** Sorry about the late Chapters, guys. Things are probably going to be a little off schedule since I am currently visiting family out of state, so I am a bit pressed to both write and publish but do not worry; I will still do my best to get you new chapters. I appreciate your love and support, and I hope you are enjoying the story!!**

After saying my piece about the notes I had left behind for Vincent, I finished up my breakfast, gave Schnitzel a few head pats, and then put her down before walking over to the couch where I had abandoned my backpack the night before.

Scooping it up, I didn’t wait for Renni and Vincent to finish eating and immediately made my way out the front door before walking down to the car alone.

’I wonder how many of my guidelines Vincent will engrave in his mind. It’s not like I left him any vital information or anything. Still, I did give him a few valuable bits of info that would be relevant in the future, such as how to evade DNA evidence and such, along with avoiding any CCTV or surveillance cameras.’ I thought while walking toward the car and opening the door to the passenger side back seat.

’Basically, everything I left in the notebook isn’t really that useful in the present day and age; however, in the future, when things like Smartphones take over, he will need to be on the lookout constantly…in the 90s, the worst he has to worry about is just leaving fingerprints and stray hairs all over the place, but he’s pretty good at not leaving trace evidence behind.’ That thought chain caused me to pause for a moment.

’Well, apart from the fact that he left a massive paper trail, which I had to erase, I doubt he would be stupid enough to do that again; regardless, Vincent will need to be more careful from here on so that he doesn’t get caught…like in the Origin Timeline.’

Placing my backpack in my lap, I buckled myself in with the seatbelt and turned to look at the front door in annoyance.

’Get rid one of one problem, acquire another, not gonna like; Renni is going to be the bane of my existence for a while, but the question is, what do I do with her.’

’Sure, I got her undying loyalty through the soul contract, but that was a whim, not a necessity. Even with the restrictions I placed on her, the girl has a knack for finding ways to get on my nerves, but at least she has a super useful talent, given it’s in the correct hands.’ Propping my elbow up on the door, I rested my chin on my right hand and continued waiting….and waiting…sigh, at least I had my thoughts to occupy my mind.

’I wonder if I should start up Project AFO again; if I could somehow extract Renni’s talent…no, we have gone down that route too many times, unless I find a specific talent which caters to the extraction of other talents and a means to implement them in another being, the project is doomed to fail, as it has the previous three times.’

Right as I decided to give up on my Project code-named after a certain Anime villain, the door to Vincent’s condo swung open, revealing a teary-eyed Renni and the ever-stoic Vincent.

Upon seeing Renni’s face, I knew damn well she was crying about the damn dog again, so I simply shook my head, leaned back in my seat, and closed my eyes.

For the record, YES, I scanned Vincent’s mind, and No, there wasn’t a trace of proof that he had any ill thoughts toward the puppy; if anything, he adored the little Schnitzel. However, I didn’t doubt that if someone, apart from me, HARMED the puppy, we would definitely end up with a John Wick situation.

Soon enough, Renni and I had been dropped off at the Munich Airport, and after leaving a few parting words and a manner of which to contact me in emergencies only, we left Vincent and entered the busy terminal.

’Xipher…he really won’t hurt Nelly right…’ Renni asked for the millionth time as we easily passed through security and made our way toward the gate from which our plane would depart.

’For the fucking hundredth time, NO, HE won’t; now move the fuck on before I humiliate you in fucking public.’ Growling my response throughout the telepathic link, I glared at the girl before pulling a copy of one of the first drafts that Jennifer had submitted to the publishing company.

Sure, it was rough around the edges, but I found it quite interesting to see all the major changes between the finished Project and her initial ideas.

However, what I didn’t expect was the squealing entering my head by way of Renni!

’HOLD ON! IS THAT WHAT I THINK IT IS? HOW WHAT WHEN?’ Leaning over to read the opening pages over my shoulder, Renni resembled nothing like an adult should and instead appeared to be in full little kid mode.

’Sigh, I guess I haven’t told you yet, have I, well, let’s just say…..’ With a teasing tone, I was about to begin telling the abridged version of how I took over the franchise when Renni cut in.

’You found a way to brainwash Jennifer Rowing, steal all her manuscripts, then turned around, made revisions of your own to turn the story into one more compelling and fanservicey, and then killed her off. From there, you went to London and took over the publishing, movie, and merch rights for the series proper, making you the sole owner and new creator of the Henry Potter Franchise.’ Wearing a slightly proud expression, Renni all but gloated at figuring it out without my confirmation.

’Surprisingly close, up until the killing Rowing part, she is your sister slave now, congrats, apart from that MAJOR flaw in your explanation, everything else was spot on, and these here are the original rough drafts; wanna read em?’ Waving the bound papers in her face, I played a quick game of keep away before relenting and giving them over.

’So Jennifer Rowing is alive? Aren’t you supposed to be the guy who doesn’t leave loose ends, Xipher?’ Renni asked as she flipped open to the first page of the draft.
