"Alright, second question, since you’ve confirmed I trespassed and also committed extortion, why not interrogate me, instead you brought me here and then let me go?" Lin Mu asked.

This question was indeed puzzling. Logically, Tang Zhilong should have coordinated with the police, intending to severely deal with him, maybe even want to prosecute! Yet, at this time, the officer went to the director’s office and came out saying Lin Mu could go, without even a proper interrogation, just letting Lin Mu off so easily, it was indeed baffling!

"I don’t know the answer to your question either, this was our director’s decision. From now on, they won’t arrest you again, and as to why, I don’t know." The officer replied, looking at Lin Mu.
