After listening to her, Zhang Hao realized that the woman patient’s family wasn’t there that day.
"Where are your parents? Aren’t they responsible for this every day?"
"They had a last-minute issue and couldn’t make it today. I was going to ask for a temporary caregiver, but I refused."
Getting her food was, after all, just an effortless task.
Zhang Hao readily agreed. After having his meal outside, he packed a set meal for the woman patient.
He also bought some bread, cakes, and fruit, placing them by her bedside.
