With some free time between inventory uses, Alm and Bruno turned back to studying what they had gained from the system after the tree devoured those five immortals.

This time, they didn’t receive points as a reward, but two prizes. The first was: Celestial Knowledge at the immortal level about the five natural elements.

They already had knowledge of the immortal Yin and Yang and had fully studied it before. The five natural elements were a mix of Yin and Yang. It was different from the pure matrix, so it was considered separate knowledge. However, since they had already absorbed the knowledge of Yin and Yang, studying the elements would be quicker and easier.

This wasn’t the pure knowledge of the laws, like the Immortal Earth Laws, but rather an understanding of nature, the interaction of the elements, and Yin and Yang within them.

It was like learning to drive a car and taking a course that taught how to operate like a professional driver. Specialized knowledge would be like learning to build the car from scratch, understanding every part and how it worked. Both were connected, but totally different approaches.

Thanks to their prior knowledge of Yin and Yang, in just fifteen days, their eyes were opened, and everything had been read and absorbed perfectly. By understanding the elements better, they felt that absorbing the knowledge of the Immortal Earth Laws they had would be much easier.

Immediately, they summoned Corin. When he arrived, they transmitted all the immoral knowledge of the elements they had acquired, including the Yin and Yang knowledge. His race was able to control all seven elements and even combine them on a smaller scale, so he’d make great use of it.

Since Alm and Bruno had already absorbed all the knowledge, they also shared their own tips, insights, and impressions. They acted like true masters, passing on everything they knew. Corin would take a long time to study it, but with the teachings they left him, the process would be much smoother.

After that, they focused on the second reward: the Catalog of Rune Seals created by the disciples of the Forging God. Thinking about it, the green screen appeared:

[Catalog of Rune Seals available]

[Number of options: 111]

Alm and Bruno were surprised by the number of options. The Forging God surely had millions of disciples over time, but how many had actually reached the peak of their technique to create a rune seal?

The Forging God explored countless universes in the past. Moreover, the dwarves were fully devoted, worshiping his teachings. So, over the course of history, a few dozen or even hundreds of talented disciples appeared, and their rune seals were recorded.

Alm and Bruno analyzed the list. The items only showed names, with no detailed information about their effects. To make matters worse, there was a cost in upgrade points, ranging from 10 to 100 points.

’This damn system... Charging us for something and not giving any information except for the name. We have to pay and hope it’s what we think it is. And of course, there’s no return.’ Alm cursed coldly.

’Well, we have zero upgrade points now. At least we have this option. Before, we could only hope to find a weapon with a rune seal and learn from it.’ Bruno commented, slightly disappointed, but quickly spoke excitedly: ’We have a good source of upgrade points waiting for us. Let’s collect and exchange. There are some interesting names on this list that cost only a few points.’

Alm nodded. Then they summoned Nixis, who quickly entered the room and bowed deeply.

’Rivine is very busy right now, so I need you to help me. I want to visit all the planets you converted for me during this time.’ The whale spoke lightly, and she immediately responded, clenching her fists. She looked up, glanced at them briefly, and left to prepare everything without delay.

Bruno was confused by that. Alm, however, spoke coldly:

’We’ve been neglecting her a bit. Everyone has been useful at some point, but she got forgotten, handling minor tasks. Her pride as one of our generals is shaken.’

Bruno was always less attentive to these things; he acted on how he felt and sometimes impulsively. Alm, on the other hand, dedicated himself to understanding each ally, their emotions, and thoughts—everything to help them improve and use them efficiently as their leaders.

While Nixis prepared, Ruri returned to the whale’s side the same day. "Runula and Coltia stayed at the Dragon Ascent Sect. There, they can help Foulu, Sanna, and Timero develop better. Even Lieson and Deryu are working hard to teach them."

Alm and Bruno heard her words, but just like she could sense their feelings, they easily noticed something she was trying to hide.

Alm commented directly: "You’re very competitive. You don’t have to prove anything to anyone. Do you think we’ll pick another woman by chance? Do you trust us that little?"

"It’s not that, master." She replied, puffing out her chest. "As a woman, I’m fully confident that no one comes close to my level. The others will just be boring toys, comparing themselves to me in bed. But... this is a competition between disciples! I won’t fall behind."

The two of them snorted. She kept a close eye on what was going on in the sect, even from a distance. Purimu was her informant, and the two had become practically sisters, even though they were aunt and niece.

"Corin and Maelik are now one step away from completing their Daos, thanks to master. Rehvka is already a goddess, and I’ve lost her. But master has also given me a lot recently, I can’t be last. That’s why I came back quickly to focus." Ruri finished, her eyes burning with determination.

They nodded. Her competitive nature had been problematic in her youth, when she’d attack any woman who came close to them. Now, as an adult, she had more control... most of the time. Sometimes, she let it out by competing with others.

’Well… everyone has their way of living and being happy. She feels good and alive doing that,’ Bruno murmured internally.

Ruri started reflecting on her own Dao right there, next to them. A day later, Nixis returned with everything ready. Ruri, of course, went with them, justifying that she needed a change of scenery to think about how to improve.

Nixis took them through the transport formation of the Larimar market. They arrived on a planet in an insignificant galaxy in the universe.

It was so small that it only had one stable sect, and even that was so mediocre it didn’t have any cultivators at the peak of cultivation. But the whale’s religion, bringing her blessing to those worthy, created the first relevant cultivators from there in history.

Alm and Bruno delivered the Dao of the God Gaia and spoke with Gaia from there. Immediately, that place was added to the system. Without delay, they moved on to another, and another, and another. They took quite a bit of time until they were done.

In the end, Alm and Bruno were ecstatic about the gains. But just as they were about to leave, Ruri said something.

"Master, when things really go down... those people from your religion will be the first to die…"

Bruno replied lightly, "I can take them into my inventory and then into my universe... of course, if I get the chance. But their fate depends on them. I’m helping them and giving them a chance to rise to the heavens. I’m sure that if asked, all of them accepted the risks for the chance they were given."

"Yes, master is right. But I have an idea. Why don’t we take them directly now? In your universe, they can grow safely and much better, right?" Ruri answered calmly.

"What idea? Something with your Dao?" Bruno asked.

She shook her head. "No, with my space laws. The Dao of the God Gaia can make them connect with the celestial laws, right? I feel like I can open a path... but something is missing... an authority to do this with the laws I don’t possess."

Alm and Bruno listened and quickly thought. They might have authority over the laws, but it would be forced; doing it that way could be dangerous for the people on the planet. But...

"Rehvka, a goddess should be able to," Bruno murmured, then sent a message through the array.

Soon enough, Rehvka appeared. "I’ve finished that, master... it was amazing... my new core was formed. I’m studying the changes. Does master have anything similar for me?" she said with an excited smile.

The whale snorted and then turned to Ruri, who ran over and explained her idea. Rehvka listened carefully and nodded. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath.

When she opened them, heaven and earth synchronized with her. She was one with the laws and had authority and ability superior to any cultivator.

Rehvka and Ruri nodded, then distorted time and space together. But, on the first try, it became clear that it wasn’t going to work. Ruri’s spatial power was lacking.

Ruri lowered her head, disappointed in herself. She couldn’t even look at the whale, embarrassed.

Seeing this, Alm and Bruno snorted and thought about the system:

[Available Celestial Knowledge: 03]

[Immortal Level] [Celestial Laws – The faith of life in a god] [175 Upgrade Points]

[Immortal Level] [Races, bloodlines, and everything about natural life forms] [175 Upgrade Points]

[Divine Level] [Laws of Space and Time – The beginning, the end, and the road] [200 Upgrade Points]

Without hesitation, they bought the Space-Time ones. They couldn’t bear to see her so discouraged and chose to always give her what she needed. After all, they had been her masters from the very beginning of it all.

With her head down, Ruri felt a hand touch the back of her neck. Then she looked up, seeing that figure give her a warm look. Afterward, all the information flowed into her mind.

She widened her eyes, then closed them, immediately studying it. The whale grabbed her and placed her on her back, crossing her arms over her neck. Then they turned to Rehvka, who was lightly smiling at the situation.

"Talk to the Gaia of the planet better. If he helps and syncs with you, it will be easier for her to move," the whale said, and Rehvka nodded, understanding.

Seven days later, Ruri opened her eyes. She took a deep breath, smelling him, and smiled excitedly.

"I think I understand half of it, but I already have a great idea. That should be enough, master," Ruri said, gently pulling away from them.

Rehvka also returned after having a discussion with the Gaia of that divine planet. The two talked, then spoke seriously with Gaia.

It didn’t take long; Alm and Bruno just watched the scene from a distance. The two worked together and synchronized Gaia with the celestial laws and space-time. At that moment, Ruri turned to the whale.

"Master, I need a coordinate that connects directly to the place."

Bruno nodded, then focused on the power of faith and the connection he had with the people of that universe. He nodded, showing Ruri exactly where they were and the link.

Ruri nodded, and the process began... in minutes... the planet disappeared.

Seconds later, Ruri opened her eyes and smiled. "Success. I felt a natural force receiving the planet, master."

"It must be the Nine Stars Tree. He’s also a God, after all. He can adjust the planet in that universe."

Bruno said, clearly surprised by this. Populating his universe wasn’t part of the current plans, but it was a great idea. Time passed differently there, and they could quickly create many soldiers and believers, in no time, and safely.
