Chapter 108: Convergence In The Land of Yomi (5)
The moment Akasha’s words left his mouth he wasted no time.
He lifted one hand and accessed his system menu with a simple thought.
The interface bloomed silently before his eyes and without hesitation he selected the option to place the second Domain and centered it directly on the Lucid Winter’s Peak.
HUMMMMM!!!!!
The change was immediate and breathtaking.
The stones at the mountain’s base softened and darkened, then burst into lush green grass that spread outward like living paint.
Forests of frozen trees and dreamy pines erupted across the slopes in cascading waves of growth.
Soft moss blanketed the rocky outcrops, while pale blue flowers bloomed in glowing clusters beneath the light of seven suns.
The whole mountain seemed to breathe, each inhale and exhale filling its crevices with life, transforming the frozen dreamscape into something richer, deeper, and unmistakably alive.
At that moment, the domain barrier of soft purple and pure white light shimmered into existence. As always, it was something only Akasha, Luna, and Yume could perceive.
Much like on the surface, the barrier didn’t cling closely to the mountain.
Instead, it spread outward in a smooth, unstoppable wave, sweeping across the devastated Star Union battlefield until it spanned more than six million kilometers—vast enough to engulf an entire kingdom and beyond.
Akasha watched the process with calm satisfaction, starry wings half-folded behind him, black-and-white hair drifting in the cold wind that now carried the scent of fresh grass and winter blossoms.
A new notification appeared the instant the Domain finished settling.
[Evolution Task #2: Complete]
[The Divine Domain will now undergo evolution. Time Limit: Instant]
HUMMMMM!!!!
The words had barely formed before the Domain answered.
A deep, resonant pulse rolled outward from the peak.
The purple-and-white barrier flared brilliantly and then expanded again — this time on a scale that defied reason.
On the Underside it stretched until it covered an entire continent.
On the Topside the same barrier mirrored the expansion, spanning the entire Southern Continent in perfect synchronization.
Every earlier effect of the Domain grew stronger.
The grass became thicker, the deepened into ancient groves, and the purple rivers of potential shone more brightly as they surged with greater speed.
The very air inside the Domain became thicker with condensed possibility, making every breath feel like it carried the promise of evolution.
More notifications began to bloom in front of Akasha’s eyes, one after another, glowing softly against the frozen beauty of the Lucid Winter’s Peak.
The changes unfolding across the vast expanse were nothing short of breathtaking.
Where there had once been blood-soaked ruin and fractured earth, lush grasslands now rippled like green oceans under the dim light of the seven suns.
Luna stepped closer, her long pink-and-purple hair swaying as she rested her head lightly against Akasha’s shoulder.
A soft, affectionate smile curved her lips.
"It’s beautiful, my love," she murmured. "But I can already feel the restlessness in your thoughts. How are you going to proceed next?"
Yume stood on his other side, her cooler, blue-streaked hair drifting in the mountain wind.
Her ethereal features carried a sharper, more mature edge now, and her voice held that quiet mischievous chill.
"Well, the next task is for Master to end the war," she murmured softly, her icy-blue eyes glinting.
"But will you choose a side, or just wipe them both out?"
Hearing them, Akasha’s pure black eyes with narrow grey slits scanned the distant horizon where the endless fighting still raged inside his newly claimed territory.
As he spoke, a faint smile touched his lips while the system window bloomed before him.

"Hmm, it feels like everything has evolved far beyond the usual pace," he mused, recalling that the last time the Divinity had increased, it was only by a mere thousand—but this time, the change was far more drastic.
On top of that, with the barrier now perfectly aligned with his total power output, he felt no immediate concern about anyone breaking into this place.
Everything had undergone a massive upgrade, with the barrier standing out as the most impressive improvement.
With a mere thought, he dismissed the window and turned to face the two women, the faint shimmer of his starry wings shifting lazily behind him.
"I won’t be taking sides," he said in an even tone. "The only side I’ll ever stand on is Dreamer’s Peak. Kalpa is my world now. They can either fall in line... or I’ll remove them entirely."
Luna let out a soft, amused laugh, her eyes glinting with affectionate pride and a hint of desire.
"Fufufu~ Then tell me, my love... which faction will have the privilege of experiencing your power first?"
Akasha lifted a hand, stroking an imaginary beard in exaggerated thought before flashing a grin, his sharp fangs catching the light.
One thing was certain — Akasha wasn’t reckless enough to throw himself into the heart of this war in some vain attempt to end a feud.
He had no intention of leaving his domain, not now, not ever.
’If there’s anything I’m sure about... it’s that these battlefields are being watched,’ he thought, recalling the scraps of intel he’d managed to gather not too long ago.
’So, I’m pretty sure someone will come poking around soon...’
When the time came, he’d be ready with something waiting for them. Letting the thought drift through his mind, he finally spoke aloud.
"Whoever comes first..... I’m not going out of my way to search.
Sooner or later, someone important enough will show up with the information I need. Once I have enough... I’ll end things as quickly as possible."
Yume tilted her head.
"Well, that doesn’t sound... bad, I guess."
Luna hummed in agreement, her fingers trailing lightly along his arm.
"Mm. Shall we go greet our new... guests?"
Akasha’s smile widened just slightly. Without another word, the three of them vanished from the peak in a ripple of space and dream.
They reappeared high above the still-raging heart of the war, now fully contained within the purple-and-white barrier of the second Domain.
Below them, Celestial Sun and Dead Sun forces continued to slaughter one another, completely unaware that the very land they stood on had already changed ownership.
Akasha hovered there between Luna and Yume, black-and-white hair drifting, four black-and-grey horns gleaming, and looked down at the chaos with calm, predatory interest.
"I might as well test this power..." He said as there were still a few powers he hadn’t tested out even during his time of training.
And it was one of the powers that evolved from him stealing from the Nova Ancestors.
[Dream of Self (Above Origin]
HUMMMMMM!!!!!!
Instantly... divinity surged through his body in a massive wave... and then absolutely nothing happened.
Akasha blinked once, his face settling into a look of mild disappointment.
"Well... that was underwhelming as hell."
Luna burst into soft, melodic laughter, covering her mouth with one hand as her pink-and-purple hair swayed. Yume’s cooler, blue-streaked eyes sparkled with quiet amusement as she let out a light, icy giggle.
"Master," Yume said, voice mischievous yet calm, "Above Origin is merely the peak of universal powers.
You’re already standing at the peak of Universal power. What exactly did you expect it to maximize?"
Luna leaned against his side, still chuckling.
"She’s right, my love. You’re trying to make a cup overflow when it’s already an ocean."
WHOOOOOSHHHH!!!!!
Before Akasha could reply, a massive illusory palm of pure darkness tore through the sky toward them, large enough to crush a mountain.
And before Akasha could make a move.... Yume’s eyes flashed.
In that instant her pupils shifted, taking on the same ever-shifting quality as Akasha’s Eyes of Origin.
[Darkness Affinity]
She casually channeled Darkness Affinity through them.
The massive palm unraveled mid-air, dissolving into a harmless black mist as though it had never been there at all.
Without pausing, she turned back to the conversation, her expression calm and unruffled.
"Hmph... anyway, back on topic. You should merge those old, weaker powers with this new mountain," she said.
Akasha tilted his head slightly, realizing he’d nearly forgotten that she could wield his powers without restriction. He chose not to comment on it.
Instead, he rolled his neck once to the left, then to the right, a sharp smile slowly spreading across his face.
"Alright... let’s get a move on."
In that moment, the Dreamer’s Scythe appeared in his right hand, while his free hand lifted to activate a Decree.
"By the Authority of Dream Land, I permanently declare that my Divinity and Divine Sense become inseparable."
