Chapter 236: Chapter 236: Daily Lives Of A Wolf Couple

Two people stood on the roof of a three story building, one was a tall man with thick muscles and the other, a woman dressed like a maid.

" Have you seen your mother?" Suzie asked John who was standing next to her.

He nodded, " She’s doing fine, she doesn’t seem to be doing drugs anymore, met a new man and they’re raising his kids together."

" Will you not go talk to her?"

He shook his head, " No, it’s best if she thinks I’m dead and live her life, I don’t want to interfere."

Suzie said nothing else, suddenly her eyes shifted to the street below, out of an internet cafe came out a young woman.

This woman was about the same age as Adrian and looked quite similar to Suzie, this was her little sister.

Suzie was about to jump down to meet her when a car stopped in front of her, a man came out, hugged her and opened the door.

Suzie’s sister got in and the car drove off, the two of them followed it to a nice looking house.

Not a mansion like Sanchez’s house but obviously the owner was well off. She used her ability to fly them to the roof of this house.

They didn’t have Athi’s ability but the rings made her unnoticeable, especially to weak humans.

Unless they do something that will draw too much attention, they shouldn’t be noticed by these people.

They sat there silently until nightfall, the more Suzie watched the more she understood their relationship.

This man was her little sister’s fiancé, as the night went by she grew to understand her sister was happy.

Suzie sighed, " Let go." Just as they were about to leave they heard moaning below them.

John grinned and Suzie felt her veins throbbing, she grabbed John and they flew off.

Listening to her little sister having spicy time was not a pleasant experience, they booked a hotel.

Then had their own spicy sleep so intense they broke the bed. She had to surround the room in her bubble ability just so wouldn’t demolish the entire hotel.

The next morning they went shopping, she couldn’t walk around in her maid uniform all the time.

And after settling the new base back in the black market, the werewolves split up leaving only Naija behind.

All of Delta werewolves them came to the human world, they would live here for the next few years until a plan to rescue Adrian is formulated.

Suzie decided to stay close to her sister, the world was too chaotic right now, she was afraid is she took her eyes off, her sister might meet an accident.

After a day of shopping, they bought a large house not far from the one her little sister lived in.

The two of them were quite wealthy in fact, the exchange rate of black elk coins to human money was high.

They already had thousands of Rei in their personal account which can be converted to hundreds of millions.

Of course they wouldn’t exchange all of them, they were not stupid. While exchanging black elk coins to human money was easy.

The opposite was not so easy, nobody would willingly take human money in exchange for black elk coins unless it’s a special situation like theirs.

Weeks went by with the two of them living their lives, other than watching over her sister, they were also having a blast.

It’s been a long time since they felt so relaxed, the pack was always in danger and they were always tense.

While they weren’t completely safe, living like normal humans albeit a little wealthy felt nice.

" Let go out tonight." John suggested while she was cooking.

" Go out where?" She asked not even turning to look at him.

" To dinner, we’ll go to a nice restaurant and have ourselves a nice steak with some wine, a bit of desert with slow music in the background."

She finally turned towards him and wrapped her arms around his neck. " Is that so? That sounds so romantic but I’ve already started cooking."

" That’s fine, we can save it for tomorrow, tonight, we’re eating out." He leaned in and kissed her.

" Alright, let me finish up here first then get ready."

He smiled and watched her finish cooking, she went upstairs to take a shower, he followed her.

They took a shower together and he got ready faster, Suzie took some time fixing her hair and choosing a dress.

Her skin was flawless so she didn’t even need to use makeup or any beauty products, on the contrary they might ruin her beauty instead.

But her hair was different, it was lustrous and healthy but she still needed a hairstyle, one that complimented the dress she was going to weak.

She spent nearly an hour tying up her hair then changing it, eventually she went with one she found appealing.

John waited downstairs in a black tuxedo that fits him well enough to show his muscles.

He looked as handsome as a sculpture of god. Then his heightened werewolf hearing heard footsteps.

He looked up and saw her descending down the stairs wearing a long black dress with a short slit on the side revealing her beautiful leg.

She wore black heels whose heels appeared to be shining like polished glass. Around her neck was a necklace of pearls.

Not just any mundane pearls but one made from an esper stone ore mostly used by enchanters to craft artefacts.

Her hair was swept to one side revealing her gorgeous face in all its glory then tied into bun behind her.

Because of how long it was, even after being tied into a bun, it still cascaded down her back like a waterfall.

She looked at him and smiled and John felt his heart beating fast. Suzie naturally heard it and giggled.

They were mate, their bond had always been strong but at this moment, they both felt as if they were falling in love all over again.

John reached out and grabbed her hand and led her out. He had hired a limousine for them.

They went to the best five star restaurant in the city, five minutes after they sat down she smelled a familiar scent.

She frowned and looked back, John followed her gaze, both of their eyes turned cold.

Through the door, her little sister’s fiancé came in but in his arms he had another woman.

Suzie was about to stand up but John grabbed her hand and shook his head.
