Chapter 9: Chapter 9 Hardcore
They had exhausted almost all of their holy magic trying to keep the prince alive while inadvertently increasing the spread of the poison, and now everything rested on the shoulders of the only surviving male priest.
"How long has it been?" the Queen finally asked.
"Only a few minutes, Your Majesty," the knight who brought Aiden answered respectfully.
"It feels much longer," the Queen whispered as she clasped her hands together in prayer. "Please... Goddess of Light... watch over my son."
The Queen mumbled in her head as she continued pacing up and down until the door finally opened.
The Queen wasn’t in front of the door when it did, but she ran over to stand in front of Aiden who greeted her with a smile. He was lucky the prince survived.
Now that he knew this world was real, one people he couldn’t afford to piss off was the Royal family, unlike the modern world he was in, here people could be charged with treason and executed for even little things.
"The prince will be alright, I’ve successfully removed the poison and healed his injuries," Aiden spoke as he stepped away.
The Queen rushed into the room and relief washed over the faces of priestesses, three of them were the top healers in the kingdom among females, so they were currently working for the crown, and helping the other male priests.
If the prince had died, they would have proven that female priestesses were worthless.
"I’ll report to His Majesty." The knight bowed his head and began walking away swiftly.
The Queen inspected the body of the prince before rushing back to Aiden. She grabbed both of his hands bringing them together and close to his face.
"Thank you, Your Holiness." The Queen spoke with a genuine smile on her face, and Aiden couldn’t help but feel a bit happy as he looked at her face. Then, a notification popped up.

[Ohh, this is a nice one, a hidden quest has an unknown trigger condition, it’s not compulsory, but it gives very good rewards... Just that the quest might be a little harder than a normal quest]

Aiden stared at the screen in front of him as the Queen backed away. He couldn’t believe his eyes. He knew he had the lust system, but this was really hardcore.
And the reward wasn’t displayed; he had no idea what he was getting for doing something like this, and now that Aiden thought about it, it was actually impossible.
’Just because it’s a hidden quest, is that why the system gave me an impossible one, first I get to raise my affection for the Queen, and then I have to seduce her since she’s the Queen and not some girl, and then have either the king or the prince watch as I fuck the Queen?’

Up until now, Aiden hadn’t really looked at the Queen in that manner, but now, with her affection level rising and the quest he was given, Aiden’s eyes landed on her twin peaks.
The Queen was much younger than the king, not that she wasn’t old, but she was more of a Milf.
She was absolutely stunning with raven black hair and bright blue eyes. She was slim and had curves in all the right places, along with her massive breasts, which stood out the most, but she was currently fully clothed and not showing a single inch of skin.
Aiden could give two reasons why the king married her, and both of them were in front of him. Earlier, he couldn’t pay attention as he was too occupied with thoughts, but now looking at her, Aiden would do absolutely anything to fuck her senseless.
The Queen sat down beside the prince and now Aiden had nowhere to go. He still had a lot of questions to ask the system, but he held back for now as the kingdom was still at war and he didn’t want to get into specifics only to be interrupted.
"Your Holiness," the knight returned and spoke with his head bowed, "His Majesty would like to see you in the throne room"
’Exactly what I knew would happen, I’m going to be roped into a discussion I know nothing about... And wait a minute, who the hell attacked this kingdom and how were all the male priests killed in the first place’
The knight raised his head to look at Aiden, who quickly nodded, then the knight turned around and began walking away with Aiden following some steps behind, leaving the three priestesses and the Queen behind.
Aiden arrived at the entrance of the throne room, and walked inside. The faces of everyone at the table changed the moment Aiden stepped inside.
The king had a smile on his face as he welcomed Aiden to sit. The rest of the nobles were the same, and now there were two battle commanders instead of the one he saw earlier, but Aiden noticed something different about one of them.
Instead of a smile like the rest of them, he shot Aiden a look before facing away. This was the same battle commander he saw the first time in the throne room.
"I knew the goddess wouldn’t forsake us. Thank you for saving my son." The king spoke and Aiden bowed his head and finally sat down.
