Chapter 18: Meet my Boyfriend
Oh Ryujin and Yeon Doha looked at each other. It was quite difficult not to as they were both sitting right in front of each other at Song-rik’s place on the sofa.
The situation was achieved through a series of coincidences.
Oh Ryujin had decided to visit Song-rik to ask for Secretary Cha’s leave to be extended. And also to congratulate him for finding an actual lover.
Ryujin found out about Song-rik dating from all the gossip at the Milenium head office where he had gone first to meet Song-rik.
Apparently, Song-rik had been working the past week like a mad man just to make time for his dear boyfriend that day.
’Kya! The president even ordered an entire bouquet of roses when he confessed right?’
’Well, I heard from someone on the secretary team that his partner smells of roses. So he brought them as a gift.’
’Omg! That’s so romantic!’

Ryujin had thought as he passed by the cubicles, listening to all the whispers, returning from an empty office because the boss gone on a date.
Ryujin knew Song-rik would manifest as an omega and get into all sorts of shit. But he wanted to do nothing with him.
After all saving Song-rik was what got the original Oh Ryujin killed in the novel.
But, quite a lot of time had passed and nothing happened to Somg-rik.
And now, he was hearing about him dating a rose smelling alpha by office gossip.
The only person with a description of Rose pheromones in the novel, The Forgotten Flower, was the trashy alpha who raped and impregnated Jang Song-rik the day he manifested.
But what?
They were dating?! And being in love at that?! And Song-rik asked for it first?!
Oh Ryujin was at loss of words.
How was the novel going differently from the original?
Even he was discovered as a vampire alot earlier than in the novel...
Is it because I ran away?!
The reason was no clear but he needed to see Song-rik anyway. So he went to his place. And as soon as he entered the house, a sharp smell of roses filled his nose.
There was another alpha there.
"Jang Song-rik!" Ryujin called for the omega.
"Ah! Who’s there?" A calm and irritatingly sweet voice responded.
"I’m his friend," Oh Ryujin could hear the person walk over to the doorway.
"Hyung is taking a shower. Would you like to sit down...?"
Doha and Ryujin stared at each other in the doorway.
They both simultaneously had the same thoughts.
There’s no doubt about it!
He’s definitely the trash alpha, Yeon Doha!/ the vampire alpha, Oh Ryujin!
The two siblings had similar thought processes. They both exhausted their brains and came up with the solution they both thought was appropriate for the situation.
Being on their best behaviour.
They both were thinking the other person was after Jang Song-rik.
Doha was especially afraid of Ryujin because in the novel, Ryujin was the one who fucked over Doha. So he really wanted to show how sincere he was and how he will pose no problem in the two’s future relationship.
But it hurt him a bit to act like that when he was clearly dating Song-rik because he chose him first.
Ryujin couldn’t care less if Song-rik dated the trash alpha or the neighbour’s dog, he just wanted to leave a good impression. There was no need to make unnecessary enemies and piss off Song-rik by calling his beloved boyfriend trash.
He just needed the leave for Secretary Cha and wanted to get out there quickly.
After the awkward greeting, the two were now sitting on the sofa facing each other and desperately waiting for the omega, who was taking a ridiculously long time in the shower.
I should have just let him go with his secretary! But I just had to give in to temptation and follow him here for actual home date!
After the disastrous dream Doha had while sleeping beside Song-rik, it was already late and he had to go back home.
At first, it looked like he was going to leave by himself. But then he stopped and looked at Doha who had come down to send him off.
"Say... How about you come over and we watch a movie at my place?"
"Yes."
Doha’s temptation took over his rationale and he didn’t even think before answering yes.
Of course he knew this wasn’t an invitation for a movie but another type of thing.
He immediately settled inside the car and pushed up all the blinds as well the privacy screen cutting off the driver from the back seat view.
Song-rik blushed a little as he entered the car.
And he was jumped by Doha the moment he was seated and the door was closed.
Doha kissed... like KISSED Song-rik.
He wouldn’t even let the poor guy breathe and kept sucking on his lips like a new born as if something would come out of them.
Song-rik was also loving it and let out all sorts of noises that turned on Doha even more.
Doha kept groping and caressing Song-rik’s already sensitive chest making him hard and wet down there.
At one point, Song-rik’s lips were so puffy he looked like he was puckering them.
Doha’s mischievous hands eventually decided to enter Song-rik’s pants. But...
"We’ve arrived, sir."
Doha looked like a wailing puppy who had his treat taken away.
He slammed open the door and carried Song-rik inside the house.
He was planning to devour him the moment they closed the door, right in the doorway.
"Wa... Wash... I need to wash up first!" Song-rik yelled before disappearing into the shower.
Thank god we didn’t just start in the doorway!
Doha was now thanking Song-rik for running away to shower as things would have gone a million times more messy if Oh Ryujin had opened the door to them fucking like dogs in heat in the doorway.
But that’s enough showering, hyung! Come out quickly! Please! I am scared!
The two sat there in absolute silence waiting.
Not being able to handle it anymore...
"Are you hyung’s friend?" Doha asked.
"Yes. I was abroad and came back recently. You’re.... his boyfriend, I believe?" Oh Ryujin replied as of he didn’t heard twenty different people say it that day.
"Yeah, it sort of became like that," Doha redened a little as it made him remember what had happened in the car on the way there.
"How long are you going to date him before you ditch him?"
"... "
"... "
"Sorry?"
"I asked how long. Before you ditch Jang Song-rik."
And as this question mortified Doha sitting there, it made a certain omega hide behind a wall as he too had heard that question.
