"You never shut up!" Akiza snarled. "All your cards have been destroyed. Next turn, Black Rose Dragon is back on my field. The advantage is still mine!"
"Maybe, for now." Kira replied. "My turn—draw!"
"I activate the spell card, ’Take Over 5’—sending the top five cards of my deck to the graveyard."
Kira sent five cards to the grave, one at a time.
"Now I play the spell card ’Spider Web’—I can grab a card that was sent to your graveyard last turn."
"From your graveyard, I choose this." (Anime card)
A sticky web shot into Akiza’s grave, snaring a spell card and pulling it to his hand.
"I add the field spell ’Black Garden’ to my hand."
Akiza frowned.
Does he want to use Black Garden too?
"Phoenixian Cluster Amaryllis has revived again. It’s such a troublesome monster, since whether by battle or effect destruction, it will sap my LP every time."

The ground shook; cracks glowed with blazing orange light. Lava surged, consuming all as Phoenixian Cluster Amaryllis was swallowed by boiling magma. Soot-black smoke lashed from the fissures, dying the field in blood-red.
With a wave of heat, Volcanic Queen’s body—brimming with liquid magma—unfurled her enormous wings, like armor of burning rock shedding blazing rubble with every beat.

No, is this seriously still going?
Eating my Amaryllis again?
Can’t you do something else for once?
And then Kira continued,
"Among the five cards I just sent to the grave with ’Take Over 5’ is this one: ’Makyura the Destructor.’"
The ghostly executioner, bristling with spikes, appeared on his field.
"If Makyura the Destructor is sent to the grave this turn, I can activate trap cards from my hand. So, I activate the continuous trap card: ’Remove Brainwashing’ from my hand!"

"A wall monster, huh?" Kira said. "Then Volcanic Queen will attack Phoenixian Seed."
He had no choice—the monster summoned by Intruder Alarm - Yellow Alert had to be attacked. Volcanic Queen belched out a fire snake right at Phoenixian Seed.
Scarlet rose hair whipped upward in the heat. Akiza faced the searing wave without fear, eyes cold.
"Feel all my rage and sorrow with this card!"
"I activate the trap ’Wall of Thorns!’
When a Plant-type monster on my field is attacked, all Attack Position monsters on your field are destroyed!"
A wall of thorns burst up, shielding Akiza’s side. Volcanic Queen’s fireball struck it, causing a fierce counterattack of countless barbed vines.
Fiery backlash engulfed Volcanic Queen—her body pierced and detonated in a fireball.
Basically, "Mirror Force" for Plant monsters.
Kira shielded his face with one arm.
"So this is your anger and sorrow? Denying everything, destroying everything, burning it all to ash?"
He met Akiza’s eyes—she was gasping heavily from using her psychic power to the fullest.
It seemed that manifesting a card’s effects as reality taxed her stamina; every real, physical blow used her own strength as fuel.
She hadn’t yet mastered turning that power off—in every duel, even unintentionally, her cards manifested, draining her.
After a few seconds’ staring, Kira’s lips curved up ever so slightly.
"...That’s all?"
Akiza visibly flinched, angered.
"What did you say?"
"I said: that’s all." Kira shook his head. "So far, you’ve shown nothing that impresses me."
"Since Volcanic Queen was effect-summoned, I can’t normal summon this turn. So my turn ends."
He made a taunting gesture.
"My field is wide open. Come on—if you don’t like what I’m saying, come and defeat me if you can."
