Reading the information provided about it, Leon felt like swallowing his earlier words. To think that... his first draw was actually a lucky draw too!

For a moment, he was tempted to release a boisterous laughter, but he restrained himself.

"This is surely a surprise. I wasn’t expecting it at all."

He said slowly, keeping a mask of calmness on his face.

Gwen’s lips twitched, and she rolled her eyes. However, her smile was still prominent.

Although she didn’t know what a Mana Fruit was, she knew it would be something good. Besides, the other enchantment was good enough. Increasing plant growth was practically cheating.

This meant they could plant crops and harvest them far earlier than they were supposed to be harvested.

Meanwhile, Selene’s eyes narrowed. ’So that’s where he took out the shovel from. And here I thought he had learnt another petty trick.’

Unaware of her thoughts, Leon took out the Lifeform Detector and showed it to them. He allowed everyone to activate it and see its functions.

The device only used the mana in the atmosphere to function, so he didn’t have to worry about a low battery or something.

’Whoever created this must have tutored Newton and the other great scientists. It’s so OP.’

"This will work well as a danger alarm," Marie said, leaning forward with her elbows on her knees. "If we can have a few of it around the perimeter, with someone watching them in shifts, then we can keep a tight security around the base."

Reymond turned to her, his eyes brightening. "Oh? You mean something like a CCTV camera, right? That would truly be impressive."

Leon nodded on agreement, then said, "That’s only if we have many, though. As for now, this is the only one I could get."

"Mn, it still counts, though!" Gwen beamed at him. "As long as this is on, you can forget about being caught off guard."

Leon nodded absentmindedly, though his thoughts weren’t as optimistic as hers.

’I might not be caught off guard, but the main thing is whether the opponent can kill me or not.’

"As I said, you’re right. We need to start hunting Tier One beasts. And surprisingly, this city has quite a lot of them."
