So, the city officials were behind it all from the start?) – thought GreyHunt who watched the kidnapping happening right in front of his eyes, as well as the second man using what appears to a magic tool to suck up all the blood and body parts, cleaning the area perfectly and leaving no traces behind.

Lucy awoken from her slumber and instantly went into the full panic mode upon remembering her kidnapping.
However, the moment that she awoken and started trashing around, she found herself bound in the chains, completely holding up her arms and legs.
(Where am I?! What happened?!)
(....What.... Wait.... Shit!) – the woman stared remembering clearly what happened before she had lost her conscious... Remembering clearly how the two officers killed on the spot her body guards and then kidnapped her in the very next second.
The woman in panic started looking around, realizing that she was inside of the cell, with chains that were wrapped around her legs and arms being attached to the wall behind her.
"The test subject number 41 has awaken." – said the male voice.
"?!"
Lucy in panic looked towards the cell bars, where she spotted several figures standing on the other side.
"!?"
"Who are you!? Where am I!?" – shouted Lucy in panic and fear.
"What is the state of the subject?" – asked the human male with clipboard.
"Stable and fine. She is already more than ready enough to be used in test." – replied the male human with a mouth mask.
"Good, then bring her in." – said the man with the clipboard as moments later several people entered the cell and dragged out Porai against her will.
"Shit! Let me go! LET ME GO!" – shouted Lucy she trashed around while being dragged by the two hooded figures.
(What the hell is going on here?! Who are these people!? Where they took me?!) – thought panicking Lucy.
(Were they the ones behind the missing cases that were happening around the city!?)

As the woman was being dragged by the two men, her thoughts came to a halt as she saw a cell covered in blood.... And the cat beastwoman inside of it.

"Anne?" – asked Lucy as she recognized the injured woman inside of the cell.
However, as the woman spoke out her name, the cat beastwoman launched herself into cell bars, straight up bending them upon impact.
"*($h!@*&($h#*$!" – the cat beastwoman wasn’t normal, she was making a straight up unstable and distorted noises while bashing her head against the cell bars.
However, her speech and strength wasn’t the thing that truly caught the prostitute off guard.
It was her appearance
It was straight up bloody.
Parts of her skin melted by what appears to be a red blood, while also growing a bone spikes from her body.
Her arms and legs were mutated, becoming far more beastly in nature... But not feline like, no.
It was like each of her limbs were mutated to a different kind of beast.
"*(#!@#@!!@!" – the cat beastwoman face suddenly opened up, revealing an inhuman gabbing mouth, straight up destroying the whole face of the cat beastwoman and replacing it with nothing more than monstrosity.
"Shit! She is undergoing mutations again!? Didn’t you said that she was failed product!?" – asked the man as he used a pike like device to stab the creature inside of the cell, electrocuting it, but not stopping it, which ended up forcing two more men to use the same devices to electrocuting even more the creature inside as it screamed in agony and pain as Lucy continued to be dragged away from the cell.

Lucy couldn’t deceive herself.
She knew for 100% that the woman inside of that cell was the prostitute friend of Lucy who went missing recently.... However, her appearance and behavior... It was completely monster like.
But she wasn’t the only one.
As the woman was dragged by the two men, she noticed other cells around her.
Some were empty, with nothing but blood inside of them, while some still had some people.
However... These people, of many different races, they all had different form of mutations.

(Wait! I know that girl!) – thought Lucy as she spotted a vampire young girl, who had something akin to shells growing over half of her entire face.
(She is that missing rich girl daughter!) – thought Ariava as she remembered the girl’s missing poster.
(What the hell did they done to her?) – thought Ariava as continued being dragged through the long hall filled with countless cells, before then leaving the prison filled area and finding herself in what appears to be some sort of laboratory.
"The subject isn’t responding, by the looks of things it couldn’t handle mutation." – said the man in the lab coat as Lucy noticed what appears to be a cluster of flesh and bones.
"Shame. The subject was showing a potential."

(Was that thing once human?!) – thought terrified Lucy as she realized that these people were conducing experiments on the living beings, be it people or animals.
They were doing something to them, that caused each and every one of them to mutate in different ways.
Some were discorded to the point they no longer appeared to be.... "Anything".
While some others just outright died on the spot from their mutations.
And Lucy?
She just watched it all happened in front of her eyes, before moments later she was taken in somewhat isolated room.
"Another one? Is this one even good?" – asked the long blond-haired woman with tired expression as she was smoking a cigar.
"You know the rules. No smoking." – said one of the hooded men who was holding Lucy.
"Well, I was having a fucking break just now, you stupid cunts." – said the woman as in annoyance she put out her cigar.
"Anyway, what the fuck we have this time?" – asked the annoyed blond woman as one of the hooded figures handed over her clipboard.

"Huh... Really?" – said the woman that looked somewhat interested as she read what was on the clipboard.
"Maybe will show some interesting results."
"Strap her." – said the woman as in the next moment, the two hooded figures forcefully put Lucy on the table and started strapping her.
"Stop! Who are you!? Why are you doing this?!" – asked Lucy as she was suddenly gagged by the woman.
"Well, I would love to explain, but I don’t straight up want to waste my time every subject. Survive and maybe you will learn." – said the woman as Lucy was completely bound in place.
"Okay. Back away. I will be starting." – said the blond-haired woman as she took out what appears to be a magical holographic tablet like device, which she used to control the device that was directly above Lucy.
The device descended down, before then stopping in place, as it then spung out several tendril-like tubes with needles.
"Try to endure it and not go on rampage." – said the woman as she operated the device, causing the 3 tubes to go down, attaching themselves into the woman’s neck, chest and belly.
In the very next moment, from the device to the tubes, a blood like liquid started traversing right into the needles, before then being injected right into Lucy’s body.
"The first injection start." – said the blond-haired woman as she took out the needles from Lucy’s body.

"..."
(Why are they not doing anything?!) – thought Lucy as the tired woman was just starting at the Lucy.
"!"
"Oh? Did it started?" – thought the woman as Lucy started feeling something weird in her body.... A surge of energy....And strength.
Lucy started trashing around, trying to break free from the restrains.... But nothing was working.
No matter how much she tried, she couldn’t break free... But there was something weird going on.
The two hooded figures and the woman were still not doing anything, when Lucy was clearly trying to escape right in front of their eyes.

"Huh.... That is... Interesting?" – said the tired woman as she grabbed Lucy by her head and looked her directly into her eyes.
"..."
"You are still in control as well as sane?"
"You seems to had gotten some burst of energy... But there are no negative side effects?"
"..."
"Interesting." – said the woman as she operated the device once again with her tablet, causing more needles to drop down.
"Normally I would wait until next day.... But I think we maybe should start off the second experiment from get go."
"No problem with that?"
"You take the full responsibility here; we have no authority here regaining this." – said one of the hooded figures.
"Then I take this as a yes." – said the tired woman.
"So, let’s start it off already."
