players instinctively became cautious, their charge slowing as survival instincts overrode their confidence.

Weaker players visibly trembled under the pressure, some stumbling backward without meaning to.
Many unconsciously took steps away from the monster standing before Genesis.
Reign Bloodfang carefully observed Caelus instead of rushing in, his crimson eyes narrowing as he evaluated the Town Lord’s true strength.
"Interesting," he murmured. "He’s much stronger than the reports suggested."
His assessment was clinical and precise, recognizing that Caelus possessed strength comparable to their own despite being dismissed as a beginner town leader.
Garrett Stone dismissed the concern with a confident sneer.
"It doesn’t matter how strong he is," the new Shadow Halberd leader declared. "We have two Level 50 experts while he stands alone, our numbers alone will overwhelm Genesis and its Town Leader regardless of individual strength."
Sylvia overheard the statement and her crimson eyes flickered with amusement.
She calmly walked forward to stand beside Caelus.
A charming smile spread across her beautiful face as she looked directly at Garrett.
"Alone?" She tilted her head with exaggerated curiosity. "I’m standing right here, did your single brain cell fail to notice me? Or perhaps you’re simply too intimidated by how handsome my husband looks to see anything else."
Garrett’s expression immediately twisted into rage as his composure shattered at her casual mockery.
"You dare—"
"Attack," Reign Bloodfang interrupted coldly. "Kill them all."
The order cut through the battlefield like an executioner’s blade.
Every guild player charged simultaneously, hundreds of bodies surging forward in a wave of steel and killing intent.
The scale of the battlefield expanded as the army spread out, attempting to surround Genesis from multiple angles.
Caelus and Sylvia exchanged a single glance.
They simply nodded to each other.
Today, a tremendous amount of blood would stain the battlefield.
....
Caelus moved first.
His figure blurred as he shot into the approaching wave, the Ancient Dragon God’s arms manifesting around his own as golden claws tore through the first line of attackers.
Three players fell before anyone could react, their bodies ragdolling backward from the sheer force of his strikes.
Aura gathered at his fingertip as a crosshair appeared across his vision, the familiar sensation of Aura Bullet activating without conscious thought.
He fired.
A thin beam of compressed energy pierced through one attacker’s chest, continued through a second player behind him, and embedded itself in a third before dissipating.
Three kills with a single shot.
Telekinesis grabbed four more players simultaneously, lifting them into the air before slamming them into the ground with bone-crushing force.
The Ancient Dragon God’s form shifted constantly, golden claws becoming a massive hammer that crushed one attacker’s guard before transforming into a spear that skewered two more.
Every movement flowed into the next without hesitation, each attack creating openings for the following strike.
Caelus moved through the battlefield like death itself,.
Sylvia matched his speed on the opposite side.

The Crimson Sovereign erupted behind her as she charged into the enemy formation, blood-red energy radiating from her Fighting Spirit.
Her Blood Sword construct materialized in her hand, the crimson blade humming with power as lightning crackled along its edge.
The first attacker fell before he could raise his weapon, Sylvia’s blade slicing through his defense and sending him crashing into his allies.
She didn’t stop moving.
A small grin spread across her lips as blood sprayed across her cheek, the crimson droplets catching the light like rubies.
Her vampire instincts stirred with each kill, the scent of fresh blood awakening something primal within her.
’Anyone who tries to hurt my hubby will die.’ she thought while her blade found another throat. ’Every single one of them.’
Her footwork carried her through the chaos like flowing water, each step placing her exactly where she needed to be while avoiding incoming attacks by the smallest possible margins.
Three players attempted to flank her simultaneously.
The Crimson Sovereign moved independently, its massive claws sweeping two of them aside while Sylvia’s blade took the third through the chest.
Her grin widened as she watched him fall, crimson eyes glowing with barely contained bloodlust.
All of them were evil, she had confirmed it with her Sinner eyes, hence she had no remorse killing them.
Lightning surged through her weapon with every strike, the voltage paralyzing her opponents for the split second she needed to deliver killing blows.
Bodies fell around her in rapid succession, the gap between ordinary guild members and a true monster becoming horrifyingly clear.
Caelus fired another Aura Bullet, the compressed beam punching through a player attempting to cast a spell from the back lines.
His Telekinesis grabbed the falling body and hurled it into a group of approaching attackers, scattering their formation.
The Ancient Dragon God roared as Caelus released a burst of Fighting Spirit, the shockwave sending a dozen players tumbling backward.
He closed the distance to the fallen enemies instantly and finished them before they could recover.
On Sylvia’s side, someone managed to land a hit on her.
A small wound opened up on her beautiful face.
She licked the drop of blood and her smile immediately turned dangerous.
Without hesitation, sylvia swung her sword, killing the player in an instant.
"ARGGGH!" The player screamed as he fell with blood coating the ground.
Then one particular enemy survived longer than expected.
Caelus noticed the player immediately, his combat instincts recognizing something unusual about the way this opponent moved.
Their exchange lasted several seconds, far longer than any previous encounter.
The player’s eyes widened with genuine fear as he blocked another of Caelus’s strikes.
"Your killing intent," he gasped while stumbling backward. "It’s terrifying, what kind of monster are you?"
Caelus’s eyes narrowed as Origin Sever activated automatically, his perception shifting to examine the concepts binding this player.

Something unusual appeared in his vision.
This player possessed a unique Talent, one related to intent that Caelus had never encountered before.
Instead of delivering the killing blow, Caelus’s Telekinesis wrapped around the player and immobilized him completely.
"That Talent of yours," Caelus said calmly. "What is it?"
The player struggled against the invisible bonds without success, his expression shifting between defiance and fear.
"I won’t tell you anything."
Caelus smiled patiently hearing this. "I’ll spare your life if you answer honestly, that’s a far better deal than you deserve."
The player’s resistance crumbled almost instantly hearing this.
He could keep his life? There was no better bargain than that!
"Intent Sense," he said quickly. "It’s called Intent Sense."
