Chapter 807: Chapter 632 Let’s go!_2
```
It has to be said, the captain’s piloting skills were truly exceptional, with enemy battleships continuously bombarding, but this battleship wasn’t touched even once!
"Still chasing?"
Isrile scoffed, raising her hand to throw out several huge balls of Spider Silk, which exploded into giant webs in the air. The following battleships, unable to dodge in time, slammed directly into the webs. The webs immediately burst into vast arcs of electricity, and several battleships fell uncontrollably!
"So she’s there! Chase her down! No! Shoot her down! We don’t need her alive!" the captain of the pursuing fleet bellowed.
"Captain, are you insane? Our families are on that battleship!" someone protested loudly.
"I’m not crazy, but I do have to sadly inform you of some bad news: your families have been eaten by the Giant Beast! And I am now avenging your families! A mere Giant Beast dares to play tricks with me? Fire! Take it down!"
The battleships behind continued their assault, while the one ahead performed various evasive maneuvers. From time to time, the massive Spider Silk ejected could bring down a few more battleships!
"We’re about to escape the gravitational field of this planet!"
the Captain roared.
Upon escaping the gravitational field and leaving the atmosphere, the battleship officially entered space!
"Come on, let’s get out of here!"
Isrile said with a smile, as suddenly a dozen resting Giant Beasts left the chamber; they were among the few that could survive in the cosmos. These beasts took positions on different parts of the battleship, reverting to their original forms. Some opened their massive jaws while others unleashed Magic.
"Begin!"
Boom!
Fierce flames burst out simultaneously from the rear, and the battleship that could originally accelerate only slowly entered a state of rapid acceleration. In the blink of an eye, the battleships behind had disappeared into the vastness of space.
The captain in the rear was stunned.
This... is this possible?
They escaped?
Right before my own eyes?
The captain went mad.
"We’re safe now."
the Captain said, turning to Isrile.
"Well done, I think you really are worth the price."
Isrile said, smiling.
"Of course, in the vast sea of stars, if I want to leave, no one can catch me." The Captain conveniently ignored the fact that he had once been caught.
"Given that, you can have twenty percent. You may now tell me your name,"
Isrile stated.
The captain nearly blacked out; so this Giant Beast Queen didn’t even know his name yet!
"You don’t need to worry too much, we generally don’t care much about the names of our food,"
one of Isrile’s underlings patted the Captain, saying.
Could it be? I am no longer just food?
The Captain’s mood inexplicably lifted.
"My name is Bronk, I used to be a pirate. But now, I serve only you, Your Majesty the Queen,"
the Captain Bronk said, kneeling.
"Very well, get back to piloting."
Isrile commanded.
Did Isrile trust him?
No, Isrile only trusted Long Yi. As for this Bronk, being valuable was enough.
At this moment,
In an unknown space,
On an unknown battlefield,
The vast battlefield was strewn with the corpses of powerful beings, their bodies still glimmering with energy that refused to fade away even in death.
And in the distance, the war raged on.
The races participating in the conflict were diverse, split into two factions, roaring in battle. Terrible Magic and Fighting Aura skills were unleashed, a single slice of Fighting Aura could make space tremble, and the explosion of a spell could cause space to shatter.
Right in the middle of the battlefield, a portal to an immense space opened.
Soon after, two hundred huge Golems leapt out from within the space.
The warriors engaged in combat around them were separated by the mysterious space portal, yet none of them knew to which faction the Golems belonged. As a result, both sides rushed forward and, surprisingly, began attacking the Golems at the same time!
The two hundred Golems seemed somewhat confused at first, but after being suddenly attacked, they immediately struck back. One of their hands transformed into Light Cannons, and with just one volley, countless warriors were blasted to pieces!
Several Giant Beasts charged at the Golems, and a Golem threw a punch to meet the onslaught. The Golem stepped back, but the Giant Beast was smashed to smithereens!
These Golems were so powerful! Truly powerful!
The Commanders of both factions were dumbfounded. Although they too had used Golems in combat, those Golems were only slightly stronger than the average warrior. Yet, the immense Golems that had suddenly appeared held an exceptional and terrifying strength; with each move, they could easily destroy any enemy that tried to attack them. Such a scenario had never occurred before.
It seemed that this legion of Golems belonged to neither of the warring factions, as they were attacking both sides indiscriminately.
Could this be the work of a Mage’s failed summoning?
Almost at the same time, the same thought flickered through the minds of the Commanders on both sides.
If they didn’t belong to any side, then perhaps they weren’t enemies! And if they weren’t enemies, that meant there was no need to fight them!
The battle nearly ceased in an instant.
And just as the Commanders had thought, the immense Golems didn’t pursue but instead stood their ground in combat form.
Meanwhile, the Mages in both camps were continuously casting spells, trying to ascertain the origins of these Golems.
If there was to be a discussion about Golem technology, then the Giants of the distant past would inevitably take the crown. However, apart from the Giants, some races that had inherited the Giants’ technology also possessed their branches of Golem technology. Some of these races still existed, while others had vanished into the annals of history.
But the disappearance of a race did not mean that the Golems also vanished; some powerful Golems left behind by these races remain irreplicable to this day. And whenever Ancient Golems appeared, it surely followed a pattern, no matter which faction they belonged to.
The Mages were currently employing special spells in an attempt to identify the origins of the two hundred massive Golems now on the battlefield.
However, as soon as the spells began to be cast, the immense Golems immediately raised their Light Cannons.
"Damn, stop casting spells immediately!"
The Commander shouted, but he was a step too slow.
Deadly beams swept across, turning a massive area, including the Mages still casting spells, into Lava.
And this occurred almost simultaneously within the ranks of both camps.
For a moment, the battlefield seemed to fall silent.
At this very moment, the Dark Saintess was cautiously observing everything around her. Apparently, the planar gate had been successful, albeit their landing spot was less than ideal. The Dark Saintess, although cautious, was not afraid. As a core member of her race, as long as they were with the Golems, they were nearly invincible. Created especially by the Giants, who weren’t interested in weapons, they had near-perfect combat ability. Especially after transforming into the core, they could draw energy directly from the void, which granted them almost infinite endurance.
They had no fear of battle.
However, battle was not their reason for coming here. They were here to find Long Yi. With that being their greatest priority, everything else was trivial.
The Dark Saintess knew that their initial appearance had frightened both sides of the warring factions. Their subsequent halt in aggression was undoubtedly due to being intimidated by their strength.
Even the Dark Saintess herself was startled by the power of that blast, as in the Human Realm she had always suppressed the Dragon Clan. After all, the limitations of the Human Realm were effective against everything, Golems included. Now though, it was clear that this world had no bounds; rather, it drastically enhanced energy!
It must be remembered that when the Golems were created, they faced Dragons who were not cursed or bound. Those Dragons were rampaging across the multiverse, capable of tearing apart planes with brute force to oppress life forms of different Planes. Back then, the Dragon Clan was hailed as the strongest combat race created by the gods.
Such a powerful race was once dominated by Golems made by the Giants, not to mention the present.
