Seeing his evasive glance, Bella’s expression stiffened.

Archer Quinn curved his lips into a smile, "Maybe I didn’t rest well, sorry, let’s try again."

He was so polite and distant, and Bella felt quite disappointed inside, but all she could do was nod, "Okay."

Continuing the shoot, this time Archer Quinn really adjusted his state. Even if he didn’t exceed expectations, he performed at a normal level, and this take finally passed by noon.

"We’ll leave soon. Bella, are you here to pick up Ethan?"

"Yes. But I need to find Ms. Young first." Bella nodded.

"Then go quickly, we’ll stay here and play with Ethan."

"Alright, thank you." Bella smiled and said, "Ethan, Bella is going to take care of some things first. Play nicely with the ladies, okay?"

"Okay." Ethan nodded sensibly.

Bella kissed his forehead before heading to Cynthia Young’s office.

Cynthia was busy with work and didn’t look up when she heard the knock, saying, "Come in."

Bella opened the door and entered, "Ms. Young, busy as usual."

Cynthia paused her work and looked up, "What’s up?"

This decision was quite capricious. Bella stepped forward and, after a moment of hesitation, said, "I want to go abroad to study at a drama academy."

"Why?" Cynthia asked, looking at her.

"I don’t know anything right now, I’m like a novice. I want to enrich myself," Bella pursed her lips, "and there’s some personal feelings I want to resolve too."

"You’ve already decided?"

"Yes." Bella nodded.

"Alright." Cynthia said, "Both ’Brocade River and Mountain’ and ’Life and Death’ have not aired yet. During this time while you’re studying abroad, when you return, these dramas will still have some traction. When you take on a third drama, you’ll directly be the lead actress. But I can send you to study, only if I see results, and it must be a perfect report card, can you do that?"

"Yes!" Bella said firmly, "I will study with complete focus."

"Alright." Cynthia pulled up her computer, "Your scenes in ’Life and Death’ are almost wrapped up. I’ll handle your arrangements for going abroad and the application for the schools."

Bella glanced at her computer and found that the original plan was indeed to study and train, without any other work arranged for her.

Bella said in surprise, "Ms. Young, you planned for me to study all along?"

Cynthia lifted her eyelids to look at her, "You don’t know anything, what would you do otherwise? Do you think the artists I train are just here to earn a couple of years of quick money and then disappear?"

"Of course not, Ms. Young, you’re wise." Bella flattered her, breathing a sigh of relief.

She hadn’t expected that Cynthia had intended for her to go to school all along, which relieved her of a lot of guilt.

In the coming period, Cynthia would handle all the arrangements for her to go abroad, while Bella was responsible for dealing with her personal matters.
