Seeing her like this, Leo chuckled and pulled her into an embrace. "This is wonderful. You’re finally mine now. From now on, don’t even think about trying to get rid of me. We’re going to be together forever and ever."
Tiana opened her eyes, her heart swelling with sweetness. She smiled and said, "You’re mine, too. So from now on, don’t you even think about getting rid of me, either."
Hearing her less-than-forceful declaration, Leo couldn’t help but laugh again. "Alright, I’m yours, too. Completely. From body to heart, I belong only to you. You can’t ever decide you don’t want me."

The atmosphere in the Grayson residence was utterly grim. When Tristan Grayson had arrived home the previous night, he’d learned the whole story. His parents were arguing because Leo Joyce had taken Tiana away in the middle of the night. Tristan was absolutely livid.
Caleb Grayson had instantly become the family scapegoat, getting an earful from his wife and then from his son.
It was approaching nine o’clock, but Tiana still hadn’t returned.
Just as Tristan was losing his patience and about to call Ian Shaw to go find her, the Joyces arrived.
It wasn’t just Aria Joyce this time; Julian Joyce and Luna Lynch had come as well.
It was obvious, however, that Luna Lynch had curled her lip in disdain the moment she walked in.
’She had to admit, the Graysons were fabulously wealthy—the richest family in Tridell, in fact—so they were a worthy match for the Joyces.’
’This villa, however, was nowhere near as grand or luxurious as the Joyce estate.’
Besides, Luna Lynch had argued with Tristan and his family before, so she let out a pair of cold huffs after entering.
’But what could she do? Just that morning, she’d gotten a call from Leo telling them that what was done between him and Tiana was done. He demanded they go to the Grayson residence immediately to propose marriage on his behalf.’
The moment she saw the Joyces arrive, Mae Lynch’s expression turned thunderous, as did Tristan’s.
It was Caleb Grayson who reacted first. He stepped forward with a smile to greet them. "Mr. Joyce, Mrs. Joyce, what brings you here?" As he spoke, he extended his hand, and Julian Joyce graciously returned the handshake with a smile.
"Ah, Leo sent us. I’m sure you’re all aware of the situation with him and Tiana. I think it’s high time we got them engaged."
"Engaged?" Hearing this, Mae Lynch lost her composure and cried out in shock.
At this, Aria Joyce stepped forward with a smile. "Yes. It’s what Leo wants, and my parents agree. They were thinking that after Tiana and Leo get engaged, they’ll buy an apartment for the two of them near the university. They can live there for now, and they can get married whenever Tiana graduates.
