After the first successful teamwork effort between their two disciples and Gaia of the planets, the method was significantly improved. With this enhancement, they quickly moved through the remaining planets, simplifying and streamlining the process.

In no time, all the planets under their control, including Planet Vegeta — technically the first and still in the queen’s universe — were transferred into their own universe.

Since they had previously created seven suns with immortal laws, the planets were accommodated easily, though space was beginning to run out. However, the Nine-Star Tree was tending to the area, and eventually, it would grow strong enough to solve this issue.

Alm then turned to Nixis, assigning her a new mission: "Now that we can truly save many people, your mission is to conquer as many planets as possible so I can take them away. But... their faith must be as unwavering as the others’."

Nixis’s eyes lit up at the orders. "Don’t worry, Sir. I’ve evolved my Dao during this time. I can play my music and extract people’s true nature, even from an entire planet. I’ll judge perfectly by their karma; if a planet is mostly full of cruel individuals, I won’t even bother approaching."

"Good. Doing this won’t necessarily slow your cultivation; you’ll be training and improving your Dao," Alm said, clearly satisfied. "From today onward, you’re officially my first missionary. Your work is incredibly important—find the lost sheep, and we’ll guide them properly."

"Yes!" she responded with determination.

Nixis’s enthusiasm was evident. Her Dao would grow stronger, and at the same time, they’d gain countless faithful followers and planets, valuable assets within the system.

Ruri smiled. "First missionary" was indeed a fitting title for Nixis, who was likely one of the first individuals to interact with them in the Divinestone sect and truly the first convert.

After their successful results, they returned to the sect satisfied, while Nixis began her missionary journey. Though it was dangerous for her to be alone in the midst of a war that was only escalating, she would only operate in lower-level galaxies far from the conflict. Considering the vastness of a universe, the likelihood of something going wrong was slim, and if needed, they could call her back instantly via the array.

Meanwhile, the whale and Ruri returned to their quarters. Ruri entered meditation, fully focused on studying and improving her Dao after receiving that vast knowledge.

Alm and Bruno, on the other hand, opened the system and explored the catalog of runic seals. Their eyes locked on three seals with promising names: one costing 100 points, another 95, and the third 90.

[Upgrade Points: 340]

[Total: 285 Upgrade Points]

[Accept? Yes / No]

They quickly purchased the seals, hoping their names matched their effects. This left them with 55 points, but no other seal at that price range caught their attention.

[03 Runic Seals Unlocked!]

[Runic Enhancement]

[A seal designed to enhance the capabilities of any other runic seal. The improvement depends on the user’s skill and luck; it operates under the principles of Heavenly Refinement, created by the God of the Forge, but applied to runic seals.]

[Bone Transmutation]

[Allows the reshaping of extremely durable bones without damaging their structure. The usage limit depends on the Qi provided; technically, anything can be transmuted with sufficient energy.]

[Living Armament]

[Enables the creation of small meridians in equipment, making them function like living organisms. This allows an immortal spirit to use them more efficiently by channeling Qi or laws through them.]

’Excellent! Not as magical as I imagined, but it’s exactly what we need,’ Bruno remarked excitedly.

They returned to their inventory, pulling out the billions of immortal beast bones they’d collected in the last sealed world. Though their energy had been extracted, the bones were tougher than any natural metal, with some impossibly heavy.

Selecting a large batch of bones, they activated the Bone Transmutation seal. With the system’s help, the seal was easily formed, and energy flowed to connect the bones.

Alm and Bruno poured all the Qi they had into it, but nothing happened; the energy wasn’t enough.

Frustrated, they activated their Celestial Souls and analyzed the seal more closely. To their surprise, they noticed a complex interaction of Yin and Yang within the seal’s function, simulating a natural law. Its effect was akin to a heating process used to soften metals on Earth but applied to these magical, ultra-resistant bones.

Understanding the principle, they activated their tattoos and mastered the seal effortlessly. Returning to the bones, this time, they didn’t need to supply additional Qi. Their control over Yin and Yang was enough. Within seconds, Alm and Bruno’s eyes gleamed.

’Success.’

Bruno murmured as all the bones began molding at their will. Since they came from a gigantic beast, they decided to craft armor but stopped midway and stored everything back in the inventory.

The Tree of Chaos was called upon, putting their chaotic refinement skills to the test.

’Perfect…’ Alm murmured, stunned by the results.

Using direct chaotic refinement on immortal bones didn’t work properly. Since the bones came from immortals, they were incredibly unique. Everything about them influenced their composition—each beast’s bones refined differently, depending on their race, bloodline, techniques, and personal laws.

Normally, when working with new materials, their first attempts often failed, resulting in wasted material. Over time, with practice, they’d eliminate these errors and waste, so even if they failed, no materials would be lost.

But these bones were different. Each species required a new learning curve, and because they were so complex and of immortal origin, the process would be extremely labor-intensive. By the time they mastered working with the bones of one beast, nearly half of the material would be gone.

While keeping half might still be worthwhile, the time and effort needed to replicate the process for billions of bones weren’t worth it. However, with the seal, the work became faster and simpler.

Within minutes, the bones of a single beast were transformed into a complete suit of armor and a saber. The set was interconnected, and when an immortal core was placed inside, it functioned as a single entity, allowing the spirit to control both.

Although rudimentary and lacking artistic finesse, the creations had a sinister aura and terrifying efficiency. They had no connection to the Yin of death—Alm had easily removed all traces, leaving them neutral for anyone’s use.

Next, they applied the Living Armament seal, creating small meridians. Normally, adding meridians to a solid material would weaken its durability, but this seal created meridians that, when charged with large amounts of Qi or laws, made the material even stronger than before. However, when depleted, the meridians left the material more fragile than it initially was.

This seal was most effective on armor; on weapons, the gains were minimal. Their generals usually preferred light armor or exalted clothing, so it wasn’t particularly useful for them. But weaker soldiers, like the Feys, who lacked defensive strength, would benefit immensely.

Finally, they tested the Runic Enhancement seal. This seal had to be applied to another seal already in the equipment. After some thought, Alm had an idea.

He chose one of the first runic seals they’d acquired: Storage. The seal’s description stated, "At extreme levels, it can even store the ready-made laws of an entire offensive technique." (Chapter 101)

But what did "extreme levels" mean? Runic seals didn’t have clear levels, and they’d never explored or cared much about that description before.

Now it seemed obvious. There had always been a way to evolve seals to new heights. The God of the Forge had left it as a test for his disciples to discover themselves. One of them had already succeeded, creating the Runic Enhancement seal.

When the Storage seal was applied to the armor, they added Runic Enhancement and activated it. According to the description, this seal was based on the Heavenly Refinement of the God of the Forge—the same technique Alm and Bruno had later adapted into Chaotic Refinement.

With the help of the Tree of Chaos, the Storage seal began to glow intensely. Suddenly, they stopped in alarm, realizing that if they continued, the process might result in an explosion.

’Did we hit the limit?’ Bruno muttered, testing the storage seal’s power.

Alm, however, didn’t hesitate and created a Sharpening seal. He activated the Storage seal, embedding the new one perfectly inside. A sly smile crossed his face. Next, he made a Repulsion seal and applied it to the armor’s storage.

When he tried to activate the seal within the storage, as expected, nothing happened.

Then he moved the seal outside the internal space and fixed it directly onto the armor. This time, the seal activated.

While this method didn’t fully integrate the runic seal with the equipment, the effect worked at around 40% of its normal efficiency. After activation, the seal disappeared, but the result was still impressive.

Bruno’s eyes widened. ’Wait, does this mean we can stack as many seals as we want?’

Alm kept experimenting, embedding seals into the storage until he reached the limit of twelve. ’That’s the maximum. The stored seals are single-use and weaker, but now we can actually utilize all the seals we have. And we haven’t even explored their full potential through evolution yet.’

A month later, Mistie was summoned. The whale instructed her to gather all the immortal items belonging to the sect members.

Soon after, he received hundreds of them. Within an hour, he returned the items, now with their immortal cores transferred to new bodies made of bones. Only they knew this—there was no way to tell they were made of bones.

The refinement process had shaped and fused them so thoroughly they resembled strange metals. In truth, they were harder and denser than any metal.

An immortal item with a single core had been transformed into a weapon and armor set. Each set retained its two original runic seals, now maximized by Runic Enhancement, and added a Storage seal containing twelve varied seals inside.

With just these three seals, the weapons’ potential increased by hundreds of times. Combined with the indescribable, terrifying material, they ensured the weapon spirits had an almost guaranteed chance to reach the Legendary Divine Level in the future.

Suddenly, the sect’s power multiplied hundreds of times.

Mistie received the items, including her spear, now transformed and paired with armor. Feeling the immense power within them, her face went pale. She was speechless, unable to imagine the limits and possibilities of these creations.

"As for the armor, I left a seal called ’Bone Transmutation’ in the storage. Each of you can activate it and mold the armor to suit your fighting style. The adjustments are simple—just use Qi and the seal. However, I recommend visiting the Larimar market and hiring a dwarf to handle the aesthetics and artistry. That’s not my skillset, and probably not yours either."

Mistie nodded, still pale. Her mind drifted into thought. She had promised herself not to be surprised by him anymore... yet it had happened several times in such a short span.

’Does he have no limits?’ she thought, stunned.
