Two more days quietly passed as the entire Celestial Dragon Empire waited for the first spark that would ignite the civil war. An uneasy calm hung over the Empire. Neither side made the first move. It was as though both factions were patiently waiting for the other to strike first so that the war could finally begin.

During this period, Aditya remained completely focused on his training. Today marked the third day since he had begun developing his new technique.

Compared to where he had started, his progress was enormous.

To an ordinary person, a little over a minute might not sound very long.

As he analysed the technique step by step, he slowly realised something. Not every part of the technique required his direct control.

Some parts followed exactly the same process every single time, regardless of whether he wanted to create a weaker attack or one at full power. For example, the way gravity compressed the Crimson Flame, the balance needed to keep the flame stable, and the pattern used to create the two layers of rotation all followed fixed principles. They required extremely precise calculations, but once those calculations were correct, the process itself never changed.

That immediately gave Aditya an idea.

If those repetitive calculations could be engraved into runes, then the runes could automatically perform those tasks for him. Instead of constantly adjusting the gravity hundreds of times every second and carefully maintaining the two rotational patterns himself, the runes could handle those calculations with perfect precision.

Aditya would only need to create the Crimson Flame, continuously supply Mana, and decide when to launch the attack.

The more he thought about it, the more feasible the idea became. Of course, coming up with the idea was the easy part. Actually creating such runes would be an entirely different matter.

These were not ordinary runes used for barriers or simple enchantments. The runes would need to perform thousands of tiny calculations every second while constantly responding to changes inside the Crimson Flame. In essence, they had to act like an automatic controller that maintained the perfect balance between gravity, compression, and the two rotational flows.

The estimate had nothing to do with doubting his own talent. It was simply the reality of the situation.

The civil war was likely to begin very soon. Once the fighting started, his days would be filled with commanding armies, planning battles, dealing with political matters, and personally participating in the war. Unlike now, he would no longer have the luxury of spending an entire day hidden inside the forest researching and experimenting with new runes.
