It didn’t take a long time until Alayna was looking at the piece of land she wanted to turn into a garden. There weren’t many trees so the work wasn’t that hard to achieve.
She took into consideration about everything and marked the trees so that when the workers start working, they will know where to start and stop. The guys didn’t take a long time to finish and they return back home.
She didn’t want to have a full day Livestream, so she returned home early.
"What is it, guys?" Alayna asked as she placed her tablet on the table.
"Umm, mom, umm, is it possible to get us some phones?" Merita shyly asked.
She couldn’t be blamed; she was fascinated by a cellphone and she wanted to have one and use one. It will be better if she can do a Livestream too.
Alayna chuckled seeing the two, she didn’t see the need to reject them, cellphones weren’t bad as long as the chores were done.
"I will get you some but you have to promise me that you will not be stuck on them all the time. You need to finish your cultivation and chores first before you play with them. Can you do that?"
How can the kids not agree when the phones were at stake, "we will keep the promise!"
"Yes, trust us!"

Seeing that they were so eager she was all happy, "okay then. If you show me a great improvement in two weeks, I will buy you what you want."
Looking at the sly smile on Alayna’s face, the kids knew that they were in some huge trouble, "what kind of improvement do you want?"
Since it was like this then it was better for them to just hear the conditions.
"You just started your cultivation and Neal you are currently at martial apprentice-level six, and Merita level two. By saying improvement, you should at least advance by one, that is for you Merita and Neal, it should be at least two but if you surprise me and do more than that, I will buy you advanced phones and allow you to spend an extra hour on them. how about it?"
The most shocking thing after dropping an impossible mission on someone is not seeing the person refusing to comply but vanishing immediately to go and complete the mission.
Looking at the empty space beside her, Alayna began to regret it, "I shouldn’t have said it now. I should have been patient and waited until later."
Since she was by herself, she decided to drive her car to town and see if she can get herself some woodcutter to deal with the forest issue.
Seeing the strange silver car was no longer that shocking, everyone has already gotten used to it. Seeing the car meant a huge profit to whoever was lucky on
this day.
Alayna parked her car in a space and walked in the direction of a familiar shop. It was a shop that belongs to a carpenter and it was filled with all sorts of furniture.
She bought a few stools from the shop before and she liked them. When the manager saw a familiar and popular face, he was very welcoming.
"How can we help you, fairy Alayna?"
As much as Alayna hated being called fairy and preferred lady boss, these mortal human beings couldn’t just stop calling her that. She had tried several times to stop them from doing that but it was of no use.
"Umm, I have a job for you. I wonder if you are interested?" as she sat down, she asked with a smile on her face.
"Anything for you, fairy Alayna," how can he refuse a request from the fairy?
He will be a fool if he does that.
Seeing that the other was in, Alayna explained herself to the man and it didn’t take long for the manager to get what she was trying to say.
"This is very easy, if you don’t mind, we can go and survey the place now, this way we can start working on it as soon as possible," the manager excitedly suggested.
Alayna found this acceptable so she agreed, "to make it quick, I will take you with me, and don’t worry I will come and drop you off when we are done."
She didn’t want to wait for this person to take ages to follow her to the forest when she can just drive the two of them there.
When the manager heard that he was going to go onto the strange carriage, he was so excited that he failed to hide it.
The manager under the envious eyes of many entered Alayna’s car and soon they were on their way. After parking the car at the side of the road, Alayna led the manager to where she was planning to have her garden made.
The manager was in awe seeing this place, he had never ventured anywhere far from the shop before and this trip was very worthwhile. After walking for a while, they were soon at the designated place.
"I want you guys to start from ...…." She began to explain to the man what she wanted to be done and the manager nodded his head as he took notes seriously.
It took them roughly thirty minutes for everything to be finished and they walked back to the road. After that, she drove the manager back to town and all she has to do was wait for him to start working.
When she returned home, the kids were still meditating, and seeing their hard work she was happy with this.
She prepared supper and ate her share. She left the kids to share in the food warmers before leaving for the study. Inside the study, she was busy looking at the garden designs. Since she was building one, then she might as well do the best.
As for the person who was going to do the building, she knew the perfect people for the job.
As she was busy checking several designs, a familiar notification she hasn’t heard in a long time rang in her ears.
She opened the new mission with a smile on her face.
[MAIN MISSION: Earn 100 level 2 spirit stones in two weeks; REWARD: level 5 (supermarket)]
’This can’t be true right?’
She couldn’t help but be suspicious, ever since she received the hypermarket system, she had been looking forward to seeing her shop upgrading. It started very small from being a tuck shop and now it was a convenience store.
To think that in less than one year she was about to upgrade to a supermarket, she was so happy. She wasn’t going to play with this mission and seriously do it with all that she has.
Of course, she didn’t know where she will be getting customers who can pay using the level 2 spirits but she believes that she won’t be forsaken.
It wasn’t like she hasn’t received some level 2 spirits before; she had come across several customers who had paid with these level 2 stones and it was just two but that’s better than nothing right.
’I can do this!’ she told herself with conviction.
After accepting the mission, Alayna busied herself once more with what she was doing previously.
One hour later, she went to bed and the kids who were serious about cultivating didn’t wake up that night but did so the next day.
Disturbing someone who is cultivating was a complete big NO, seeing how seriously they were, she didn’t even bother to cook breakfast as there were still a lot of leftovers in the house.
She warmed up some of it and had that for breakfast. When she was done, she cleaned up the house and drove off to the shop. When she arrived, she looked admiringly at the shop.
Although it was still small when compared to supermarkets, she was completely proud as this was hers. There have been few scoundrels as everyone now knew and feared getting zapped by lightning.
She didn’t want to see anyone getting zapped, it was simply embarrassing not just for her but for those involved too.
"Good morning, fairy Alayna!"
"Good morning."
"…"
"…"
"…"
Alayna smiled at the early customers who were greeting her and waved her hands at them, "good morning, everyone!"
At this stage, everyone understood that the shop will be open from morning till evening, so there was really no need for them to come this early but most of them wanted to be early birds and Alayna wasn’t there to reject any money coming into her pockets.
"Good morning, boss!"
"Good morning."
Her staff greeted her as soon as she arrived at the door and she returned the greeting warmly.
After unlocking the door, she walked inside and the rest followed inside. Elena at this stage was proficient at dealing with the cashier so she didn’t worry about her but when she thought of having a supermarket, there will be a lot of tills that needs people.
And this means that she needs to start hiring people again and start teaching them. She didn’t want to hire people from outside, she also didn’t want men on the tills, ladies were preferable and she was most biased towards them.
