Chapter 125: Land of Mystery [Part 18]

As the battle in the mystical realm slowly moved to its conclusion, Cindy was already resting. Her summons were busy slowly capturing the remaining Einherjar with the support of the local mystics who had already found a proper command structure.

Fortunately, Cindy’s intervention prevented them from self-destructing.

Not that their deaths would have been an issue, while some of them were from members of the orgy group, most of the mystics in combat were the cannon fodder meant to soak in the damage with their lives.

Composed mostly of the mystics who were unwilling to submit to Richard, they were the people whose deaths would not cause any problem whatsoever.

Morgana’s fight is already at a stalemate... I think

The battle above their heads had already calmed down.

The two fighters, Morgana and Freyja- a name that no one would have known if Morgana hadn’t been screaming at the blonde woman the whole time.

Yet their battle had now gone quiet, the two were just floating in the air just meters from each other.

Cindy could see that the two were talking, but because they stopped fighting, the shouting that allowed her to learn a LOT of information was gone.

If she could, Cindy would have sent a familiar to the skies in order to listen in to their talks but-

I’d rather not...

The blonde woman was obviously related to Merlin. This meant that she was going to end up as either a new harem member or a slave.

But given how she seems to have been someone related deeply to Richard’s past-

She’s pretty REALLY attractive though...

Cindy wanted to believe that Richard was going to treat her as an enemy but he already gave up his past.

While he accepted the inheritance he got from Merlin, Richard seemed to have already separated himself from his past identity as Damian Dixon.

Though he still held onto the connections he had which was the primary source of his funds and other resources he can’t get from the mystic world.

Not to mention the fact that Richard had let go of his inhibitions.

Just months before, Richard was unwilling to use magic and techniques that cause harm and suffering to others.

At first he was justifying his actions by using excuses like "Not wasting resources" by taking advantage of wandering spirits.

Then he made use of the excuse of "Only the evil people"...

Now?

Richard was basically attacking and using others so long as they "weren’t on his side".

He stopped thinking of people as "innocent" or "harmless".

To Richard, everyone was an enemy unless they accepted his seal of subservience.

Ever since that near death experience...

Cindy was not an idiot, she had watched Richard go from an idiot who didn’t know anything about magic to a guy who was creating miracles left and right.

She was there with Richard from the start and she had a good idea on what had caused him to change his worldview so much.

He started out his journey trying to survive, then he started to go for revenge- his journey never reached an end...

Richard started out trying to escape the non-mystic world that was trying to erase him.

Before he could escape his unfortunate fate, Richard had found out the truth about his suffering, The mystical forces that had manipulated him put him on a path to search for answers.

He found himself on a path to revenge as he learned of the fate of his beloved, unable to take vengeance on the man who made his lover suffer, unable to resolve his anger-

Richard went on a path for answers and revenge and before he could even start that journey, while he was still setting up his new life and journey, he was attacked and nearly killed.

He survived and learned about the truth of his inheritance, he obtained a new inheritance and it was like a roller coaster that stopped.

Richard was forced to rise up and fall down over and over again, he wasn’t even allowed a minute of rest before a new problem came knocking on his door.

Yet, when he obtained the inheritance of Merlin, that was when Richard started to truly calm down.

It was the meeting with Morgana...

Before that meeting in the UK, Richard had been running around like a headless chicken.

Yet after meeting with Morgana, even the madness that had started with Cindy- Richard treated it as nothing more than a passing problem.

A small issue that would resolve itself sooner or later-

While he was still worried about some things like the people who were left behind in the US and the Goddess who had suddenly started to move on her own.

These issues, problems that would have made Richard stay up late at night pondering over the issue, planning solutions and looking for answers.

Now, he simply put it on the side as he enjoyed the company of various women.

Cindy had many thoughts on that matter and wanted to try and talk with Richard about it.

Yet the growing power of Richard, not only in his people who were getting stronger with every creampie but with Richard himself who seemed to have been growing ever so slightly with every woman he turned to his side and pumped his seed into.

She turned towards the direction of the mountain where the traces of the mystical powers that had erupted that night Richard nearly died.

Two forces battled it out while Richard focused on sealing the woman who had once been the only reason for him to continue living.

Their battle raged for a moment and suddenly died down while Richard and the woman who had been sealed flew towards the hill.

I’ll have to sleep with him again won’t I?

If Cindy wanted answers, she had to sleep with Richard and doing so should not have been a problem but now?

Richard was quite the stud at this point, if she wanted to sleep with him to get answers, she needed to bring a companion with her.

Taking on Richard’s dick alone would leave her crippled the next day-

Well, not really crippled, but for a day, she would be.

Richard sometimes lost himself during intercourse and that was the only reason why he was able to continuously spend time fucking back in the capital.

The orgy hall had already been marked, the smell of cum and sweat had seeped deep into the walls and would likely be impossible to remove unless they tore down the building and burned everything before making a new one.

CCindy was not going to take her chances with Richard alone but she needed a companion-

Cindy thought as she eyed all the witches who were now waiting for orders.

Hana was also in the group as she was a commander who came to assist after Cindy found that the whole group was running on to their deaths.

Samantha took charge but her commands never considered the situation, she was a literal spoiled bitch trying to use power to win.

If she didn’t intervene they would have long lost many lives in the battle.

Cindy called for Hana to provide support but she never expected the problem to be so bad.

Even those with combat experience lacked proper understanding of how to fight.

Their knowledge in conventional battles were based solely only on what they experienced and their knowledge of command was limited to small groups at best and games at worst.

If it’s them...

Cindy began to concoct a plot to bring Richard into an Orgy where any information she obtained would be kept with her and her alone.

Maybe she would share some with Hana but with enough planning, they could get what they wanted and needed without needing to worry about leaks.

Back on the small hill, Richard was already starting his plan.

Although the realm was created by Morgana, Richard could easily see through its construction, Merlin was, after all, the first Mystic to create a split dimension.

While this creation of Morgana was made in a different way, the fundamental rules that she bent in order to create it were practically the same.

It was like the difference between hydro electric power and wind power. The two used different sources of energy but the fundamental principle of spinning magnets and copper coils were the same.

Moreover, Morgana created this space to gift or share with Richard.

In other words, there were safeguards that prevented others from tampering with it but Richard had full access to it without needing permissions.

Of course, any system was bound to have openings and like a hacker, Skadi had used one of the vulnerabilities in the spell to break through.

That said, Richard was easily able to find the source of the vulnerability and felt a bit annoyed at the fact that it was a weakness that should not have existed in the first place.

Alas, the space was just that big. If it was half of its current size, the vulnerability would have not existed.

Still, few could actually see through the vulnerability.

Maybe that was why Morgana decided to make the space bigger with its defenses a little bit weaker?

But she should have already known that Skadi was here...

While Freyja was an unexpected factor, Skadi had already appeared before and-

No... she appeared when the space was already created. Before that, she was still Karen Tamashiro...

Unfortunately, the information of Skadi came late, the vulnerability existed because of the discrepancy between knowing whether Karen Tamashiro had already awakened as Skadi or not.

But it at least gave us some profits...

The einherjar that Cindy had taken into her storage- Richard would ask for a share later, Freyja who was bound to lose... he’ll think of how to deal with her later and...

A power source for this space... with this, I could really create a "Land of Mystics"

While it was unfortunate that the land would be created in the Philippines, such a location, while not the best, still offered a bit of benefits.

The next question is expansion, should it extend to the west or east? The pacific is a safe spot with many ways to hide but the west would lead to many other countries and even more personnel...

Unbeknownst to his companions, Richard had already marked the creation of the land as completed and his mind was already thinking of the future- the next step in his plans which even he didn’t know where it would lead to.
