With everything set in motion, all that was left was to wait. Taking advantage of the rare free time, the whale decided to study the recent gains.

As soon as he settled, Liumi’s voice, as if waiting for this moment, sounded: "Master, we’ve finished studying it."

Alm and Bruno turned their attention to the inventory, retrieving the Legendary Divine-level sword that belonged to the old skeleton they helped reunite with his wife. This weapon had been kept because Liumi wanted to study the differences through her Dao of the Immortal Weapon God.

The whale nodded lightly and placed the sword into a spatial ring, sending it to Nebai, who would deliver it to Mihkriel at the Heavenly Spirit God Sect. Mihkriel had a natural affinity with the laws of chaos, making him perfect to wield this weapon.

Vorion casually commented, "I feel like we’re close to breaking through to Emperor level, master."

"Yeah," Fides replied, excited. "The material of our bodies, created by master, is of the highest level. We’re even superior to this sword. In this magical place, it’s just a matter of time before we break through and then reach Legendary Divine level!"

Although Alm and Bruno nodded in agreement, they noticed that Liumi seemed distant and was hiding a slight sadness. They knew why: the material of her spear hadn’t kept up with the others’ evolution. It had been outdated for some time, and the two didn’t even consider using it as a weapon in battle anymore. Even so, Liumi remained useful in other tasks, which gave her some comfort.

Bruno smiled slightly, knowing that this would change soon. They had the chains that sealed the five immortals. The material of those chains was something incredible, even they didn’t know its origins. But they were deeply connected to Yin and Yang, perfect for recreating the spear.

Before Bruno could cheer up Liumi with this news, he noticed Alm focused on the Chaos Tree.

"This tree nearly screwed us over last time. The system made us let it absorb those five. There must be something more to it," Alm muttered as he moved, followed by Bruno, who was also curious.

When they reached the base of the tree, they connected to it, trying to manipulate its power, just like they did with the Chaotic Refinement. However, nothing unusual seemed to happen, except for the presence of a strange spirit inside the tree, which didn’t react to any of their stimuli.

"What made it attack on its own that time?" both wondered.

As they reflected on that, they began to remember everything that happened after they returned from the main mission, until something caught their attention: the Divine Inquisitors the Queen sent to invade the sealed world.

"They had a unique power, capable of doing the unexpected, because they had something like the will of the heavens in their cores," Bruno said, then suddenly jumped: "Wait... we have a complete micro-universe, better than theirs, right?"

Alm also showed excitement. Both of them activated the Chaos Tree again, which was fused with the place, becoming one with it. If something like that existed there, the tree would command it.

Suddenly, the entire sealed world seemed to change, as if a gentle breeze had passed through the void.

"That’s it!" Bruno exclaimed, excited.

It was something they could call Heaven’s Will. The biggest clue was that it seemed unknown and mystical to them; they couldn’t understand much of it. But it carried a force capable of shaping reality in that place, like an imperial will that could, to some extent, interfere with the external world.

This power was what made the Divine Inquisitors so strange and unpredictable. However, Alm and Bruno were still far from understanding its capabilities and basic uses.

As they investigated, a purple feline approached with glowing eyes. "Master! Is this the will of the heavens?!"

The two turned to her, confused, but nodded in agreement.

"Wonderful! The third level of the Dao of the Immortal Weapon God teaches how to advance using precisely the universe’s will of the heavens!" Liumi said, excited, summoning her true form and calling Fides and Vorion.

Alm and Bruno’s eyes lit up with interest. They moved the Heaven’s Will around the three, still not knowing exactly how to use it.

The three immortal weapons pulsed, and a strange power flowed from within them. Suddenly, the Heaven’s Will was sucked in.

Alm and Bruno imagined that this original process, in the external world, should be exhausting and slow. Only a minimal fragment of the will of the heavens should generate immense resistance from the heavenly laws. After an incredible effort, they managed a little, but now... a massive amount was absorbed by the three quickly.

All of it disappeared inside them. Alm and Bruno tested the limits of this and saw that it had truly finished, but it was slowly regenerating. In a few days, they should have it all back.

A shrill sound of metal breaking interrupted their thoughts. They turned to the three weapons, startled. But it wasn’t the metal of the weapons, it was their immortal cores that were cracking.

Soon after, an aura that dominated the entire environment emerged.

"It’s the signature of an Emperor-level item!" Bruno exclaimed, beaming.

The progress didn’t stop there. Muffled sounds continued again, and again... until the power of the weapons stabilized and stopped.

"That’s it...," the purple feline appeared again, but with wide eyes. "I reached the Heritage Rank, but... but..."

Suddenly, her gaze trembled and desperation took over: "I’ve hit the limit, master. I can’t evolve anymore... sorry."

They turned to Fides and Vorion, who had excitement in their eyes. Even after hearing her words, their expressions sank. Clearly, their impression was different: they felt they were just one step away from going beyond.

Bruno sighed, then pulled the five chains he had kept in the inventory. "Great, now that you’ve reached the peak, it means you’re ready to be reborn. Let’s create something supreme together."

Liumi looked at them, then saw them move, and her expression lit up completely.

The two quickly used Chaotic Refinement with the tree. They fused the metal from the five chains into a single material.

Then, Alm and Bruno broke their souls together. Ninety-nine percent of the energy from a celestial Yin-Yang soul was used without hesitation and added to the metal.

Before, this would have been impossible, as they would’ve had to work hard with Ruri and be out of action for several days to fully recover. If something unexpected happened, they’d be screwed. But now, they could do this and recover in minutes, easily.

Then, the entire spear and its material were fused into the metal, transforming into something frighteningly abnormal and indescribable.

If any cultivator saw this metal, they would collapse in shock. Just looking at it made their soul feel suppressed. The Yin and Yang were perfectly fused as one, and the natural energy emanating from it was incomparable.

A new spear was born. But Alm and Bruno didn’t dare to place Liumi on it just yet. They left the underground forge and leaped into the sky, leaving the Gloom planet. They went to the nearby planet, called the Planet of Tribulations – Bruno had just named it now.

There, they placed Liumi’s immortal core.

**Boom!!!**

Suddenly, a celestial punishment superior to the one Ruri, Maelik, and Corin had recently suffered appeared. But Alm and Bruno didn’t intervene. It was something Liumi needed to face; and she had fierce eyes, accepting the challenge.

The sky and earth of that dead planet shattered. Liumi took it all head-on with her new body, further refining her material.

It wasn’t annihilation; there was an abundant celestial energy that helped the cultivator. So, it was better not to absorb that into the inventory, letting Liumi enjoy it in her body at her own pace.

She didn’t disappoint and prevailed. When the clouds dispersed, the purple feline appeared at the tip of the spear stuck in the ground.

*Mrrrrow!*

A cute purr from a cat in ecstasy echoed, making Alm and Bruno smile faintly.

Two days later, when the Heaven’s Will from the inventory regenerated, Liumi rushed and absorbed it again, but now on her own. To Alm and Bruno’s joy, the sound of a sharp crack echoed.

’Legendary Divine Level!!!!’ she roared joyfully, jumping onto the two souls in the inventory, overflowing with happiness.

Now, they had a weapon at the fourth level, one of the five known by cultivators. The fifth and final level was something Les, back then, called nonsense fantasy, a dream of someone imagining its existence. It was called the Paragon level, a perfect term that indicated the supreme and infinite perfection of something.

But nowadays, they even knew what the sixth level would be: the items from the Primordial Chaos. Would it be possible to reach this point? Both of them thought about it in sync, but the answer would only come with time.

After that, every few days, all the Ancestral-level weapons made by the whale or brought from the Devil Mountain, and now being used by the whole Yinblood Sect, were gathered and placed in the inventory.

The Dao of the Immortal Weapon God was left at the Yinblood Sect, and all the immortal weapons and their spirits studied it, as long as they had at least a minimum level of intelligence.

So, during the time the whale was away, the sect began acquiring low-level immortal weapons, but made with high-level materials. They encouraged their evolution, something considered impossible in the cultivation world.

Such cases were extremely rare and isolated in history, which is why no one believed something like that could be reproduced easily. But the weapons truly leveled up.

Soon, everyone in the sect was always absurdly well-equipped, which contributed to their meteoric rise.

But now...

Immortal Emperor-level weapons, of various grades, began appearing nonstop. Most would reach their peak over time, and some would advance even further.

Mistie received her evolved weapon from the whale, and her face turned pale. She, who thought she’d never be shocked by his actions again, realized today how innocent she had been.

"E-Emperor Level..." she murmured with trembling words.

That was something that, even during the sacred war with immortal cultivators from the past, few possessed. The Legendary Divine-level weapons were only known as legends, justifying their name. The Emperor-level ones, on the other hand, were famous, but so supreme and rare that almost no one had ever seen one.

Now, every few days, dozens of them appeared, and eventually, the entire sect would have something similar.
