"Why are you calling me Mr. Mills again? What is it, you want to discuss work?" Nathan Mills guessed immediately, after all, they’ve signed a contract to jointly develop a new real estate project next year.
"Yes." Upon hearing his tone, Trevor guessed he was free, so he said, "I’d like to arrange a dinner tonight. Since the project is a three-party collaboration, it’s also an opportunity to introduce you to another partner. I have a preliminary plan and intend to discuss it in three exchanges."
"Three-party collaboration?" Nathan Mills heard this for the first time, "Does it involve the Kingston Group?" because he thought working with The Kingston Group would be straightforward.

Just after the call ended, a message from Janelle came in, letting him know she was home safely.
She sent this message from the yard, then hopped into the small villa, her mood still jubilant.
Meanwhile, Carlotta Sterling was coming downstairs, just passing the corner of the stairs, wearing a dark green knit dress, layered with a white long lightweight down jacket, looking incredibly elegant.
"Perfect!" Janelle raised her thumb at her, "Dressed so beautifully, who are you going to meet?"
"Did you finish the soup?" The middle-aged woman, going downstairs, glanced at the insulated bowl in her arms.
"Of course!"
Carlotta looked at the smile on her daughter’s face, "Looks like this debut dish was well received, your first cooking effort went to Trevor. Can the second time be for me?"
In truth, Janelle had her mind full of Trevor, not even leaving a small sip of soup for her. Of course, she was reluctant to even taste it herself, so she didn’t know if she had added any salt.
"Sure, I’ll make it for you now! You’ll definitely have some tonight!"
"No!" Carlotta knew she was serious and said to her, "I have an engagement tonight, next time."
"Oh...!" Janelle sized her up again, "Dressed so nicely, who are you meeting?"
"Do you want to join me?" Carlotta officially invited her, "You could be my assistant, starting with this project."
"Me? Assistant? Project?" She picked out some key words, then suddenly realized, "I didn’t hear wrong, did I? You’re planning to develop business in Riventhal?"
Carlotta nodded, "Next year, I’m planning to delve into real estate, developing a new property. You need to find a job anyway, right?"
